Fantastic experience: You will love the instructors - the first class with Bob turned my nervousness into excitement. You can tell both Bob and Elliot truly care about their student’s safety while riding. They’re very gentle and supportive instructors, especially in the range, as long as you’re willing to show a willingness to improve and be coached. Their staff are very responsive, and the DL 389 quickly arrived in my mailbox four days after the course ended. This is such a good place to take your CMSP.

Fantastic experience: I took the intro class with bob and Elliot and I can’t express how great they are. They are extremely knowledgeable and concerned for safety. I unfortunately fell 2 times( my fault completely) and in both time, the instructor were very concerned and made sure I was ok. They also have a lot of patience and helpful! I loved my time at the range and in class. Thanks again to bob and Elliot! They were awesome!

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable and experienced staff, thanks for helping me get the endorsement

Fantastic experience: Bob and Elliot were great instructors. Highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t know how to ride. Stalling will happen but the course helps to learn how to be a safe rider and make those sharp head turns, cornering, swerving, and quick stopping. The bikes are easy to use not too heavy and not too low in power. Great to learn in imo. Thank you Bob and Elliot

Fantastic experience: My name is Rafael l and I want to say that this was a great experience. I was impatiently waiting this class for weeks and it did not disappoint. Bob and Elliot were really knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. They helped me on the side understand counter steering. They cover everything in class pay attention and am sure you will pass. Shout out to Bob and Elliot thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience! Amazing driving class with very experienced instructors Bob and Elliot. Even tho I am not new to the world of motorcycle, I have learned a lot of knowledge to be a safer driver. They delivered every information about basic driving with clarity and wisdom answering all our questions. This class is definitely worth taking.

Fantastic experience: Took the two day beginner course here. Both instructors were super helpful and informative, I believe just about everyone who took the class with me passed both the written and riding test. They also give you feed back on how you did during and after the training course which I really liked. Would HIGHLY recommend to take these classes if you are new to riding a motorcycle and don't know where to start

Fantastic experience: I just took the one day premier. I'm a rider but never got my license. I decided to go this route rather than the dmv course for a few reasons. I figured if I could improve my skills, I would have a better chance at not becoming one of the fatal statistics. I'm super glad I did this, and It was really challenging. I picked up some really good skills, and I now realize I have a long way to go. The instructor Bob was fantastic and super helpful. I had a really good time

Fantastic experience: I want to give huge thank you to the teachers Bob and Elliot. Their patience and knowledge are impeccable. For those who are looking into getting to the motorcycle world, especially if you are new and don’t have any knowledge of it. I suggest to take classes before you start riding. This school and teachers will teach you all the basics and knowledge in order to start riding. For me, Confidence is the biggest lesson I got from it, aside from knowledge. I Recently got my motorcycle drivers license and I can say I’m a proud owner of a motorcycle. Thank you Ride Rite and I will definitely come back for advanced classes once I get some good miles on my belt.

Fantastic experience: REVIEW UPDATE: Once I took the written test the true magnitude of this course shined through. The material they teach is a tiny portion of the actual test and thus I failed it. I called to tell them that the way the website communicates what they provide is NOT clear enough. If you decide to take this course, do yourself a favor and study the DMV booklet BEFORE taking the written test. As for RIDE RITE, make sure your instructors do a better job at making this fact CLEAR. I asure you mine did not. Luckily at the time of this updated review, they allowed a retake of the course for $125. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This review is lengthy so I'll save you the time if you haven't the time to read through my experience. TAKE THE COURSE! I highly recommend it and will be doing their intermediate course asap. My experience... Learning to properly and safely ride a motorcycle has been a life-long dream. I'm very satisfied with the knowledge I gained and could not have picked better instructors. Day 1 instructors: Collin - taught first half of the handbook material and later helped on the range. Bob - range only Day 2 instructors Red - taught second half of the handbook material and later helped on the range. James - range only I could not pick a favorite. They all did an excellent job and were incredibly patient and helpful. Not only were they great at their jobs but they also have over 100 years of experience between them! They are all super punctual so be on time or risk having to pay an extra fee to retake the class. This happened to a lasy day 1. She was on time then stepped out to take a call and missed part of the course and was dismissed. Sucks for her but they warn you before you sign up and the day of. Fair is fair, lest they hold up the rest of the class. I took the 2 day course for lack of time, and still felt like I learned to ride pretty well for a beginner. They even stayed an extra hour after the exam and allowed us to engage in a staged street traffic scenerio so we can practice what it would be like in the real world. Things to note that haven't been updated on their website: 1. They give you the course workbook so no need to print your own (though I did because I'm a nerd like that). just to be sure). 2. No need to bring food as this new location has several restaurants and a grocery store within 5 min from location. Do, however, bring a cooler with drinks (non-alcoholic lol). Side note: They really do a good job cleaning those helmets. I have sensitive skin and I didn't breakout! Kudos to Ride Rite! I appreciated that detail a little extra. Thanks again and see you soon!

