The instructor is very professional and know how to treat customers, she made me feel calm and confident the entire time, an experience totally different of a driving school called shield where the instructors are extremely unprofessional and rude. I highly recommend this driving school if you want to have a good experience and feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: This place is very close to where I live. As soon as I knew there was a driving school there, I went there directly to ask for more information about the course. Kim was so patient that she explained everything to me. I am an experienced driver back home so Kim just suggested the 2-hour class instead of their longer and more expensive classes. It is so good that I could use their car to have the road test there as well. Although I need to pay for that, I don't need to borrow or rent a car and I don't need to worry about insurance or registration of the car. On the class day, it was Erin picked me up at my place. We have practiced many times on the test road. For the parallel parking, Erin showed me the spot that I needed to see, which made it much easier. Erin also told me about the speed limit and the points that I needed to pay attention to. Erin also took me to drive in different areas, like high way, school zoon, roundabout, city and rural. She was very patient and very helpful. After the class, we directly had my test. It was exactly the same as Erin taught. I passed it with no doubt. They put a stamp on my permit and it became a temporary license. What I need to do is just wait for a little more time until receive some letter and then go to Penn Dot to have the card. I am more confident driving here now.

Fantastic experience: My 18 year old daughter has been working with Gary and he has more patience than a saint! We have enjoyed working with him and is very professional as well. I highly recommend it for any parent if you are in need of help with your teenager. It broke the barrier we needed to push our teen over her fears. Thanks Gary!

Negative experience: I set up everything for my 3 lessons. I had the the dates naked down. I got a call a few days later to Reschedule one of the dates. No problem then comes the day of my first driving lesson the guy was a no call no show... I called the school no answer. That night the driving instructor called me no explanation or apology just we can reschedule for this day... ok I just wanna learn to drive. calls me before my new first lesson having to change yet another date... That was the last straw. 350.00 is a lot of money to spend. This is a Awful way to run a company before you even meet the customer.
