Negative experience: I had previously done my 6 hours with this company and had no issues. When it was time to schedule my drivers test with them I had called many times and got a response many days after. We scheduled my hour refresher course at 7:30 and test. The school didn’t show up so at 7:40 I called them and there was no response. By 7:50 I decided I had to go to the dmv myself with no refreshers course. I arrived there and took my test and the instructor was there with another student and didn’t say anything to me. The workers at the DMV said that this occurs at least once a week and they do not run their business well.

Negative experience: My son’s road test was scheduled 6 months ago. I called two days prior to confirm we would be using them for his road test. The morning of his test, no one came. To make matters worse, it was his birthday. He was devastated!! Luckily we drove to the DMV and All Jersey Driving School picked up the slack by taking him for a refresher. He passed and he was happier than ever. Crossroads did call and apologize but that didn’t change the fact that my son’s birthday was almost ruined!

Negative experience: Very disappointed in this company. I called twice on 09/06/2023 for information with no return call. I showed up at their location and the lady that was there had paperwork all over the floor with Client's personal information. I was giving the application and a list of items to bring back. I called again a few times to bring back the paperwork as each time I went to their location they were not there even though their hours of business and voicemail says they are open. I was there again yesterday and they were closed, I called again and left another voicemail. Today I finally get a return call and when I told the lady that I had come to their office multiple times she said "this is a new world, I am by appointment only" I told her that the hours in her door did not indicate that nor the voicemail on their machine. I proceeded to ask for an appointment for the next time that she would be in the office and she told me she didn't have time for this and hanged up the phone.

Fantastic experience: My first phone call to sign my son up was so easy and it gave me a peace of mind that he would be in excellent hands. Scheduling times was super convenient to his schedule. On his first time going out he was nervous scared and very hesitant to go. Only because he was getting into his own head and yes it is very scary but the instructor was extremely patient with him and reassured him that it would be ok and they would start off slow. Before driving away she went over everything in the car, gave him important instructions, reminders, and knowledge. Information they learn in the manual and in drivers Ed class but to have hands on experience and reinforce in person was extremely important. He came home smiling ear to ear so proud of himself, more confident, having a better feeling and comfort behind the wheel. He is so excited to continue. I am so thankful to have assistance in this process and Jodie is amazing. I highly recommend this driving school. The owners are so helpful with any questions and make it very welcoming when signing up. Everyone is so nice and helpful during the entire process. When it comes to taking him for the actual test we will be using those services as well. Hope this helps those looking into driving school for their teens.

Negative experience: i loved my 6 hours with Jodie! she was amazing and so kind! however, i was not picked up for my drivers test on my birthday which we paid extra for. no call, no text, no email; just a no show. so we called and got no response. so unprofessional.

Negative experience: I have used crossroads for my 2 older children and decided to use the m again, but was disappointed with them this time. No call, no show for my son's road test. I've called and left several messages and received no return calls. I will not be using them for my other children. What's even worse, I actually one of their instructors at the road test with another student driver...absolutely unacceptable!!

Negative experience: If I could give this place NO stars I absolutely would, they were supposed to pick me up at 7:30 never showed or even gave me a call, luckily I was able to get a car in time before I was to late, it took me 3 months to get this appointment. Then the owner even lied as I saw her at the dmv with another student, the school should have owned up an admit they overbooked.

Negative experience: If I could, I would give 0 stars!! Often new drivers who never drove are terrified, which in fact is NORMAL!! The women instructor who does/did all of Pemberton and Browns mills was horrible.. Anytime she would make me drive she would yell at me, take the wheel, slam the break pedal when it was safe to exit, etc..

Fantastic experience: As a student of Crossroads, I found them to be very helpful throughout the process. At the vision test, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They went through the whole contract with us. Mike was my instructor during the 6 hours. He made sure that I was building the skills to be a safe driver and also to pass the road test. Looking forward to booking a road test appointment with them.

Negative experience: I was recommended by my friend who used them before her road test. I got in contact with them and they schedule me for Monday July 22nd, 2019. They were supposed to pick me up at 10:00am that so I could practice parallel parking and k turning with for thirty minutes and go to my road test at 11:00am. But they never showed up, I blew up their phone and left a voicemail. Then I went on their website and found out that they were closed until 12pm so I waited until then and called. Someone finally answered but was inconsiderate and rude. When I explained to her no one showed up, she gave me an attitude like why didn't I try to call them. I called them over ten times when no one showed. So after putting me on hold, she lets me know she put me down for the wrong day even though she schedule the road test for that day. She offered to come get me now, so I went and ended up failing because of parallel parking. The reason I failed is because the instructor Mike kept doing everything for me while teaching how to parallel park. He would brake instead of letting me and only had me practice for ten minutes not thirty. They should have at offered me it to me for free or discounted because they put me through that and it was their mistake. But nope they charged me $160 for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend going here for help, i took my lessons back in December. 2015 on my birthday, mind you i was 22 back then.. and ive been in so many car accidents as a child... i was nervous but the one lady helped me a lot and i saw amazing new sights driving around. I was so nervous about parallel parking that i did it 10 times on the day i was heading to take my test, and on dec 10th I passed it with ease thanks to them. But i don't have my own car yet but now saving for one :)

Fantastic experience: hello i just seen the revews they can not be true 2 of my kids went here they drive great and told me they like it becuase with dad or mom they get scared .also my 3rd kid is about to go and just wanted to add if they where not good they would not make it long as they have so thanks for reading my 2 cents

Negative experience: I'm driving down route 38 around 930am on Monday I notice the driving school car in the left lane car number 212 I believe I thought that was strange then the driver darts all the way to the right lane with no blinker! Cutting off a work van and a large truck I watched her speed over 55mph and lane jump at least 3 times with no blinker within 2 miles I pulled next to them expecting to see a young kid turns out it was the driving instructor driving that way! I asked her to roll down the window and why she doesn't use blinkers she flipped me off and told me to watch the road she had 2 minors in the car. I just called your business and reported the vehicle I really hope she is fired I'm really mad that she had 2 minors in the car driving like that one she could kill them! Two she's teaching them to drive like ass holes! We learn from examples get stuff together people white Ford Focus by the way

Negative experience: Worst experience i had with this school, instructor was rude, impatient and intoxicated. Do not take lessons from this school. Horrible horrible service

Fantastic experience: My son went through this school, they made the process easy, stress free and he said he felt safe and confident.

Negative experience: This service is untrustworthy, and has bad business practices. I was a novice driver, so I enrolled in this school. The first lesson that I took was over in 1 hour, when I was allotted a 2 hour time slot. The second lesson I took, my instructor had to swing by his house in order to pickup his prescription medicine, which he then ate while he was in the vehicle. He was visually and verbally impaired after taking his medication, in no way fit to drive or teach driving lessons. I was appalled that students could be put in such danger. I paid for my lessons in full, but abruptly quit taking lessons because of their dangerous practices. They refused to issue a refund for the lesson that I have yet to take. Please avoid this driving school by any measure, they can seriously put your loved ones in harm's way. Please look for another driving school.
