Fantastic experience: Dropped my Grandson off at the driving school.

Negative experience: Do not bother in bringing your child to get driving school here! Worst customer service! “ Apparently “ one person answers the phone and stated that it is none of my business of why they can’t answer the phone. They don’t send an official receipt of what you paid for. I should have read the reviews before placing my deposit. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau!

Negative experience: They do not answer the phone as many other reviews have said!!!! Theres plenty of other driving schools in Abq ill go to one of those instead!

Negative experience: Terrible school, never have any drive times, still have only had two hours of driving with them out of my required seven, do not waste your money here

Positive experience: The class was very educating the instructor john made it fun not boring. I would give all 5 stars but mercy needs to start answering the phone☝

Fantastic experience: Mr John made great effort to teach us all…He made sure we were paying attention and consistently demonstrated things so they were easier to understand. He also made an effort to be sure we all had a good time which made the classes better than I had anticipated. Overall, the classes were very helpful!

Fantastic experience: A tolerable class to be in, I learned a lot and the instructor taught in a way everyone understood and constantly made sure we understood everything before moving on.

Negative experience: The class were good, but when it came time to get driving hours it’s the worst! There are never any hours available and then the system seems to always be down! Don’t know how to get driving hours!

Negative experience: Don't go, not worth the extra money. They don't have any drive instructors. They charge for a no-show fee, but don't credit you when the instructor is a no-show. Twice we showed up, on time, and waited 30-40 min. Waste of me time. Then they cancelled the drive time the next day; I'm assuming that instructor that didn't show, got fired or quit. Can't get a hold of anyone. There's one number for all 3 stores, but I have yet to be able to speak to a manager or owner.

Positive experience: Classes for my gaughter went ok, but it's difficult to communicate and resolve issues with them. The charged me a $42 late fee went the instructor herself was the one who was late to one of the scheduled drive time appointments. She arrived only after we had waited for her 20 minutes, then decided to leave thinking she wouldn't show. They never answer their phone and are rarely there during regular business hours (at least at the Coors location). Just be warned!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend them school it’s really worth the deals they give you. Staff is really nice, the teacher knows what he’s teaching! Really recommend this driving school!

Negative experience: Nice location, friendly staff, terrible ownership...... She was really rude to my daughter. Was being completely irrational with her grading. Wouldnt recommend if the owner is present.
