Fantastic experience: I got my CDL from Roadmaster and it was a great experience. It is not easy but you will learn the skills you need to get on the road. Big shout out to Meko and Mike for making PIT easy. And big thanks to Mark and Tim with help on all the maneuvers and road drives.

Fantastic experience: Greg, Meko, Tim, Mark, Mike, and Antoine are great instructors. I’ll recommend them to anybody who is genuinely trying to learn how to drive a truck and learn crucial maneuvers for when you start driving. Great school and course. 5 stars for me

Fantastic experience: Roadmaster Driver School, has some of the best instructors, they are very detailed in explaining and showing there students how to operate a commercial vehicle. The school has a very clean and positively environment.

Negative experience: Good morning. Single mom of 3 looking to further my career by obtaining my CDL. I was referred here because I was told Roadmaster was so awesome. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t so great. BETH at the front desk let’s start there….she is so RUDE AND NASTY DOESNT HAVE RESPECT FOR VISITORS… they need people who aren’t nasty at the front desk. BETH AND MY WHOLE ENCOUNTER WITH HER IS THE REASON I DIDNT FULLY ENROLL. unfortunately I have a few things to take care of before starting my journey with you all. however my recruiter was BOMB, she helped me with the process so I can start. TJ (Tyneka) *hopefully I am spelling her name correctly*……she is a superstar ! She was very patient and kind as well as super informative because I definitely did have millions of questions but the front desk lady is horrible !!!! PLEASE GET RID OF HER OR IM SURE FUTURE STUDENTS WILL HAVE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HER JUST AS I DID

Fantastic experience: I want to give a heavy thanks to Tyneika Jones Admissions Advisor @ROADMASTER DRIVERS SCHOOL (Houston Branch). She encouraged me throughout my stay and helped me get started while maintaining a straightforward honest guidance approach throughout my school attendance. She explained the high expectations set for success and excellence for all students at the school. She always welcomed me to her office if I needed to talk about anything regarding my school experiences and always directing me to the right people to take care of my concerns. The school has it's challenges like any other organizations but if you are determined to be successful, you will do just fine. Just don't ever give up. Ask questions, Ask questions, Ask questions, oh yeah Ask questions. They will always have an answer, highly resourceful instructors and they are well knowledgeable about the trucking industry. You have to take great initiative in order to be successful at the school like any other school. No one is going to baby sit you because you will have to take responsibility and be accountable for your own actions, it's your CDL. They taught me this mindset and it's the truth. The instructors are there for your succes. You will never have a perfect teaching system which accommodate to everyone needs but one thing for sure which works for everyone is making the choice to be one of those students who see and visualize themselves being successful and gaining confidence to execute whatever they may teach them. I love the culture of teaching point of reference which they teach well and will stay with you throughout your career. There are no driving schools out there to my knowledge who will teach you with guarantees to master PTI, Maneuvers, and Driving better than ROADMASTER DRIVING SCHOOL (HOUSTON BRANCH). PTI is so essential during your career as a truck driver. I will always be grateful to all the wonderful staff at the school for giving me the opportunity to be one of the successful people to enter the transportation industry. It all started with that phone call from Tyneika Jones, that's why your advisors will be your emotional and constructive supports. Thank you so much Tyneika Jones and I hope you continue to change people lives with your great supportive down to earth mannerisms. She made Roadmaster feel like a second home. Fantastic experience: I want to say thank you to everyone here!! I struggled a lot but I never gave up. X is the PTI goat. Mike really helped me pass my CDL state test after I failed my road test the first time. Tony G, Tony W all believed in me when I didn't think I could do something. Big thanks to Mark, he helped me when I was at my lowest and believed that I can do this when I was doubting myself. Jerry was amazing, he's a great teacher and whatever questions you have he always has the right answer and stories about his days on the road. Rikki is the best school manager out there. She will always be there for her students no matter what. Thank you everyone!

Negative experience: I was recommended to Roadmaster my inclassroom experience was Great with Mark he taught me a lot he have a good sense of humor . The Recruiter was great who is Ms Taneka also did a awesome job in welcoming me and educate me about the process,but Ms Riki on the other hand don't no how to talk to to people is out of control, and dirty I didn't even get my third try, she don't care Ms Riki see some as numbers that makes up a paycheck then tell you find a next school ,just imagining been rush . Then Ms Riki like to use her Boss name as cover up to say well my boss told me . With Ms Riki behavior soon Roadmaster wouldn't have any instructors.

