Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my time at Sage. The instructors were knowledgeable and always answered any questions I had. They were also very encouraging to those struggling with the different aspects of the training. I recommend going to Sage to get your CDL.

Negative experience: If you are a single man living alone and have rent, full time job and rent plus bills to pay…don't recommend sage. They claimed they were very flexible with work schedules and personal interferences.. if you are 10 minutes late because work boss makes you do an extra task at work before leaving for school…well be ready to hear about it when you get to the school they are not very nice about it. Also this school tends to forget you paid them and they are not paying you. If you’re slightly late because you have a life they will make sure you feel like garbage for it. Also more than a few instructors talk a lot of crap about other students while you sit in the truck with them waiting your turn to do backing range. And I mean a lot. Yea I missed a lot of school and that’s because I also have a lot in rent and and bills to pay. One way or another I paid for “flexible” school for a reason. Life happens. Put your money towards NIC coming from a single man with lots of bills and full time job JESSIE THE FRONT DESK WAS THE BEST STAFF MEMBER THERE SHE IS A SWEET HEART.

Fantastic experience: As a skills tester in Idaho, I test many applicants and Sage's training methods are great. Sage has many programs to choose from with plenty of hours behind the wheel, road driving, and backing maneuvers. Their instructors have many years of experience with all types of employment and different types of trucks. So if you are looking for a great school with with a great staff look no further.

Positive experience: Currently am an Instructor here at Sage CdA. Have been a CDL holder since 1994.Overall a very good experience-came to Sage a little more than a year ago & it has been a very positive experience. I am semi retired & it gives me the opportunity to possibly "pay it forward" some of the things I learned way back. Also keeps me current as well ! Outstanding staff-many years experience with the Instructor group-that in itself is priceless. We all have our different ways-but we as a group all want the same outcome-success with the students who pass thru here. Always puts a smile on my face when any of us encounter graduates.

Fantastic experience: I went to trucking school at Sage! Teacher are excellent! Hey Doug, Rick, Gary and Dean. Tina actually cares about the students! Yes, is is a lot of classes going through the school at any given time. I was from Washington, and that gave me a few more hours behind the wheel. Just to let you know, when the trucking company found out I was attending Sage, I was hired on the spot! Trucking companies will pay your tuition also. One month and had to wait for my card license to come in. Than it is offto work. Thank you Sage for the great opportunity and the great teaching! Go WonderWoman

Fantastic experience: Awesome school! Tina and Tricia are great in the office. Everything they tell you is 100% honest. The classroom instruction is great. If anything there is too much classroom time and time to get your questions answered which is a great problem to have. The 1 on 1 truck driving experience is an absolute must and the instructors are awesome. I especially appreciate John the Texan who does a tremendous job training in both backing and on the road. If you're in the area and looking to become a truck driver then this is definitely the school to go to!

Fantastic experience: Huge shout-out to the staff at Sage. I needed to rent a truck for my road test and everyone here treated me like family. I sat down with Tina and came up with a plan that would ensure I would have the best chance to succeed. I booked a 4 hour practice drive before my test and had Gary as my instructor. He is a true veteran and gave me pointers on areas I needed to focus on. I felt very comfortable having him in the passenger seat. It was all 1 on 1 training and he was attentive and focused on creating professional driver's. I took my state road test with Kevin and was able to test on the same truck I practiced with. Kevin ensures that safe drivers are hitting the road and you could tell he is passionate about it. He explained the process of the test fluently and made sure directions we're clear. I'm glad I went to Sage for my practice drive and testing. This was one of the best investments I have ever made into myself. Don't let me leave out Trish she handled alot of my paperwork and coordinated alot o my interactions with sage and If I had any questions she answered them all. Safe gets 5 stars and my referral for anyone who wants to get their CDL without being stuck in a contract with a trucking company. This is actual real life 1 on 1 training by professional tenured instructors and staff.

Fantastic experience: Great People, to learn from. Classroom lessons were great and the driver training is one on one with an instructor. Passed my CDL A driving test with no problem after attending Sage.
