Negative experience: This business is very very disorganized. If you live in Ellis county please do yourself a favor and choose any other driving school. They do not take accountability for their own error and instead are hostile and rude over their own errors. They also schedule drive times that you specifically request not to since they are not feasible , due to conflicts of schedules.

Negative experience: I paid in full before this class started. My daughter received her permit from them. They email you a schedule pdf form that is not even legible. There hours of operation are limited and calls are not returned. When my daughter miss the driving day and time they charge you $40. I called after leaving several messages, and finally got someone in the phone. The lady was very rude and stated I owed $400 for missed driving times. Do not go here communication is horrible.

Fantastic experience: This place was awesome! My daughter was very nervous and Donna was the perfect person for her to take a test with! It is very reasonably priced and she will submit the forms for you to the DPS. This place is not close to where I live, but I will definitely be going out of my way to return with my second child in a few years!

Fantastic experience: I want to give a big thanks to Donna, the driving instructor whom administered my road test. She was very kind and friendly, and made me feel very relaxed. I was able to pass the road test and now I have my driver's license. She saved me time waiting for a DMV appointment to take my road test. The road test is $60 to take and requires 15 min to complete.

Fantastic experience: I loved how nice were the teacher and the receptionist! We loved their service! Very attentive and very helpful! We got our certificate for our permit!

Fantastic experience: I booked an adult driving lesson with Donna. She is amazing! She made me feel relaxed when I learned to drive, and also straight to the required skillsets. Their office is getting busy due to this county's population growth. Make sure you book an appointment in advance.

Fantastic experience: Affordable price for DPS road test and the ability to use their vehicle also. Donna is amazing, was able to book a same day appointment. Call ahead in advance. I recommend this location for adults. Fast service.

Fantastic experience: I started the school a year ago and to be honest Donna and her staff are amazing people. She was a very good teacher and had a lot patience with me when I first started my driving lessons. I highly recommend this place because I learn a lot of thing's I didn’t even know about.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience here. Donna was the one who administered my DL road test. Although I was a bit nervous to do my test Donna was there and made it feel more confident and comfortable. Compared to the DMV this was a better experience. <3 Y'all come here and take the test with Donna. Shes the G!

Negative experience: If the owner of the school does not have patience, he should leave there and start another business because he is a rude despotic person without patience. He has to understand that they are students and above all that he does not do it for free, they are paying him to teach. I don't recommend it because it makes the students cry. I think I'm going to have to return the money to take my daughter to another school.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took her driving test with Donna after her appointment with the DMV had been cancelled by them for the THIRD time due to various reasons- the last was a system shutdown last week (September 2023). Each time was so disappointing bc we also had to go back in and try to reschedule on their system and would get a 2 to 3 month wait time, so we finally called Waxahachie Driving School. We are soooooooooo glad we did! My daughter felt nervous but relaxed bc Donna was amazing with her! Such a good experience! Afterward, and bc God is good, we were able to get a walk-in appointment at the DMV so we went there directly and she received her DL that day! I definitely recommend Waxahachie Driving School!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and professional. Ms. Donna was my driving instructor and she's one of the nicest people I've ever met. I'm always afraid to drive but with the help of my awesome instructor, I learned a lot from her and I passed my road test. I highly recommend Waxahachie Driving School.

Negative experience: The instructor Is disrespectful and rude to the students. Even threatens the kids with tearing there tests or messing with there grades so they don’t get a permit.
