Negative experience: Very hard to contact. Give numbers that’s don’t work. Communicate is horrible. Had to tell them I was going to report them to get my child drive time. He never received proof he completed their school. $550 they shouldn’t be in business robbing people.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend this company enough! I had a lot of anxiety around driving and getting my license (Over the course of 8 years this was my third time taking a driving class- simply because i never made it to the driving portion). Kaarin and her whole team were more than willing to work with me and were confident that I could do it, which in turn not only led to me completing my drive time but also got my license on my first try! Couldn't be more grateful for all of them and their patience!

Negative experience: Avoid if possible. After remitting initial payment for the course I had to contact the owner as 'they never acknowledged payment for the course". My daughter has had to text Trax on about 15 occasions to get her drive time completed. The 2nd time she drove- car had issues and she was home shortly after (2min). The company seems to go radio silent. It has been a year and we have YET to complete the required 6hrs drive time with an instructor. Would not recommend ever! Using Campbells for our other [2] teens who are about to be road ready.

Fantastic experience: This was a great learning experience for my son. Kaarin is an expert at getting the kids to listen and makes class interesting. Even with COVID interruptions, everyone was always professional. Thanks for the great experience Trax Advantage!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate this business so much, my instructor is the only reason i passed my test. Its great because they can drive to you and do what works best for you. my driver instructor was so nice and easy to talk to, i was given really good tips. If your looking for a good driving school you should definitely pick Trax.

Negative experience: Both of my children completed the class portion of Driver’s Ed at Trax. It was completed virtually and they both enjoyed it and were very comfortable. My daughter has finished the driving portion and passed her driving test at the MVA with flying quarters. I am looking forward to my son starting and completing his driving portion. Update 1/5/2021 I am frustrated with this company. My son still has not finished his last drive and we have been trying to contact the owner for about a month. I have texted he has texted and I have left emails. If you even look at these reviews, just as I paid in full before the start of the class I expect the same timeliness from you. If your child does their class portion, I would suggest immediately scheduling the drives, that may be why my daughter didn’t have much of an issue.

Fantastic experience: The course was presented in a way that made it fun(at least as fun as it could be) while still being informative. It has left me with some information and helpful tricks that I use whenever I drive. The warming company and family-like setting makes for a great way to learn and an environment that makes it easy to seek the help you need!

Fantastic experience: FANTABULOUS experience with TRAX Advantage. My daughter struggles with severe anxiety disorder, and Kaarin's special skills and patience made it possible for her to successfully pass the class, along with the driving time needed to take her Driver's Test...which she passed! Local and professional service from TRAX. Don't look anywhere else for your driving instruction needs!

Fantastic experience: I took three driving lessons with Kaarin and they really helped to prepare me for my test (which I passed on the first try!!!!). She was able to calm my many anxieties about driving and she is a very soothing presence to drive with when you are not so sure of your skills- she will also get you up to par on those skills! I really felt like she worked with me as an individual with my own individual needs and taught me based on what I needed from a teacher not just by the book. I highly recommend this driving school!

Fantastic experience: My nephew took his Drivers Ed class here and while I remember being bored to tears in mine years ago, he said it was "really fun". He started out a very nervous driver and the change in his confidence has been pretty amazing. I think they did an outstanding job with him because he was probably more challlenging to teach than other students due to the fact that he just learns differently. They catered to him and his needs in a way not found in less personal environments. Just a terrific experience for him.
