EZ Driving School

Negative experience: I believe EZ Driving School knew in 2022 that they were going to be closing down and didn't inform the families. I paid the initial $170 and the remaining balance was going to be due once we had the permit, the lady I spoke with told us that we might need to find another school, never stated why. Once my child had the permit they were completely booked for the year, she again stated that we may need to find another school and did not mentioned that they were closing down. My child is missing the 6hours of drive time which is $300 now I am going to have to pay $470. I feel I should be given a refund since they were not able to provide full services and I have not been able to get a hold of them.

Negative experience: No one answers emails or phone calls. Paid for a service, but I cannot get any sort of verification or receipt of completed services.

Negative experience: I'm not sure what her job title is but I spoke to a woman named Brenda I had a few general questions and she became VERY defensive, Aggressive, VERY Disrespectful, and even Irate overall it was very unsettling and unwelcoming experience

Positive experience: To be honest I was confused as heck when I took a driving test, not that I have anything against anyone here but rather the way it was explained to me. I don’t even plan on driving because I’m terrified I’m going to get someone hurt who doesn’t deserve to be hurt.

Fantastic experience: The best driving Instructor in Buckinghamshire! I went to my test unsure if I was going to pass or fail, he kept me calm and consistently reminded me I can do it, not only did his fath help but so did the hours of work he put in trying to teach me. I only had 12 days to learn everything and he helped me In this time, not once did he get angry or shout but was very patient and explained everything thoroughly and in detail. I highly recommend him for any crash courses Buckinghamshire!

Fantastic experience: I went to this catonsville ez driving school to take a driver improvement course as required by the MVA and they really lived up to the name. Not only did they make it very simple but Brenda at the office was courteous and very helpful with explaining everything and getting me my certificate and I could not be happier with how simple she made it for me given how daunting the MVA can make the process for things be at times. I highly recommend this location and am very grateful for the service I recieved there.

Fantastic experience: actually makes learning fun!

Negative experience: Ken, the owner, his receptionist and Ken Jr. are all thieves who do not comply with MVA regulations. Their yelp reviews are abysmal as well, and after switching my child out of their rubbish driving school, lo and behold the other driving school knew of and commented negatively on how EZ driving school has done the same before.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible, They don’t follow MVA guidelines, they try to milk you for all the money they can get. Ken Jr. texts the entire time you’re doing your driving time, and they’re clearly not fit to run a business.

Fantastic experience: I would wholeheartedly recommend their services. The classes are not your usual run-of-the-mill bore-fest, rather, they're instructive, conveyed in a way that is indelible and fun. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: Current Student. Def would recommend. Classes are 2 weeks - simple enough & easy to understand . Both instructors I had so far are really funny. The Wife is very sweet & funny as well. Scheduling driving practice is not a hassle. Def give it a chance.
