Negative experience: Horrible service. My daughter had to call her after 3 weeks to schedule her on the road driving class because she forgot. She grabbed the steering wheel to tell my daughter to get closer to the side of the road. Grabbed it again because my daughter then got mad because she scared her.

Negative experience: I honestly wouldn’t recommend! She kept grabbing the wheel while I was driving and i didn’t like her attitude. Not great for business!

Negative experience: Paid for the driving school & was never scheduled. When I called to scheduled, the class she had available didn’t work for me. So I asked when her next one was and she hung up in my face.

Negative experience: She deserves ZERO STARS . Called to speak to someone on the phone and the lady who answered .. well she was out right rude . She answered with the rudest hello & i greeted with a pleasant good afternoon.. i tried to gain information from her about the driving classes she had to offer and she was literally yelling “ you need to come in and make your payment” … like excuse me first of all you didn’t even tell me any information on the class nor how much the payment was . simply rude and has no customer service skills . GET IT TOGETHER MS. SMITH !

Negative experience: Unprofessional, doesn't communicate very well and rude. I would not recommend this place to your kids or anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I love her she really is the best, She takes out time with you to make sure you learn all the skills when it comes to driving...

Fantastic experience: On 31 March 2018, I enrolled my nephew with TEENS SAFETY & ALERT Driving school. The enrollment process was smooth and thorough. I was completely satisfied with Ms. Smith. I am pleased to recommend this school to any prospective driving school candidate.

Positive experience: Its very hard to get the driving portion of the class. She overbooks the classes.

Negative experience: This driving school is very unprofessinal. She involves her personal life with her business like. Also, I think she have a slight amnesia cause she will say call her back at such and such time, and forgot she even told you to call. Actually told me that I be blowing her phone up. Like you effin right it really taking me a month to get this done!!! I wouldn't reccomend no one to go there spend your 350 somewhere worthed!!!! The lady really don't know how to run a business at all!!!

Fantastic experience: Teens Safety First Driving School is an amazing driving school here in Baton Rouge. The driving instructor is a nice friendly professional lady and the route she makes you drive is short, simple, and quick. The route that we drove on isn't anything like the dark alleys and back ways that Smart Start makes you drive. This school isn't anything like the scamming company that is Smart Start Driving Academy. I highly recommend going to this driving school because it will save you both time and money.

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school to go to in Baton Rouge. I was scheduled to do my driving test and I showed up to the facility and no one was there. When I called her to see if she still wanted me to come even though it started to drizzle(driving schools do not give driving test when it rains)she told me to still come. When I arrived the door was locked so I called her and she had already left. It was very unprofessional especially when it comes to business. I would not recommend this driving school because they give you the run around and it is very stressful when they do not follow through. I wish I would of read the previous reviews before even considering.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience here at teen safety first driving school Ms.smith makes the learning fun she makes sure you are comfortable and prepares you well for all the tests it sometimes you might have to schedule with her but trust me its worth it and her price's are reasonable

Negative experience: I believe they don't even deserve 1 Star,if I could I would definitely give them Zero.. By the way This is my first time writing a comment, it's because this is the extremely bad place , the owner is simply big liar, I don't want to be boring explaining about how bad is she, how many times promised me ..& breaks deadline Actually she doesn't know what does (honest) mean they will take your 350$ for NOTHING
