Fantastic experience: From the start to the end the service from universal center was amazing such kind people Laura was a great instructor who was really patient the whole time and always answered my questions Positively she also took me around the route at the dmv i went to. I passed my test on the first try!

Negative experience: Laura is very rude and unprofessional she told me, her client, to find another driver when asking to repeat her question and basically told me no after I had informed her I wasn’t a minor. When asked for another instructor she said she was the ONLY instructor for universal driving but refuses to be questioned about anything

Fantastic experience: Laura is a great teacher, my teenage son learned alot and he got a high score on his dmv driving test, shes very patient, she was the right choice, glad i settled for her.

Negative experience: I called For information when women answer the phone I asked if she could give me some information she was super rude and told me that she had already spoken with me never have I ever called this place before..... and just hang up on me I think that’s very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I loved it!! I was so nervous I was sure I was gonna never get a license and probably end up taking the bus for the rest of my life , but the teacher is so cool and she really help me , just in one day with her and I feel confident.
