Fantastic experience: My daughter had Mrs Jones for behind the wheel who was an amazing instructor. She’s extremely patient and kind to the students. I would highly recommend Safe & Sound Driving, especially Mrs Jones to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My son Benjamin came home from his first lesson with Ms. Jones absolutely glowing. He told me she was the best driving instructor ever—patient, kind, and easy to understand. He said she made him feel comfortable right away and never nervous, even when he made mistakes. Hearing how confident and relaxed he felt behind the wheel says everything. If there were a “Driving Instructor of the Century” award, Ms. Jones would win it without question!

Fantastic experience: Ms jones was the best instructor, she said my granddaughter wasn’t ready. At the end we took three more weeks and my granddaughter improved tremendously. Ms jokes retested her and said she done much better and she was ready for her license and I appreciate her for caring about our young people and I’m definitely going to spread the word about the company.

Negative experience: Good luck getting them to respond. We paid the deposit and never heard anything back. Sent several emails and never got a response.

Fantastic experience: My husband took the DIP class a few years ago. The class was fun and exciting and for him to say that is quite crazy! Who wants to take an 8 hour class because they were speeding? Overall I have seen the car out quite a lot and think safe and sound is the best school around!

Fantastic experience: This is a great Driving School. I look forward to to my kids getting there driving permit and taking behind the wheel with this school. Doug is a great and busy person and not only takes care of the business but takes care of our schools too. Keep up the great work Doug! The behind the wheel teacher is a great person and enjoys what she does and will tell anyone. She never puts down her job at all even when she is having a bad day. She is always smiling. Over all this is a great and safe Driving school.

Negative experience: I saw their car in Louisa at the McDonald's today 9/25/2019. The stickers on the license plates said they had expired on 8/19. Now they possibly had the new stickers in the glove compartment of the car however, if you're teaching a child how to drive, you should certainly see to it that the car is legal before you put the child in jeopardy of receiving a ticket as well as the instructor. This company may be outstanding but the appearance of a car with expired plates on it would surely make me think twice before using them.

Negative experience: Called twice to schedule behind the wheel for my daughter in law. Doug the owner called back a few days later stating he was out of town. We scheduled the behind wheel to start Aug 7th 2018 at 2:30pm to be picked up at our house. Doug was a no show and no call to explain why he did not show. Beware of this company!! Not a good business person!! Glad I had not paid him up front.

Positive experience: This is what I went through to get my license and it was so helpful and the driving instructed always made sure you were comfortable and prepared before anything even happened.
