Hi Everyone please read: this woman Linda Lewis turns out left this 2 star review before we even spoke by phone as I can see the time stamps.

She told me in a message that she wasn’t drunk and then was yelling about random people (with names) in her hometown and then hung up on me. She also told me she would take public transportation all the way from Memphis to Franklin for a 1 hour driving lesson.

I called her to get her on my calendar to help her but she was clearly not able to have a phone conversation. She also mentioned a 2nd time that she was not drunk. I don’t know what to make of all of it. I try my hardest to help and put my safety at risk but get treated poorly. Thx

Every parent should read it. I"m always trying to get better as a Driving Coach. I've learned that if we give some teens an inch then they drive a mile....at 85mph...hahaha. Hello everyone reading this. I am VERY SORRY to have to respond to the horrible lies slandering me in a google review by a guy named Drew Kirchhoff on October 13, 2022. I'm going to respond and move on living intentionally by helping to save lives before we lose them. I hope I don’t lose your business and feel free to contact me and ask me ANY questions about this slanderous review. I will go point by point defending my name, my integrity and this awesome company that I built from the ground up since 2008 with blood, sweat, tears and prayers.

I am not the type to talk about teens since they are usually minors but since Madalene Leigh is now an adult I will mention her by name since it appears she lied about me to Drew Kirchhoff who might be her stepdad and Drew ONLY wanted to air this stuff out in public online about three years later. What type of person does that? Why didn't he call me and "protect" protect his daughter? Why did he let her continue with me? That's very strange.
From now on whenever any googles their names of Madalene Leigh, Drew Kirchhoff and Spanky's Driving Academy this google review and response will show up online forever- it never leaves so that anyone searching their names will see their horrible and slanderous lies. It's a shame Drew Kirchhoff doesn't care about that. The last thing any of us in the world want is for our names to show up in searches. People troll like crazy! I guess and Madelene Leigh and Drew Kirchhoff don’t care though. The short version is: I never bought one shake for Madelene Leigh and me to share with two straws- it's gross and inappropriate. I treated her along with all the other teens with respect and honor and as if they were my own. I even put my safety on the line each time I drove with Madalene Leigh. Drew Kirchhoff lied when he claimed I had all his info- email and phone number. He never provided that and I had never even heard of his name until he left this review.

It's a shame that Drew Kirchhoff never chose to contact me almost 3 years ago if he had ANY concerns about my behavior around Madalene Leigh. Wouldn't you contact me asap if you thought I behaved creepy around your teen? He let her down and let me down by not calling to have a conversation and instead chose a backdoor online confrontation almost three years later. Perhaps he was fearful to speak to me. Why?

My own wife, daughters and dad buddies even agree that he dropped the ball and is now choosing to be immature. Google only allows me to type so much to defend myself.

Once again- I am VERY sorry that you have to read this drama created by Madalene Leigh and Drew Kirchoff. It's all up here on google forever so I have to defend myself and this great company that strives to save lives before we lose them. I think it's just sick that Drew Kirchhoff would stoop so low as to thinking I would be creepy with Madlene Leigh. I hope they both choose to do better in the future. They are not allowed on our property and all of us businesses on this street have cameras going in and out of the driveways, so I hope they stay away.

Hey Cody - Not sure why you left a one star review without a reason...you could have called me to work anything out considering I kept calling you and emailing you over and over to try to help Jesse finish our program. I emailed you the permit test link twice to help him pass his permit and did everything in my power to help you more than any other teen in 2020 and then we never heard from you again. We gave you TEN STAR SERVICE. Peace to you today! Please keep driving with Cody and be the loving parent I know you can be and get him to his 50 hours as required by the state. See ya!