X is the best at ensuring that you’re set up for success fasho , Kelly is also good at both maneuvers and Road skills he was the reason I made it out . Fantastic experience: I started with TOM team at Amazon in June 2024 , zero CMV driving experience. After a while I got used to driving hostlers. Once I got to the school in August, I was really overwhelmed because I thought it was too much information to learn. The sleeper was very much different than a small hostler so I had to adjust. As weeks went by I managed to learn everything thanks to the instructors and their methods of teaching. TONY, X, Marcus, Mark … everyone was just great,patient and understanding. My journey was very rough & stressful because I struggled with the maneuvers, but I didn’t give up. Everyone there is very encouraging and they make the material easy to understand. Thanks to Riki, Kelly and all the staff I managed to get my CDL on 11/07/24 and I am so happy. I completely recommend this school to anyone that’s seeking to earn their CDL.

Fantastic experience: Great school but as a former student here I can tell you that I wish they focused more on teaching you alley dock & 90, will never on purpose use parallel parking. Other than that staff is amazing & very on top of your schooling DEFFINETELY recommend this game (it’s just a game) but it gives you an idea how a semi moves & real world scenarios.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this school so much. I came in with no experience, no expectations, and no hope for wanting to drive vehicles. Circumstances changes and people change and I got really good instructors to teach me and guide me to learning. I have now finally graduated today. I recommend everyone who wants to get a cdl and wants to learn how to drive and operate semi trucks to come here and learn! You will not regret coming here and learning! One hundred percent they will work with you and they teach really really well! Any questions and they will help you reach a solution to your problem.

Negative experience: Poor presentation, poor mannerism didn't tell me anything about program nor description .shut me down when ask I work weekend shift. She told me point blank not gonna work out for me. School needs more compassionate individual to help other accomplish their goals.

Fantastic experience: What's the deal aye if you looking for a great school great teachers come on down to Roadmaster driving school......the hardest part of the school was pre trip but they instructor BIG X stayed with me and helped me everyday until I got it right and passed.........but I love most that all the instructors and Ms Riki in the office want let you give up everyone is right by your side

Fantastic experience: First let me start this off by saying Xandra aka XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX!!! Knows her pti front, back, side to side, how ever you want it and was a very good instructor. TONY!! Mark!!! Chris!! BRETT!! Marcus!! All of you had my back with skills and otr. The support and patience these guys have is incredible and unmatched. They never let me walk away feeling defeated. I'm so sorry I can't remember my in class instructor name because I already had my clp, but the time I did have to spend in there learning how to do log books he was very helpful as well. Ms. Rickie and Mr. Kelly were also very supportive throughout this entire process. Questions were answered in a promptly manner. Safety is always first but most of EVERYONE HELPED BUILD MY CONFIDENCE IN LEARNING AND DRIVING MY TRUCK. Thank you all, this was a great experience. Class 15 WE DID IT!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Roadmaster was very good. The instructors are caring, understandable, and dedicated to their work in order to make students pass their CDL test in San Antonio. A big Kudos to all the instructors but more specially to X (Xandra) for her encouragements.

Fantastic experience: Roadmaster was a great stepping stone to start my career in Commercial Driving. Tyneika Jones started my experience off great when we had a meeting to discuss applying to Roadmaster driving school. The same day, I was enrolled in school and was starting my first day in a matter of days. She made the enrollment process easy, efficient, and promising. My first week I was in the classroom with Jerry and 2nd week with Xandria in PTI. They both are the glue that makes this school succeed. Jerry teaches you pretty much everything before you even get a chance to see a truck and X makes sure you know EVERYTHING about a Pre-Trip Inspection before you get behind the wheel of a truck. They make sure we are on top of our work at all times. They don’t let you quit or doubt yourself. Even if you do for a moment they put things in prospective to make you want it even more. They are very knowledgeable about their positions at the school. Brett was another instructor that I enjoyed during my experience. He helped me major with maneuvers and driving skills. Overall I had a good experience. When I started, they did lack instructors which made my experience longer than others but I graduated feeling educated and excited to start my driving career.

Negative experience: Absolutely garbage customer service called for inquiry I think her name is Tyneika just very unprofessional and inconsiderate customer service no wonder they desperately reach out to people looking for drivers to train who would want to further their education here when wonderful people like Tyneika are the first contact and face of the company.

Fantastic experience: Pass my final exam in san antonio and Just got my certificate and ringed the bell just being another student graduated successfuly I really appreciate to these guys for their teach thanks to the manager miss ricky she was really nice and patient an amazing person,Jerry he's a really good instructor in class, Kelly and roony they are awesome instructors in manuevers and skills,xandria she's an amazing instructor in PTI class, Bret a really good instructor for the road and Marcus too they were amazing instructors they helped me with everything so i really recommend them 100% if somebody looking to get a cdl go to roadmaster they gonna take care of u really good thank you roadmaster!!!
