Negative experience: After the amount of money your pay these people and your kid complete the classroom instruction just to be unable to sign up for in car driving lessons because they have to many people needing to take the in car training. They continue to schedule new classes despite the previous class still needing to take in car lessons. I have no idea how they have stayed in business for this long. My son said they only have four in car trainers which in my opinion is a joke. I feel like we was completely ripped off and the first come first serve crap should be illegal.

Negative experience: I’ve regretted few things in my life more than signing my daughter up for virtual driver’s ed through Stanley’s. After we signed her up to start the two-week course in June, we discovered that her varsity basketball team camp would be on the 5th & 6th sessions during her course. She couldn’t miss camp, and Stanley’s was gracious enough to reschedule those days. We had to wait an entire month to make up those sessions and take the test, but we were okay with that because this was our conflict, not theirs. On the first makeup session, we had tech issues. But guess what!? No one is available to help, despite there being a message saying to call this number with tech issues, until well after 10 am. The virtual class starts at 9. My husband and daughter went to the office to try and avoid missing this session, and we were told it looked to them like she was logged in and everything should prob be okay, but either way, we’d hear back from them before test day. Well we never did hear back and assumed that meant all was well, until it was time to take the test and the option to do so was not available for my daughter. I called multiple times that same day, the next day (Friday) and FINALLY got in touch with someone on Monday. Now she has to wait another three weeks to take ONE course and can’t take the test until six days after that. Well past her 16th birthday. Now we are months behind on scheduling in-car training, let alone even scheduling her drivers test. I have been never been more frustrated in my life. Considering the amount of money they take from each student, you would think they could afford to pay enough people to support the classes they have, but that clearly is not the case. Getting ahold of someone is like an Olympic event. I will never recommend Stanley’s to anyone, but if you do decide to use them, do NOT do virtual. You’ll be on an island entirely alone with no support whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: I have had 3 kids go thru Stanley's and have been extremely happy. Whenever I had a question, Rene was quick to get back with me. A big shout out to Michael, the driving instructor! He was so patient and helpful. His positivity really helped my kids feel comfortable. Thank you Michael and Rene!

Negative experience: I signed my son up for driving school here and my payment was collected immediately. We went 3 weeks with this company continuing to reschedule us due to staff issues, now I’m have currently been waiting on my refund for a week now. I keep getting the run around.I am now being told after waiting 7 days that I will have to wait on a paper check to be mailed but my money came off of my card before even finishing up registering my son. Save your money and time

Negative experience: All I know is I have never dealt with a driving school. I learned to drive the old fashion way on old dirt roads and then country roads, as did all my four grown sons. Wouldn’t waste my money on a natural life skill. Anyway, why am I leaving a review, because if you are having one of your students driving, especially during when everyone is going home, let’s see, how about the student driver don’t pull out in front of a car causing them to slam on their brakes and having to come to a stop. Also, fine if speed limit is 35, I don’t mind doing 35 but don’t do 20 and come to a stop around every curve! About got rear ended several times! Then when you turned onto another road did you have to stop?!? I turned behind you and you stopped midway in the road and I had to lay on the horn so you would move as you sat there long enough for another car come around the corner and leaving me in the middle of the road. Then you still couldn’t drive on the road you were on You stopped again, so yes, I went around you all. If you are going to have a student driver drive, then drive! Don’t use the road as a parking lot!!!!

Fantastic experience: I trained with TJ and took 8 classes, TJ was absolutely amazing the entire time! He was extremely professional, made you feel like family and widely helpful, when we we’re driving he made feel really comfortable. I came in the door with zero experience driving on the street, terrified and nervous that I’d be with someone who’s not gonna talk and just have a stern no nonsense face but he was the complete opposite. He cracked jokes and gets you talking to where you’re mind isn’t focused on being nervous and you’re just driving no pressure. I passed my driving test on my first try and would 100% recommend this driving school. If the other instructors are anything like TJ then this place is awesome because he was absolutely great!!

I have two boys that have used Stanley’s and my first son went through the progam 10 years ago and it was awesome them and awesome now!!! TJ is the greatest and has phenomenal customer service and Ben my sons driving instructor was outstanding!!!! I wish There were 10 stars because they are that good!!!! Thank you for another great experience!

Fantastic experience: So glad I chose Stanley's over Bick's! The full 8 day course i felt was necessary to thoroughly cover all the material. I loved my learning experience here and believe that Stanley's drivers are safe driver's!!

Fantastic experience: I'm an adult learning to drive and my instructor, TJ, has been fabulous. I've been super reluctant and nervous to drive, but he has given me great, patient instruction, and the lessons have been both informative and fun. I would highly recommend Stanley's!

Fantastic experience: Stanley's was amazing! I just went through their 24 hour driving school and it was informative and not boring at all. I was very happy with the good service and their upbeat attitude. I would definitely pass them on to any of my friends and family.

Negative experience: I am surprised there are not more reviews on here. This is probably one of the worst businesses I have ever worked with. Not only do they not have good instructors, you can not get a refund. We paid for lessons for our daughter last year for drivers ed. She went through the courses, but then they could never fit her into the schedule, (too many people signed up, they say) One lesson, then she had to leave for college, they told here she could complete it during break, couldn't schedule it in then either..... now she is home for the summer, she had called and called for four weeks. Now they tell her it is too long and they can't do refund because it's been over a year. SERIOUSLY! After my daughter trying to talk and resolve this after several attempts, I called. The person I talked to said she was the owner...... not only was she rude, she did not care of resolving this situation, but lied......yes, I said LIED! When I first started talking to her, she said she knew who my daughter was, but then she did the script thing and made us the fault and said she has no idea what we are talking about or who we were.....Your choice, but for me and my house; we will not do business with them and tell anyone we know. Oh, did I tell you when I told her that she ask me if I was threatening her, and she didn't care. As I said your choice!
