Fantastic experience: It was in January 2025 that I began taking driving lessons. I started with an intense fear of driving, but over nine months, I overcame that fear and passed my road exam with flying colors. My instructor, Mike, was an excellent teacher who truly understood his students. He knew when to push me, when to be patient, and what to focus on to help me succeed.

Negative experience: payed a hour of class and the schools car to take the test never showed up didn’t even pick up the phone wasted my time and didn’t even give me the 6 hour course paper irresponsible place

Negative experience: 5 minutes before the driving road test, I was told that i wasn't ready to take the test and that we should go home. Ended up passing with 100%

Negative experience: Muy mala atención solo les interesa el dinero a mi me cobraron 450 dólares en total para llevarme ah dar el examen de conducción, mandan de instructor un chino que se pone una mascarilla el la boca que no se le entiende ni lo que habla, es un desastre no lo recomiendo’ uno se paga una hora para que le enseñe el instructor y llegan de mal humor y ni la hora completa le enseñan ah uno

Fantastic experience: best driving school in all of New York. I did lessons when i first got my permit at 15 but money was tight. now 20 i saw rob and asked him about classes. So i started going again January/February of 2025 and had every instructor. Sonia will always be willing to help you out. Rob will focus on what you need help with. Scott, his brother, will make you comfortable behind the wheel. Katz will settle your nerves regarding driving. Kim makes you laugh but is strict. Richard is patient. Finally, Mike focuses on parallel parking. This school helped me pass within a month of class and Mr.Kim is the one took me to pass my test. Everyone including alex is super supportive and everyone there wants you to pass your road test. i loved them so much and they loved me i was able to get a job here!! Practice makes perfect and it’s ok to be nervous, that’s why we’re here to help!!

Mike was kind, clear with his instructions, and provided as many details as he could about the structure of the road test. I arrived at the road test feeling confident and passed with minimal points taken off. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Negative experience: Terrible experience from start to finish. I booked a driving test and paid in advance for a training session with an instructor who was supposed to pick me up an hour before the test. No one ever showed up. When I contacted the office, they acted clueless and said it wasn’t in their system. The staff was dismissive and extremely rude. One of them kept saying, “What can I do? It’s not in the system. I can’t do anything.” I asked for at least an apology, and he told me, “It wasn’t me who made the mistake, so I won’t apologize,” and then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. I missed work, wasted time, lost money, and was put through unnecessary stress right before a test I had prepared for. The guy I spoke to sounded like some spoiled business-owner’s kid, treating the place like a joke. For anyone serious about their time and looking for a reliable, organized experience—avoid this place at all costs. They did absolutely nothing to help me and only made things worse. Thankfully, I found Da Silva Driving School, who helped me last minute and showed what real professionalism looks like.

Negative experience: My wife scheduled a driving test and 1-hour practice session with All Northern Westchester Driving weeks in advance and they failed to show up the morning of. When my wife called to inquire about their arrival time she was told she wasn’t even on the schedule and that they had no one available to go with her without an ounce of sympathy. She took the day off of work and traveled an hour and a half to my parent’s home for the driving test thinking this school could be trusted. Alex, who picked up the phone, did not apologize for their failure and rudely said she could just reschedule or find someone else to go with her. We had to scramble and call every single driving school in the area to find someone who could go with her on such short notice. I had to call to request a refund, which they did provide quickly via Zelle. The man who picked up the second time around was apologetic unlike the first man who picked up the phone and said he would NOT be apologizing because it was not his fault. Edit: I’d recommend Da Silva Driving INC instead! My wife had an absolutely wonderful experience with Suzana who is polite, professional, and has a calming demeanor! She was able to take the road test after the immense stress caused by All Northern Westchester driving. We’ll be recommending Da Silva Driving to all our friends moving forward and reporting our experience with All Northern Westchester Driving to the DMV.

Negative experience: This place was a complete waste of time. I scheduled my driving test and paid extra for an instructor to pick me up an hour before for training. They never showed up, and when I called, they claimed it wasn’t in their system. The attendant I spoke to, Alex was extremely rude and showed no concern for the situation. I took time off work and traveled specifically for this test, only to be met with disorganization and unprofessionalism. Very frustrating experience—would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier with my daughter's driving experience with Mike Smith. I bought a package of lessons and he took her to the rode test and she went from an awful driver to passing her road test on her first try! Mike is the best and my daughter and I both highly recommend him. He came early and stayed late and was genuinely invested in her success. A+++++

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this establishment for I have used it for myself when I was younger also for my kids. The staff is bilingual which is a huge help for many and they’re very honest with their scoring system not trying to cheat you out of money if you plan on getting your kids their license, I highly recommend sending them to this driving school, for they would be honest if your child is ready or not ready.

