Negative experience: Please don’t book with this driving school. They are careless, rude and very unorganized. I booked for a two hour session as well as a car rental to use for my road test. The day of my two hour session the instructor came late to pick me up, minutes into my session we got pulled over because she did not instruct me to stop at a pedestrian crossing. The cop stated that I would have 4 points added to my license that I don’t even have yet and fined a $235 ticket. Luckily because I’m a new driver, he let me off with a warning but I was furious. As my instructor, why did you not tell me to stop? Days later was my road test and I called the office numerous times to figure out why haven’t I been picked up yet to be taken to my road test. I finally got ahold of someone and they stated they didn’t have me for any road test to be picked up. I was furious! The same time I booked for my two hour session was the same time I booked for the car rental for my road test. These people are scammers and very unprofessional. I would highly recommend going to another driving school!!!!!!

La 1ra lo quise hace por mi cuenta y estaba muy nerviosa, a última hora llame y fueron tan considerados conmigo, desde el minuto 1 me hicieron sentir bien, me dieron las confianza que necesitaba, me daban tips para hacerlo muy bien pero mi error y no hacerlo desde el inicio con esta escuela siento que no tuve lo que necesitaba. Ahora en mi segundo intento decidí hacerlo desde el inicio con la escuela y ahora me digo que debí hacerlo desde siempre con ellos, te da la seguridad, los tips necesarios, la paciencia y hasta el último minuto están contigo. MUY BUENA MI EXPERIENCIA!!! y sin dudarlo les recomiendo que llamen porque no se van a arrepentir.

Fantastic experience: I failed my road test twice while using a relative's car, so I decided to take lessons from K and M Driving School. My instructor there was cordial and friendly, teaching me with great patience and care. She (Elly) accompanied me to my third road test, and I finally passed. In contrast, my first instructor from a different driving school was unprofessional, focused only on money rather than improving students' driving skills. I highly recommend K and M Driving School and Elly excellent instructor for anyone looking to pass their road test successfully.

Negative experience: I had a frustrating experience with this school. I scheduled three driving lessons, but the instructor only showed up for one. The other two lessons were canceled at the last minute without any reasonable explanation. they don’t care about ppl time. I wouldn’t recommend this driving school to anyone looking for consistent and professional driving instruction.

Negative experience: I wish, I could give this school 0 star because they don’t deserve any star. The worst driving school and the instructor was racist. She was rude, racist, careless and unprofessional. I don’t know how did they got the permit to do it. They don’t deserve your money or time. Please don’t waste your money with them. If it’s your first time learning driving then don’t waste your energy with them. They will crush your confidence and make you feel bad about yourself. TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. FIND ANY OTHER DRIVING SCHOOL!!!!

Negative experience: Wish I can put less than one star. This is the worst driving school ever you can take. Some instructors are racist. They don’t value your time even rude and mean. Had the worst experience with them and because of that I missed my test day. Don’t ever take them for your tests because they will just leave you with no news or anything plus they will lie to you even though they know they are wrong. Please go to any other driving school but not them because they actually just care about money not how you will perform later on. My case was so bad that the same day of my test they said it was canceled or there is no one to available. This is unprofessional DISGUSTING!

Negative experience: Giving two stars only because 1 of my instructors was nicer than the other one. The man instructor was horrible. He stressed me out, got mad if I didn't know something even though I am a beginner, he yelled, and was impatient. I could go on. He has been giving my sibling and I trouble for the 3 days of driving practice and the last day when I got him it was the worst 1 hour ever. Thankfully, the nice instructor switched with him and I was able to calm down. I don't recommend this driving school.

Negative experience: Terrible. Absolutely terrible. The first time I had a driving lesson I had a very nice lady. She taught me everything in a very nice way but my second lesson was terrible. I had some rude man. The entire time I was extremely uncomfortable. He yelled at me most of the time, spoke over me, and belittled me. He was telling me that I didn’t know how a car works and that I didn’t know anything in general. Kept telling me “I’m talking here, can you hear me?” “Listen to me, Did I tell you to do this ?” “Calm down, keep calm” “STOP STOP STOP, you’re not listening to me” I was trying to be nonchalant and listen to whatever he was “teaching” me. The entire time I was getting unnecessary attitude and yelling. He made me run red lights and stop wayyyy ahead of where I was supposed to stop. Made me drive 5-10 in a 40. I understand there’s specific things that will happen in the road test, like not going too fast but this was unbelievable. He kept yelling at me because I was supposed to look at the cones through the back window but I LITERALLY COULDNT see out the back window. I could not see a single thing. “Do you think this is right ?” “Are you sure?” “You think this looks good ?” The entire time he was just repeating this. I wanted a lesson. I wanted to be taught. I didn’t want to get yelled at and questioned. He brought me to most horrible streets to practice. Streets with construction, trucks, potholes and for some reason made it seem like it was my fault. He put the traffic cones on literal potholes. Yelled at me and complained that I was messing up the car. He would make me constantly drive through streets with potholes and yelled at me as if I’m the one with directions. He would yell at me and take the steering wheel because I would pass the turn when he never told me to turn. He would tell me turn left, no right, no left, and then complain that the turn signal was wrong when he’s the one that couldn’t make up his mind. I would pass a street and he would say “ay you were supposed to turn here.” “Now we have to do this all over again” he would never tell me when to turn, he would be on his phone and tell me I was doing everything wrong. This whole thing was a waste of money, and a waste of my time. I came home in shock of the whole thing. Processing that I was getting yelled at for no reason. I wanted to end the lesson early and just tell him I want to go home but it’s hard to when you’re not allowed to speak. I wish I had the lady again. She was actually helpful. After the lesson with this rude man, I know what not to do now.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional if your not Hispanic don’t bother they don’t return calls don’t answer the location has news papers and and flys all around the window they don’t have a real number only cell phones the guy is very very rude the lady is the best but she can’t answer calls she teaches students but stay away then he makes up prices please find another place or get in touch with the lady you’ve been warned

Negative experience: We made the effort to contact this company a month in advance to schedule a refresher course as well as the road test. My husband's road test was scheduled for 10:30 am. The night before his road test the instructor sent a text message stating, that he would at the house to pick my husband up at 10:30 am. It was stated that because they are a driving school, it is okay for them to be late. This is unacceptable as well as unprofessional. If you are being compensated for a service, you do not show up to provide the service when it is convenient. There were numerous times that the this company was informed that my husband would be going to work shortly after his appointment. It was stated, "OH, you should be fine and able to make it in time for work." I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a driving school. I would like to thank the RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE driving school that was actually there to assist in a timely fashion. I utilized K and M Driving School years ago. It is sad that the creditability of a company can change when placed in the hands of the wrong individuals. No worries, we will never make an effort to utilize your services.

Fantastic experience: From my personal experience K&M is a great school. My driving instructor was really nice and calm. If you’re worried about corona the instructors of course wear masks so that’s something you don’t need to worry about. They come right on time for every lesson and are always on top of it. I think your experience will vary on your instructor because I’ve heard some bad experiences but this is a good school to go to especially since it’s only 6 hours for your permit

Very flexible instructors. They make you feel comfortable instead of nervous.. They come on time if the traffic permits them, and we have to understand that they are coming from all over and understand if they run a little late... Very professional & fun all in one...I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone..
