My son also told me she took them downtown to drive and in areas with roundabouts, which I thought was good for the learning experience. Negative experience: Ms. J there were not 5 other classes due to the treatment on the first lesson. It's nice that others had a better experience but that was NOT the case in this scenario. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Negative experience: Wendy was very unprofessional and very discouraging for my daughter. At the start of her very first lesson and first time on the road she had her get behind the wheel and said let's see what you can do. She had her drive around without much instruction at all. Then at the end of the lesson which happened to be shorter than the 1 hour we paid for! She said to my daughter you need to work on everything and laughed in her face. That is absolutely disgusting. Then of course she advised that she signs up for $400+ 6 hour package. Why would she return after being treated that way!?!? I do not recommend this company!

Negative experience: I have called, texted, and visited the website as stated and NO ONE has gotten back to me with clear answers. Why do I have to hunt you down to use your service? The only response I have gotten was to visit the website which has very limited information about adult segments. Not very professional.

Fantastic experience: Ms Nita is a great teacher it is 2 weeks and it go very fast you have hw every night so get it done and the test is pretty easy you just have to study, great classroom, great students go to this driving school to get your permit!!

Negative experience: I don’t think this place is opened anymore. I have been calling for days now and no response and I also went there today but it was locked. I think they closed down.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Wendy.according to me she is the best,very knowledgeable and competent enough to guide a person who has never hold a steering wheel before. I was very nervous the first day I held the steering wheel but with her consistent guidance I managed to pass my driving test last Saturday.i would recommend anybody to be trained by Wendy.Wendy my instructor and best friend too!

Fantastic experience: Nita is very nice instructor. I was nervous to drive but she made me relax and encouraged. I had a driver license but I did’t have enough experience so I took 2hours session and now I am very confident to drive high way, busy downtown and anywhere. I believed other people review and pick this place even if there is all star driving school. No regret to meet Nita as my driving instructor. Highly recommend her! Lastly, when I was in the round intersection I was panic but she gave me chance to practice few more times and that helped me a lot

Negative experience: Car labeled "1 Stop Better Driving School" ran a red light at a busy intersection (Washtenaw & Manchester) on Tuesday, May 29 at 8:54 am while pedestrians and bicyclists were waiting to cross. Was that an instructor or student driving "1 Stop Better Driving School"?

Fantastic experience: I am special needs and my teacher and diver instructor Wendy @ 1 stop is amazing Becuse she at the last moment she save me by helping me retake the road test be for my permit expired. This was in a holiday weekend . I had gotten so nervous the week before I couldn't failed to parallel park.

Fantastic experience: Janita was a wonderful driving instructor, and I was able to learn and pass the driving test after just 3 lessons. I definitely recommend taking lessons from her for drivers with any skill level

Fantastic experience: Jenitta was so helpful with her advice! I learned how to drive and maneuver along the road within one month and passed my driver's test! She's really kind and calms you to a state of mind where you are comfortable and confident in your driving abilities.

Negative experience: I was looking forward to my first driving lesson with Nita after reading all these good reviews but I was completely disappointed. First, she barely gave me any instructions for parking. She just told me to do it myself and when I succeeded after getting lucky, she didn't bother to give me any more instructions. Then she rushed me and told me we had to move on so I could not learn more about parking. Second, she took a 10 minute break at a gas station and ended the lesson on time instead of making up the 10 minutes. I would not recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Janita was a great instructor. I had never driven in the US (and had little driving experience overall) so I was quite nervous. Janita understood that and was really reassuring. I took three hours of classes and I passed my road test. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Taking lessons from Janita was the best thing I did for improving my driving. She gives clear instructions, constructive feedback and really encourages new/nervous drivers. Within a week I went from being a confused driver to a confident driver. I am not at all surprised that this school has 5 stars. Would definitely recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I came over from the uk and had lesson's with Janita, She was great, very honest and was only intrested in me passing my test (which i did). She's also very good if you suffer from nerves as i do. Really happy. A+++

She is very polite and will tell you every single rule 1000 times with the same patience. I would highly recommend her without any reservations....!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience driving with Janita. I took the 6 hours package and began from scratch. Her instruction is very effective and she helped me with road rules and emphasized things that are asked in the road skills test. I passed the first time :). Her technique for parallel parking is also very good. I would highly recommend this to people who do not have access to cars and can't practice with friends/family. Also this is the most affordable driving school.
