Positive experience: Bought the largest driving package and used it up over two months and passed the test with little to no driving experience. However, a lot of the driving instructors were male and a little inappropriate. I was 26yrs old at the time, so not underage… suggestive remarks, tasteless humor, picking his nose, using a lot of the driving time to talk to me instead of driving, arriving early and ringing the doorbell at early hours. I tried to switch to a female instructor but there was only one and I couldn’t match up with her hours. Welp, like I said, I passed the test…

Fantastic experience: Amazing service overall! Diane is great and helpful with getting appointments set up. My two instructors Tom and Steve were wonderful. They were patient and informative. Taught me all I needed to pass my road test. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Not sure how to request or sign up for service. They don't answer their phones nor emails. I guess you have to walk in but that defeats the purpose of having a phone # and email. Their FB page is also very out of date. Had to use the driving school in new city.

Negative experience: i’ve called a total of 10-15 times and someone only answered the phone once. currently waiting outside for someone to come back to the store to pick up my certificate, an hour and a half before closing.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very easy to work with and even during this crazy time where everything was cancelled they were quick to answer questions and work with me on times to get everything done.

Fantastic experience: Diane and Arnie were absolutely amazing to work with. Highly skilled and highly communicative. Very sensitive and sympathetic to the student driver. I don’t have kids yet but I pray they are here for a long long long time so my kids can have the same experience I had with them.

Positive experience: Everything was fine, my only complaint is, the instructor, Jim, as he was talking about Real ID, he said: - I know some of you “amigos” here don’t have a social security card. And he looked toward the Latinos in the classroom, also he kept asking people if they were America citizens. That made me feel very uncomfortable for me and for people around me. Unnecessary.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! My son was hesitant at first to take driving lessons. Steve put him at ease and my son enjoyed it! We signed up for the 5 lessons and road test. My son passed his road test the first time and it made it easy as they did it all. Picked him up and took him to the test, did a warm up drive prior to the test. Overall great experience, highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. I used this service for both of my kids they both passed their road tests. Diane is a pleasure to work with and instructors are courteous and professional. They booked the road test at desired location, picked up had an hour lesson prior and dropped off back home. So convenient. Would recommend.

Positive experience: Professional, friendly and knowledgeable drivers. Easy to work with regarding scheduling: reliable and flexible. My son passed the road test thanks to Rockland Driving School. Competitive prices. Would recommend to others.

Positive experience: Overall my son had a good experience and passed his road test. I found communicating with Diane easiest through text. I had to change his appointment dates and road test date a couple times with no issue. This course is pricey but worth it if you are having a difficult time teaching your child yourself.

Negative experience: I only would say for people to do the five hour there. Do not do practice lessons with them unless you plan on doing multiple. Because they are a waste of time and very expensive and they don't go do a good job at showing you what to do. They are not helpful at all and they only care about their pockets. And if you call them all they're going to do is hang up on you because you're only looking for your money.
