Negative experience: Can confidently say this guy did not prepare me for the road test, I only passed since I had studied for it

Negative experience: The driver instructor was clearly was not educated on professionalism or even the requirements for a pass/fail. I got into the car and she asked for hand signals I gave them to her. She then processed to ask me twice “ Are you sure “ … “ Are you sure “ and the tone of her voice would make any person second guess themselves. I thought for a second but responded yes I am sure. She then said “ Because you are unsure I’m failing you and you can come back in 2 weeks” I’ve never heard of an instructor failing someone for answering “ yes I am sure that I am correct “ and off an assumption that I was unsure fail me. Based on this experience I would file a complaint but what will that do right

Fantastic experience: Trent is a great instructor. Just passed my road test if you dont got a school Or instructor I highly recommend trents school will miss him dearly thank you for everything

Negative experience: The costumer service they provide is terrible!! I called to ask for information and they barely answer my question.

Fantastic experience: The teacher is great! Very patient and helpful

Negative experience: They are totally unprofessional! I called for a week to sign my daughter up for the February vacation virtual school left voicemails and no one ever called me back. I emailed them the Monday of since they still wasn’t answering the phone, some guy Trent email back to say it was to late. I asked for someone to call me because I’ve been calling for a week. No reply no call back. DO NOT GO THERE!
