Negative experience: Called on a Wednesday for an appointment for the pre license course, girl who answer the phone was friendly and gave me a Sunday appointment I thought it was odd because on the website says they are close on Sunday and she said that because of the demand they had added Sunday, day comes and nobody shows up to the office, they wasted at least 20 people time, so unprofessional not to have called to cancel she had asked for my phone number.

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 stars. Few days before i registered for the 5 hour driving course. When I went there I noticed it was a really run down place and no one was there. I called and she said the class was cancelled because there was no instructor, ridiculous! I won't recommend this place

Fantastic experience: My experience with Suffolk Auto Driving School was a pleasure from beginning to end. The girls in the office were super sweet and supportive and my instructor Bruce was the absolute best! I wouldn’t have passed my road test without him. I would definitely recommend this place for all beginner drivers.

Negative experience: I guess the way your business teaches me how to drive is trying to handull my frustration when you don't show up for an scheduled appointment wish I could give zero.

Negative experience: Only giving One star because I can’t give a zero. I made an appointment for my daughter to do a road test brush up lesson. The driving school never came for the appointment nor did anyone reach out and give us a call. Her appointment for her road test is Wednesday and everybody one else is full. How very un professional and nice of you guys to do something like that. This driving school is obviously an experienced when it comes to customer service on every single level. Thanks again make sure I’ll spread the word on how extremely unprofessional you are and could Care less.

Fantastic experience: After failing my road test twice, I decided to get some help on the road and chose suffolk auto. My instructor Janet was very friendly and helpful. I was taught some new useful tips and she always explained anything I didnt get in good detail. After 3 lessons with her I passed my road test.
