Negative experience: After reaching the end of my course, this institution scammed me through scheduling innuendo and said that I would have to take the entire course again I feel that I do have a case against this company and am looking forward to pursuing legal action against them

Negative experience: Nasty service. Isabel is the worse customer service representative. Ugly attitude. This company engaged in to many activities and the result is poor service. NOT RECOMMENDED

Negative experience: This place is an absolute joke. Eval and classes were an absolute farce. 100% COMPLETELY geared to just make you spend more money and does absolutely nothing to make the state safer or fellow Floridians safer. They have unqualified people without college education doing jobs that should be handled by people with Masters/PHDs in Sociology and Psychology. They write/say whatever they can that will generate more money for the state with TOTAL and UTTER disregard for you as a person, your case or the overall general safety of Floridians. DON'T EVER go here unless absolutely court ordered and if so, choose a different location!

Negative experience: My son took his road test with them last weekend. They were supposed to report his passed test to the state. It is not there. No paperwork was given after the test either. The DMV wanted the paperwork. Very unprofessional.

Positive experience: The ladies were very nice to me I got to the place early and finished my test early for TSA so they were friendly to me. To me get to this place early the play e fills up quick not much shade to park.

Fantastic experience: Special thanks to Isabella and Bill Wilcox. This is THE place to do your DUI course, and they also offer various certifications such as CPR. Very outgoing personalities, and Bill really did his job and taught me a lot about the principles of addiction. The evaluation was also very well-performed and thought out. Would recommend to anyone who unfortunately has to take a DUI course. Very inspiring!

Positive experience: Young lady with pink color hair needs to learn some manners how to speak with people and not boss around. I would give 1 but giving 2 points only because of other lady whose counter I went to, did help me even though I was little bit late for appointment. Update: Increasing rating to appreciate efforts by owner to improve service.

Negative experience: well i gave a Mock test i mean road test before my real driving test. what is a practice test mean to The instructor should tell or recommend where is the lacking how to improve . He just ask to park me and thats all. 50 $ you should not take on such a easy way ........Zero zero zero to this company.
