Negative experience: Incredibly rude receptionist or whatever she is. I asked a couple of questions and was only met with a mouthful of attitude. Her name is Natalia. I will not be taking my test here after all.

Fantastic experience: hello, took my test here & passed! i thank instructor Mr. Fernando Fabela for his guidance! i recommend for anyone who is needing to learn how to drive especially for those who are beginners & in need of practice or help with driving. i also want to thank them for providing a vehicle for practice & to take the test, not many drivers ed provide that & im glad that this kind of drivers ed cares about their people. thank you all so much! -Daniella

Positive experience: The classroom portion of the teen driving course was informative and fun, because the instructor was extremely patient, open to questions, and easy going. On the other hand the driving lessons were stressful and dreadful. As an older student , I found Instructor Socorro to be very unpleasant and impatient. I believe for a beginner driver, and someone that has never been behind the wheel, it is better to aim for other instructors that have what Socorro lacks. Although the driving lessons weren’t the best, I have to admit that they served for good practice, and if you don’t have any other opportunity to practice, practicing in the driving school car is convenient. I give it three stars, because the classroom portion was amazing, but would appreciate if there were more driving lesson instructors available for each students needs.

Fantastic experience: Was a student here. Best class the teacher was amazing and fun. Made it understandable and the driving course had fun instructors. Learned while driving. They helped me understand how to drive and where not mad when I did something wrong. Give me valuable lessons on the road.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend the Montwood Dr./Firehouse location! Here I had such a positive experience. My instructor was Fernando and he is very competent! He is calm, patient and really motivates you. I felt very comfortable and truly helped. Thank you so much again!

Fantastic experience: Ms. Yolie is an exceptional driving instructor. Despite having zero prior skills, her guidance and support enabled me not only to learn but also to pass the driving test successfully. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist her students. Her instructions are clear, making the learning process much smoother and more enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: We started at the Hondo Pass location and was subjected to the assertive mannerisms towards my daughter of the staffed manned Parking Lot police about where parents would park for pick up and drop off. Yet, the staff never wanted to deal directly with me as a parent about anything. The final issue of patience depletion was there was never any times available for the 7 hours of driving and observation. I reached out to the Montwood/Firehouse location, and Mr. Manny went above and beyond to accommodate driving/observation completion, which I am completely grateful for. The staff was so welcoming, encouraging, and had a high level of patience which translated to my daughter being comfortable. If I could do it all over again, I would start at the Montwood/Firehouse location.

Negative experience: Every instructor has a different idea of what it means to pass. They are very rude and are not willing to help.

Fantastic experience: I went to this school, they treated me very well, thanks to the owner, like the teacher Fernando, they treated me very well, it is an excellent school today I took my exam and I passed it GOD bless you greatly.

Negative experience: I took my drive classes here and 6 months later when you are eligible to take your drivers license you need a green certificate and I have been coming for the past week and they close 1 hour to 30 minutes before the time says they close

Fantastic experience: We went here for a driving test on a Saturday. How convenient! Also business hours until 7pm. How convenient! Good I instructors both English and Spanish.

Negative experience: Punctuality is very important in any busines, and i noticed that every saturday they arrive late to the driving lessons by a good 15+ min. In my opinion thats unprofessional.
