Fantastic experience: We have sent one teen to the Performance Based Driver Education Program and 4-Hour Winter Skills Clinic with DriveTeam and we were so impressed we are now sending kid #2. This is a "you get what you pay for" situation. Is DriveTeam more expensive? Yes. Is DriveTeam significantly higher quality? Yes. The course kicks of with an intense Skills weekend consisting of 8 hours on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday. They are thorough, knowledge and passionate. I will never regret sending my most precious people-my children - to DriveTeam to gain the best skills before releasing them to drive on their own. I am confident you will feel the same way if you choose to entrust DriveTeam with your driving education needs.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was there as part of an amazing program, Kelli's crusade, a driving safety program to help teens avoid crashing by providing 4 hours of safety lessons with this absolutely phenomenal staff and organization. She had the best time learning how to control skids, braking, stability control, winter safety, situation awareness and just so much more!!! She is so much more confident now!!! Everybody was fantastic with this group of teens, no matter the age or how much experience. I cannot stress enough how great they were. I wish there was a drive time in our area, but most importantly I can't be more thankful for KELLIS CRUSADE .

Fantastic experience: We have a fleet of trucks that aren't required to have CDL licenses, and I had been looking for years for a school that could prepare our drivers for the differences between their own cars and our smaller trucks. Finally, I found Drew and his staff at Drive Team. We arrived in the morning for classroom time, then went outside to learn serpentine maneuvering, managing a skid, pivot points, rotation points, and ABS compared to threshold braking. They were patient, thorough, and organized. They brought in a great lunch and gave us personalized written guides and a report card by individual. My entire team received a full day of professional training, and the following day in my office, we did a session on takeaways: they'll keep both hands on the wheel at 9 oclock/3 oclock, no distractions, and look forward - to name a few. We tested them on the percentage of tire in contact with the ground, control, where to look, and the difference in pivot point and rotation. I'm positive that lives will be saved because of the training my team received that day. Thank you, Drew, Donn, Jeff, Thurston, and your entire team for their help.

Negative experience: Almost just got hit by 3 dti allowing a driver to pull out in front of me and almost cause a accident

Fantastic experience: The best. Hands down. We are so happy with the education our daughter received here. They reply to emails quickly, too ;). They really go out of their way to make sure your teen has an amazing experience. Our daughter passed both maneuverability and the driving test on the first try. Knowledgeable, no-nonsense driving instructors.

Negative experience: Almost crashed my car gettin on the interstate in Massillon plate number 3DTI they don't care about no body's life

Fantastic experience: Our son just completed the first two days of the teen driving program and I could not be more impressed with the entire staff of Drive Team and their facility. He learned more in two days than I anticipated, enjoyed every second, and was taught by the kindest and most enthusiastic people we have come across in quite some time. I cannot more highly recommend Drive Team and I will absolutely sign up our daughter when the time comes. A+++

Fantastic experience: As the mom of a child with high-functioning autism (formerly known as Asperger's Syndrome), I knew I needed to find a driving school that went above and beyond. DriveTeam was the perfect choice! Skills weekend was unbelievable! My son's confidence and skill set improved significantly and parents get to ride along on the last practice of the day. I thought I was riding with a Grand Prix racecar driver! They were also very accommodating with scheduling and getting an extension with the BMV when he needed additional time due to his autism. When it came time for his driver's test, they were very accommodating in allowing us to practice the maneuverability test several times too! The evening prior to his test, we had a ladies driveway social in my neighborhood. I learned that nearly all of my neighbors' kids failed their driving test the first time and some even the second time! My son passed on his first attempt! That is the DriveTeam difference! Without question, they are the best driving school in the area and we'll be back for winter skills!

Fantastic experience: From start to finish, Drive Team was the perfect option for my son. The only downside was the drive from our home to their office was 40mins. All the instructors were professional, helpful, and super patient. I saw his confidence rise during the weekend intensive, continue gaining from there and have every expectation that he'll pass his test in two weeks. Thanks Drive Team!

Fantastic experience: Last review you’ll need to read — spend the money and send your teen to DriveTeam. Both of our teens have taken their program and I cannot stress enough how much their closed-track two day session to kick off the program is worth it’s weight in peace of mind. Learning maneuverability in high pressure situations is really what it’s all about. They get a feel for the car, sharp steering, turning, acceleration, braking etc as confidence builders before they have to put it into play in a live situation. TRUST ME this class equals peace of mind. Well run and coordinated. Great communication and materials. Nothing bad to say, really. Your kids will still complain, roll their eyes and say “it’s dumb” but that’s human nature and their brains aren’t done growing until their 25 so … LOL

Negative experience: The email response time is terrible. I have sent in my in-car schedule and it has taken them 3 weeks and counting to process my schedule. They tell you it will only take a max of 10 days. This inconvenient lie is completely unacceptable. The program is useless and teaches you nothing. Definitely will be voicing my concerns with friends and family. I will NEVER send my kids here. Waste of money!

Fantastic experience: Has been a great place for building confidence and teaching kids how to be good drivers. They go above and beyond state requirements and aren't afraid to keep teaching someone until they're truly ready to get their license.

Fantastic experience: If your kids need to learn skilled driving, winter skills, or Corporate skills this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful staff who the kids enjoy learning from! I will acknowledge that a few years back they had some organizational weaknesses, but I can attest that they have straighten them all out. We have been impressed by the skill and engagement they use to teach teens to be safe drivers. We will continue to send our kids here for driving school!

Negative experience: For being a driving school you would think their employees would actually know how to drive. On two separate occasions different employees have almost caused me to have a wreck due to their incompetence while driving. One incident was on Steele's corners exit ramp ant the other was Rte 91 in stow. If their "trainers" are any indication of how they train people to drive, I wouldn't trust them with a unicycle.
