Negative experience: I couldn’t find someone to help me !

Negative experience: To any persons still paying for any type of lessons or five hour classes with this company “online” I advise you not to, this company has had their gates closed since the pandemic & I have never seen them reopen. So if you are communicating/paying for any services please don’t it’s a scam save yourself the hassle.

Negative experience: Not professional I gave a one star cause I had to I was calling around to see if I can get a five hour and road test right away instead of waiting 4 weeks @ the place near me he told me that one five hour class and one lesson with schedule of road test is 350 and I had to pay 200 right then to be registered but every other school has a deal five hour one lesson schedule road test & the use of they car for the test 200 I even seen 170 somewhere but buyers beware he sounded like a scammer and can’t scam a … EDITED GO TO “BEEP BEEP DRIVING SCHOOL” THEY DO FIVE HOUR AND SCHEDULE ROAD TEST WITHIN DAYS HOWEVER I GOT MY FIVE HOUR ELSE WHERE THEY GOT ME A RUSH RT IN 5/6 DAYS I TOOK ONE OF THERE LESSONS THE DAY OF RIGHT BEFORE MY RT I PASSED FIRST TRY “BEEP BEEP DRIVING SCHOOL”

Negative experience: I registered for the Groupon last year, I did the 5 hours class and 2 driving lessons but wasn’t able to schedule a driving test due to COVID. I have been trying to contact them for close to 5months now and my certificate has expired. I find this highly unprofessional and fraudulent….

Negative experience: I paid for a 5 hour class February 5, 2021. I have not heard from the company so I called and emailed even left voicemail. This was back to back for three days in a row. So i wrote a bad review on their page and I gotten a response no longer than 24 hours. Bernard Pierre-Paul emailed me asking for my phone number and a date to schedule my class. He also said someone will be contacting me shortly that was February 9, 2021. I gave him my information. Still no call from the company. I emailed Bernard Pierre-Paul February 16 2021 asking him what was going on why I haven’t heard from anyone... No response. Today is February 17, I called them this morning 3 times to be exact. No one answers. I had my friend answer a lady picks up. We do a three way and I’m trying to pick a class she get frustrated with me says ‘well ma’am I can just refunded your money back because I’m not dealing with your attitude’ and hung up. I was just explaining to her how I been calling and emailing and they have not got in contact with me. I am over Pierre- Paul school. DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING ONLINE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!!! 0/10

Negative experience: I booked a package through Groupon for this location in February 2020, I took one driving class but unfortunately had to cancel any further lessons due to covid. I understand for everyone's health and safety till further notice but to not have a valid form of communication to contact them is unprofessional. Plus to take ones money and not update them on what can be done moving forward. If this is occurring to you please get in contact with groupon and the police in their area. I've filed a police report , which was advised by the DMV. Hopefully I'll be able to find a solution and everyone else who was taken advantage of .

Negative experience: Are your phone lines dead? I have been calling to make an appointment for 2 weeks no one ever answers.

Negative experience: We have been calling this driving school for weeks since buying a groupon. They don’t answer. We schedule the classes on line no one showed up. I left three voicemails no one even calls back.

Negative experience: Very disappointed! My son had an appointment for today @ 3 pm... nothing. We waiting until 3:15 no one was there. The yellow gates was locked, bad business!!!

Fantastic experience: This school is highly recommend I with back and forth learning to driving under the driving instructors Alvan And Mickell both of them gave me valuable tips and because of them I passed my test on the first try On January 24th of 2020 I made a review that day but I don't where it is doesn't show currently but this is a great school very respect calm chill and cool staff

Fantastic experience: I'm not usually one to write reviews, but their service was so great that it compelled me to write one! I definitely want to credit those who helped me. My main instructor was Diana, and she was spectacular. Diana made sure you practiced until you were comfortable and felt more experienced in what you were doing-- especially with a beginner like me. She was very open, and answered any questions you had. From start to finish, Isamar had hands-down, wonderful customer service. Isamar's friendly demeanor really makes you feel welcomed, and one of the reasons why I stuck to this driving school. Mickell tries to make sure you know what you're doing and is really good at strengthening your weaknesses. Like all the other reviews say, Alvan really is kind, supportive, and patient. He brought me to the road test site, and never failed to give me useful tips and practices along the way. Elke was always sweet and helpful. I recommend this place if you want to pass on your first try!

Fantastic experience: I recommend Primo driving School for getting your driver's license in Brooklyn .this school is the best ,and alvan is the best of the best instructor because I had a bad experience with another school So with primo driving school you can get your driver's license in one month and Les than 200$.how? Go get a great Groupon deal with primo driving school

Fantastic experience: After researching for two months to find a driving instructor I finally came across Alvan and it was the best decision I've ever made. He was very patient, very knowledgeable and didn't complain about my hiccups. I signed up for 4 behind the wheel lessons and after my 1st two lesson I already felt like I was ready for my road test thanks to Alvan and his hard work. Just wanna say I met a great instructor and now a friend. Thanks Alvan and Primo Driving School

Fantastic experience: I took driving lessons with Alvan a few times. He was great with taking his time with me and being patient. Within a few weeks I took my road test and past the first time. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I got a great Groupon deal with this school - I have driven only a handful of times and never parked. I had 2 incredible instructors - shot out to Mikael, who helped me get confident about driving and Alvan, who was the such a patient and supportive instructor.. definitely passed the parking and turns part thanks to him. I really liked that the school offered you the option of practicing to drive on an SUV and/or sedan and you were able to stick with the same car through (including using the car to take the driver's test). They were very flexible with my schedule from start to finish until test day. I've met Primo himself while waiting in the school and he seemed like a very genuine and knowledgable person, just like the rest of his staff. Thanks Primo Driving School - passed on my first try!
