Positive experience: Drivers Ed was good, but they won't pick up the phone for me to schedule my driving hours. I'm running out of time to get them in before I get can get my license

Negative experience: Well, the one who sent me to give me the classes told me no, very angry because I didn't know anything about driving, I told him and before I got on, terrible service, very angry and he came without patience

Positive experience: Dan is so cool and you will learn a lot from him. One of the other driving instructors is really scary.

Positive experience: I'm only giving 3 stars because there seems to be one young lady who seems to have a heart and an understanding,that being said, this school is way over priced with a misleading staff. I am thankful for the driving instructors considering my son past, although I been teaching all my boys from a very young age. The biggest issue is that these people are writing down your card information and they don't charge your until it convinces them. Basically your card information sits on their desk un secure. Please research before choosing this school. I'm not mentioning names because I'm not targeting anyone. This school is over priced and very unprofessional. Thank you.... Shawn Ingemi

Negative experience: This is the worst Driving school I have ever encountered with. They are never open? They’re always rescheduling! My daughter has a road test coming up and they canceled two of her classes and she only has two before her drivers license test . She had Four schedule Prior to her drivers license test .They are never open even when I go and personally. This place is a total joke! It needs to be shut down!!

Fantastic experience: They were incredible and so helpful. Signed me up for 6 lessons right away. Picked me up in Fitchburg. Took me 3 times to pass and they where so helpful and responsive about scheduling tests, encouraging and optimistic!

Negative experience: i’ve called more than 10 times and have emailed them a handful of times. it’s been 2 months trying to get into contact with them, still nothing.

Negative experience: My second child is just about finished with the process and I can honestly say their communication is almost non-existing. You call and no one ever answers the phone, you leave a message and no one ever calls you back. And this time around because of Covid I feel like my son learned nothing. He has his road test Sunday and I am pretty sure he will fail because they taught him nothing. I would not recommend this business and will not use them for my third child.

Negative experience: got an appointment and they never show up. when i call them they just told me the car broke down and they dont even call to tell me. i pay $60 and they dont wanna give a me refund. what a pigs!!

Negative experience: These people never answer their phones. The only time you have any type of interaction with them is when they are collecting your fees. Once they get paid, the communication drops. They collected the fees from us and never sent it to the RMV. So my daughter’s license was never sent out to her. When I called to ask why they literally gave me a nasty attitude and asked if she took additional courses. Wouldn’t you have that information? Find another place for your child to go to. They are not worth the money or headache!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased and satisfied with the instructors and staff that work here!! My daughters just passed their license test on Saturday with the help of Townsend auto school. Thank you again! They had such a great experience with the instructors. Every lesson went smoothly and the staff was extremely kind! If you’re looking for a positive experience at an auto school this is your go to place! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dan and Brian are literally the greatest drivers ed instructors and driving instructors. They were super chill, wicked nice, and took everyone and everything into account when teaching and explaining what to and not to do while driving.

Fantastic experience: Amazing school for a confidence builder and brush up course. I would suggest the school to anyone looking to get their driver's license. Took the road test which I might add they scheduled for me and passed first time and now I'm legal to drive. Thanks Nate for the time you trained me. Awesome experience. A+++++