Positive experience: Honest people,booked a lesson for my wife,they never showed up,finally got through to them on phone and told them car never showed up.Without hesitation she told me " OMG I forgot to write u in book I'm so sorry tell me when you want to book again there is NO charge for next lesson " people make mistakes, and I can't say one bad thing about this company ,the lessons were good and Honest people, so we will continue to use them. Give them a try !!

Negative experience: Driving instructors (at least the ones I have experienced) are wonderful. Very thorough and helpful. HOWEVER; their secretary who is in charge of scheduling appointments and mantaining schedules must be horrifically overworked or simply incompetent because the amount of issues we have encountered simply regarding the clerical aspect and scheduling is simply absurd. Out of the 15 lesson package we bought, 4 out of those lessons were cancelled without mine or the instructor's knowledge, wasting lots of mine and the instructor's time, 3 had the pickup time changed without, again, mine or the instructor's knowledge, and even if I leave 15 messages in a day I simply do not get a call back. And when I confronted the secretary asking her simply what was going on, I was interrupted, yelled at, and dismissed, instead of taking even a single second to see if what I was saying was valid. Overall absurdly bad experience working with anyone but the instructors.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place at all! They were very rude and nasty. When I got to the driving school there was a sign on the door that stated "sorry we missed you, we will be back soon." The sign stated they were closed from 12 to 1. I waited an entire hour and 40 minutes. They did not arrive from their lunch till 1:40. People and I were waiting for them to arrive and when they finally arrived they were extremely nasty and rude and told me it was my problem. I will be reporting them for discrimination!

Negative experience: I had an appointment for a road test on March 14th at 7:30 am. On previous visits to this place, I had said that I wanted a road test course here, and they brought me a certificate of five hours of training. But today, the day of the road test, they didn't bring my 5 hour training certificate and I couldn't take the road test. they are irresponsible I didn't want to see them, so I asked a friend to bring me my certificate. They told my friend that it was a pity I didn't care the certificate first. Isn't it their job to not forget the paper? They say it's because I didn't take care of what they forgot. Don't trust this place. They say they asked my friend to tell me they're sorry, but I haven't heard from them. When I made a reservation for road training here, they did not come at the time I booked because there was no communication between them. I recommended this place to my friends and now I don't recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Before I went to this school, I spent a lot of time looking for people on Craigslist to teach me for $40/hr. All responses were complete SCAMs. Although the school's prices are a bit on the higher side, I finally gave up, went to their office and opted for the 10-hr package. Susanna was very accommodating with the scheduling of the lessons. My first lesson was with Bill - he was ok. Seven of my lessons were with Kim - although I initially found it a bit hard to follow him, I quickly got used to his instruction and greatly enjoyed driving with him. Two of my lessons were with Scott - he is a wizard - I feel that 6-7 hrs with him is enough for anyone to pass the exam. He has a very exam-oriented approach and I cant describe how much I learned in the 2 hrs with him. But you probably have to be lucky to get his time. I passed my exam on first try and the entire credit goes to Kim and Scott. After the exam I actually missed driving around with Kim .

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with them , from my first lesson all the way to my road test . During my time with them I had three instructors and they were all patient and made me feel calm and comfortable which definitely helps if you’re a first time driver . My instructor ( Steve I believe ) was wonderful on the day of my road test and talked me through my nervousness and was very encouraging.... I absolutely recommend Them ...

Fantastic experience: DMV Certified and in business for over 20 years, the All Northern Westchester Driving schools has five instructors. Before making an appointment the driver to be has to have a Driver's Permit. They offer the 5 hr. Mandatory Pre-Licensing course and the 6 hr. Defensive Driving Course for the Insurance and Point Reduction.

Fantastic experience: I'm not even done with them yet and they are completely awesome! You get so much info from them for a really amazing prince. I wish I had found them earlier instead of wasting time with other places. My instructor is so easy going and patient. I like how they make you feel at ease. I f you want to pick up driving instructions , get it from them they're amazing!

Negative experience: I took 1.5hr class before my road test (on 10/15/14) for very reasonable price of $150 as I was comfortable in driving. But I had sour experience with Mr.Bill (my instructor). I didn't realize it thus far, that if you know driving then just by learning some basic rules could make a big difference in your road test. I went to Lama Driving School, Brooklyn before my second test where instructor told me basic rules. I did make sure this time that my examiner noticed that I followed all rules and then passing road test was a child's play. I think sometime instructor doesn't treat everyone equally, and they want student to enroll for longer duration with school. I do want to mention that I came all the way from NY city to this driving school because the staff was very co-operative and professional.
