Negative experience: Rates are not listed in the website. The instructor was calling at 7 pm on a Sunday to set up appointments. Finally someone else reached out to us to schedule, a whole day in advance. Very poorly run group.

Negative experience: Something to know before you pull your certificate from your driving school and get pulled off their list permanently-this course for 6 hours of driving instruction costs $885- almost $150/hour. They will not let you know the cost of the course until you have requested your certificate and turned in all the paperwork to him. At that point you may feel like you have no other options. Post script-there are other driving instructors nearby where you may have to drive a small distance but they will be honest and charge you an honest rate-1/3 of the cost.

Fantastic experience: We recently had the pleasure of working with Coach Young. He was kind and knowledgeable. He was instructing our daughter for her behind the wheel training. He was very thorough and took time to explain the ins and outs of driving. Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Highly recommend coach Young.

Fantastic experience: My daughter recently completed her on the road training with Mr. Young. It was a good experience for her and he was very knowledgeable about the next steps in the process of getting her permit. He even worked with us when we needed to change around our schedule due to school obligations. He shared that he had to stop taking new students for a few months to care for a family member, but it was worth the wait. We would definitely recommend him.

Negative experience: Can someone confirm if the business is still active. There is no method of contact, no response to emails and no recent reviews.

Negative experience: I've been sending emails and calling for over four months now trying to get my daughter enrolled. They might as well not have a phone because no one has ever answered and you can't leave a message. I've yet to get an email response. They might be the greatest driving instructors ever. I wouldn't know. I do know they are lucky they are the only game in town based on their indifference.

Fantastic experience: Drivers Academy was very quick in scheduling my daughter's driving lessons. She felt more confident in driving afterwards, even though she was nervous to begin with. Mr. Young gave great tips and communicated very well.

Fantastic experience: Even before we were a customer of Mr. Young's at Drivers Academy, he promptly answered my call and all of my questions in a friendly and professional way. When it came time for sign up to drive with him, the sign up was easy, and his communication excellent. My almost 15 year old son enjoyed his driving education with Mr. Young.
