Fantastic experience: I came to class on a Saturday and paid 100 dollars less then any other school in the area and took my 6 hour class. Then I took my four 2 hour behind the wheel tests Tuesday through Friday and took my actual road skills test on Sunday. It took me 8 days in total to get my license. The service was amazing because of how respectful the drivers was. It was a amazing experience and recommended it to all adults that need there license.

Negative experience: I was in the adult driving class with Mr. Picard he was a really good teacher and helped with anything that we needed. As of the school itself has bad customer service doesn’t answer the phone. And one of the workers in the office told me when I went to pick up my paperwork I shouldn’t have schedule my appointment at the dmv due to my paperwork not being ready when I was giving a time to come in between 11-1pm. As of the 8 hours behind the wheel I can’t complain Mr. Cullen he was a nice instructor behind the wheel. He made sure we did everything right and he gets to know his students and hold conversations with us and make sure we are ok. I really recommend him and Mr Picard when driving. Negative experience: The class and behind the wheel training instructors were very good and helpful but when I was ready to schedule my road skills test the lady Ms.Pat was very unprofessional. I’ve called and texted her multiple times since Tuesday and she keeps avoiding me and telling me she will call me back later. I don’t know why she’s doing this but it’s very unprofessional.

Negative experience: My minor child took the class first week of July, after class we had to wait till the end of the month for the 15th birthday to drive. Repeatedly calling week after week, 5 months later I was told that my minor child who was in their custody; who's rules clearly stated that they are not allowed to leave: tells me my child skipped out on the last 2 days of classes and cannot do the driving portion. Remember they wait to tell me this 5 months later. Still to this day not answering or returning phone calls, doesn't want to fix their incompetent mistakes nor give me my money back so I can find a school that is responsible, which clearly this veteran own school is not and wanted to say come back at the end of January. I paid in June , I should not have to wait to January. I will continue to leave this review until my paid services are met or I receive my money back to find a better school.
This student did not attend class the last 2 days. He did not sign in, did not take the exams, did not take the OMV exam. I always look for the students that dont sign in when class starts, and he was nowhere to be found. I DID NOT ABANDON CUSTODY OF THIS STUDENT. CLASS STARTS AT 8AM. I TAKE ATTENDANCE AT 8AM, IF STUDENT IS NOT THERE THEY GET MARKED ABSENT. As we are a business and not a highschool, we are not required to call the parents if a student is not there. Since the student missed 2 days of class and lied to his parents about where he was, he was not able to take the OMV knowledge exam and start the Behind the Wheel lessons. When we checked our phone records, we do see 3 missed calls from their number, but the rest were answered. As for me being a veteran, it has nothing to do with this case. I provided a refund for the Behind the Wheel portion of the class as requested. As this is the first time we have ever dealt with a situation like this, we will definitely call the parents to let them know their student was not in attendance. The time from class to this post was 4 months and 7 days so not sure where the 5 months came from. I have elevated this case up the the State of Louisiana Driving School division for further investigation and advice.
Fantastic experience: I took the class and the test and driving lessons and passed everything they were awesome they worked with me since I have anxiety and they were awesome and very friendly

Fantastic experience: We were not looking forward to spending our Saturday in a classroom, but the instructor made it a lot less painless. He was funny and relatable and made the day a lot more enjoyable. I can’t remember his name but he taught the 9am class on September 7th.

Positive experience: They are very nice people working there and trying their best; but, the whole process took very long. Mine took 2 months as there were problems, car accident and relocation, from the driving force academy. The only negative thing was the procedure and timing. It shouldn't have taken 2 months, though. But, as noted they are very polite, kind, and supportive people.
Thanks for your input, it helps us to get better at our service. Yes, it took longer than usual, and I apologize for that. We did the best we could with what we had after the accidents and sudden required move of our office. Thank you for your patience!

Negative experience: Very poor service. You will get your license but you won’t be able to drive anymore after hearing their review and suggestions. They will break your confidence. Every time they will tell you that you are gonna fail you should not drive alone etc.
Mr Ashkur, I reviewed your file and watched the videos of your Behind The Wheel driving, including your driving exam. I could not find any instance of poor service at all. All the instructors were extremely professional and accommodating to you in their instruction. As for your driving exam, you performed poorly and the examiner was trying to encourage you to get more practice before driving by yourself. We have to be honest with you because driving is extremely dangerous. We do our best to look out for you as a driver and for the other road users you will be driving with.
To give us this bad review is unwarranted and unfair based on the evidence. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service and honest, fair assessments to obtain a drivers license. As per our grievance procedure, it would have been appropriate for you to contact me directly about this, so it could be addressed.
Fantastic experience: If I could gave more than 5 stars I would. This the best driving school to foreigners in Lafayette, In prices range I heard this school was the cheapest but the quality was excellent. Instructor Mr. Robert was the nicest person i ever met in my life, he was my teacher in class room, and helped me out with driving tips alot. Mr. John was my 2nd Instructor, and you would feels he's your own father taught you behind the wheel ( if you know what i mean ) last was Mrs. Pat, she was super nice lady, energetic and could turn your anxiety to confidence. Positive experience: Its not very visible but it's okay for a driving school

Negative experience: I give a zone star, they won't give me a interpreter because "IM DEAF" and they told me to get my own interpreter. it required by LAW of ADA "Americans with disabilities". DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT ADA BEFORE SOMEONE SUE OR FIRED YOUR JOB!
This person did not come to any class we offer. We told him he was more than welcome to come, with an interpreter, to our class. We do not keep interpreters on staff, and are not required by the State of Louisiana to do so. We have no problems at all with providing a class for him, and that was explained in detail. There is the Louisiana School for the blind and deaf right down the street from us that he can get to provide for his need. We were never rude to him, nor did we try to deter him from coming to class. I verified with the ADA and the State Driving School office in Baton Rouge that we are not required to provide the interpreter for him. We can assist him in finding one, but the cost ($40/hr) would be incurred by him, unless he can find a volunteer. We deal with students that need interpreters all the time, and have never had a problem. We make every accommodation for them that we can. This review is unfair, and unwarranted. We welcome ALL to come!
Fantastic experience: I would recommend you chose this driving academy if you need your license or sending your kids to get their license. They have very amazing staff and and they are great instructors on road safety and defensive driving. You can really learn from their teaching and driving practice they give you. If I had to rate it on a scale 1-10 it would be a 10 on the service, thank you for class.

Fantastic experience: I earned my license here sometime late December. Today I was in the middle lane on i-10 west and I noticed that the 18-wheeler on my right was riding the car in front's tail. I figured the giant truck was gonna move to my lane without looking, so I decided to back off to give room. No more than a second after I was moved that truck veered into my lane. You'll learn great techniques that a lot of drivers I know do not utilize in their driving. Great place to learn.

Fantastic experience: I’ll start with this school is the cheapest in all the driving school’s and Mr Shane and Miss Pat are the best teachers for the job. They are so patient, nice, and know exactly how to calm a nerves driver. The pandemic did make the wait a little longer then normal but overall experience was excellent and I’d recommend everyone I know to this driving school. Fantastic experience: The people here are really amazing !! They were quick, very efficient, caring, and funny! Lol . It was always a pleasure to see Mrs. Pat, her son, and Mr. Shane . I drove with Mrs. Pat the entire time and she was very gentle, not pushy and made me very comfortable. I’m going to have to go to Maurice for her one day (inside joke, she knows !)

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with the instruction provided to my daughter. Professional staff and she felt very comfortable with the instructors. Price was better than others locally that I researched. They also accommodated us around schedules which was an added bonus. She got her learners permit today! Highly recommend!