UPDATE 1-27-21 Cody just changed his review saying I didn't call him or email him. Well I don't have proof of the phone call I made to him but if he says he didn't hear from me then why couldn't he have simply called me on behalf of his son or email me to simply say, "Hey CJ, when is the date of his next make up class?" And I would have easily told him again. Instead Cody waited 7 months or longer and he could have just as easily emailed me instead of posting a bad review. I have the emails to prove that I was ALWAYS the one to reach to Cody to help his son be successful in our program. I treated his son like he was my own son and really tried to help him. I was willing to put my own safety at risk once inside the car with his son. That's what I do for a living and was committed to doing that with his son as well.

That's the truth. It's not about a one star rating. I just want everyone to know my heart was always trying to help Jesse and Cody can never deny that. The proof is in the email exchanges. Thanks everyone. Please know that I will treat your teen like they are my own and even put my own safety at risk once inside the car like I was willing to do with Cody's son.

Thank you for your words however, this is a complete 180 from the 1 star you gave us hours earlier on October 1st 2018 for all the world to see (and deleted) with a really mean review. I believe we gave 20 star service to all three teens. We showed great patience with them and went above and beyond what we should have had to do to help your most recent teen. The post you left, together with the work we did, proves we deserve 20 stars and not just 4 stars in my humble opinion. We don't always get it right...but with your teens; I believe we rocked it and the proof is in your post. Thank you. UPDATE JUNE 20th 2019: Shyla's post about was 8 months ago and now months later Shyla Hutchison came BACK to her google review and changed her 4 stars down to 2 stars. So she started with 1 star - then 4 stars and now down to 2 stars. All to try to ruin my business. Dear Shyla - Why don't you just leave me alone? Does your husband know of your behavior toward me? Hello Everyone- please read.
I was speaking with a Sherriff recently and she told me she laughed when she read Jason Reaves’ google review of me and wondered why he didn’t hold his own son accountable. This is the truth and Jason Reaves and I can each take lie detectors on it.
I told his son and the class TWO times not to get in a car during the lunch break. His son whipped out the: “I don’t remember.” card in front of his dad. I also gave the class ten extra minutes for lunch that day. It was about 83 degrees that day and his son could easily walk back to the place he ate and sat in a booth and wait for dad while watching TV.
Jason Reaves accuses me of having “zero regard for the health/safety of our students.” How silly. What I and the sheriff don’t understand is why his son thought it was safe to CRAM himself in the back of a hatchback WITH another teen. Didn’t Jason Reaves teach his own son how unsafe it is to do that? I got angry at the parent for allowing it to happen. I was angry at her on behalf of Jason Reaves. She felt VERY bad after thinking it over and called me to apologize. The mom of the other teen who shoved himself into the back of the hatchback was booted from the next class as well and she felt bad about her son's horrible decision and simply asked for the make up date for the next class. I told the teens repeatedly to not break any laws and represent themselves and Spanky’s well when leaving for lunch. In fact, I said it again just FIVE minutes before they left for lunch that day not to get into anyone’s car. We are trying to SAVE LIVES. I wasn't standing at my door spying. So silly. What if his son was killed by another driver? geez. I can't imagine that. Jason Reaves should thank me for trying to teach his son and the others the dangers of riding in hatchbacks. I'm sure they will thank me years from now.
Later that day Jason Reaves brought his son down to my office and threw MANY F-bombs at me and called me an A-hole in front of his son. It was so sad. His son looked scared to me. He wouldn’t let me talk and repeatedly cut me off. Finally, I had to tell him to leave. This went on from about 4:35-4:50pm on August 3rd. I’m 6’2 190 pounds and Jason Reaves is almost my height and weighs about 230-240 I’m guessing. Finally, I told him to leave and as his son walked out the door first Jason Reaves, behind his son’s back, made a flinching motion toward me as if to punch me. I didn’t flinch or blink. He clearly wanted to make me afraid of him and didn’t want his son to see what he had just done to me. I notified Police, Dept. of Safety and our landlord. Jason Reaves is not allowed on the property or to ever contact us again. There is more to the story but google only gives a little room to type. Call me and I’ll finish it for you. We care about teens. They are young men and woman in the making and are not little children. They need to make wise decisions or else they could die. Our mission is to save them before we lose them.
