Negative experience: The worst customer service ever. I’ve called 20 times and nobody has picked up , no customer service skills whatsoever . Rude and and grumpy old people who work here .

Negative experience: Stay away from this school. Rude and nasty. You don't want to spoil your peace of mind before your driving test.

Negative experience: If I could give o stars, I would. The worst experience. Rude, not helpful, antiquated and the Patz's go out of their way to be nasty. Stay away. Its not worth the couple of dollars saving.

Fantastic experience: My twins did the online curse and both passed the DMV written test easily. Their driving instructors are awesome. They are patient and are really helping to build not just their skills but confidence levels! Plus can’t beat the pricing!

Negative experience: Horrendous and unprofessional. Refer to me as a 'good size girl', poor instruction and can't teach to save his life. Take your money to a school that will actually educate you or your child. He's a waste of time and money and I regret going to him for lessons.

Fantastic experience: I’m surprised to read all this bad reviews about this place. I took my 8 h mandatory class for road test. It was a good experience before even going to the class. I call and sing up for the class and they had sooner available dates than other school and an 8 h straight class on sunday. I arrived 15 minutes late but was received with open arms. I was really tired and sleepy but managed to stay awake because my instructor Scott was really funny and dynamic. He gave us two 15 minutes break, one for breakfast and one for lunch. He instructed us on how to pass the road test telling us what would be evaluated during the test. I feel even more comfortable to take the road test since I know now what to expect. They don't take card here and you have to pay in cash, I had no cash on me so they let me pay at the end of the class. I would totally recommend this place.

Negative experience: The head teacher/ elder instructor man is very unprofessional, racist, & lacks everything what embodies respectful man. Treated with the most disrespect by this man. I’d never recommend this driving school to anybody. No cap! stay away & take your money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Been in this driving approximately 30 years ago, very hospitable instructor and owner. And now my older sons turn, and there 8 hours class is every Sunday and straight 8 hours compare to other schools 4 hours a day and higher cost.

Fantastic experience: Patz Driving School is the best choice in Newington. The Patz family has been teaching In Newington since I was in High School and now they are teaching my children I would highly recommend Patz Driving School to teach your children how to drive safely. They are the preferred school by the DMV There is no other choice in town other then Patz. Patz Driving School is the best price and value for driving lessons in town!

Negative experience: These guys don't know what the trade requires. The driving test was failed after two weeks of continuous training because of wrong coaching. Backup parking technique was coached incorrectly. Tiger

Negative experience: I had a very terrible experience going through this school to get my retraining class. I attended and paid for the class and within a month after the class, the DMV was still putting my license up for suspension. I called Patz Driving School to see why my information was not sent over. The lady i spoke to on the phone was very rude immediately telling me I didn't attend and that there was nothing she could do to help me. She was very rude to me telling me she doesn't care if I attended or not. I wasted 4 hours in that class to get no credit for it, very poor customer service, and no refund for their mistake in loss of paperwork. If you would like to take a day off from work to waste 4 hours in a class you will get no credit for and have to redo, Patz is the place for you.