Fantastic experience: Took my MTC course this last weekend, and it was a great experience. Red ran our Zoom meeting, and Bob and Elliot were our instructors for the range days. I'd like to start by first saying I wear hearing aids and both Bob and Elliot were more than understanding and accommodating with that. When my hearing aids stopped working halfway through the first range day because of the sweat build up in my helmet, they adapted their teaching style and made sure I was able to hear and understand what was happening. I had never operated a motorcycle before and was a little nervous, but extremely excited. But over the course of the 3 days, all 3 instructors gave me enough confidence to begin this new journey. All were very friendly, firm and fair. They genuinely love spreading their knowledge of motorcycling and safety to new and veteran riders. You can hear it in their tone of voice. I'd like to point out that you MUST go in with an open mind and receptive to constructive criticism. For a teacher to be good, you must first be a good student. Some bad reviews make it seem like the instructors are not friendly, but when you are on the motorcycle and driving around in a circle, they have to speak loudly and succinctly to get their point across in the 2 or 3 seconds you are whizzing by them and most importantly, any bad habit can quickly turn into a fatal situation. I can't wait to take the other classes RIDE RITE offers when I have a few riding seasons under my belt. Thank you guys so much.

Fantastic experience: Had Elliot first day of class and he was great. The range exercises were very informative. Had Red and Chris second day also very good. The skills test was challenging but had great instructors which made it easier. Overall I would recommend Ride Rite.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my CMSP course at this location. Bob and Elliott were my instructors for both days. Despite having ridden daily in London in a past life, my confidence was shaken by a nasty accident and I subsequently hadn't ridden in 20 years. I loved this course and learnt a huge amount over and above what I already knew. Their constant drilling about safety, riding techniques and how to get out of trouble is fantastic, as well as encouraging you to enjoy riding. Extremely worthwhile even if you've ridden before. I'll be back to do both the intermediate and advanced courses in the near future.

Negative experience: This place is terrible they consistently cancel on you and then expect you to make time for another class. I had to ask for multiple days off from work for this, and for them to just screw you over time and time again. They don’t even help with the rescheduling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who is a busy person. Terrible teachers and terrible management. AVOID AT ALL COST

Fantastic experience: Was a great experience learning how to ride here especially with awesome instructors like Red, Elliot and Lewis..I would 100% recommend and even when you are doing something wrong, they correct you in a good way…if you can’t handle being corrected then any school in general would not be for you..lol but other than that best so far glad I went with them.

Fantastic experience: So I had taken the safety course a couple years ago and it was great. I just took a private lesson with Red and I have to say it was money well spent. Red is an amazing instructor with great communication skills. He doesn't just tell you what to do but explains why from a physics stand point and other points of view. I learned exactly what I was after and I am truly grateful for his instruction. Thank you Red and ride safe.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the instructors and the program at the Reseda location. Elliot was our classroom teacher both days. He's excellent. A very skilled teacher and communicator. Out riding on the parking lot, Elliot was joined by Bob and Red. All three were terrific on the range. At the end of the program, Red found a way to muster up high energy when closing the class after a long day in the heat. Excellent instructors. 5 Stars.

Fantastic experience: Great experience learning at that facility, I'm 6'5 and they had a motorcycle to compensate for my height which is awesome. Red, Tiffany, and Dave were great teachers for the following reasons: They told you exactly what you did wrong when doing so. They encourage you when you do something right. They were very clear when giving instructions and always asked if anyone had any questions. And most of all, they had a great sense of humor. Which is great for morale. I ended up passing, the test was tough but im glad since its even tougher out in the road. I had a great time at RideRite.

Negative experience: Awful experience with this company. Took payment but never responded to any of my messages. Sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails. No-one ever answered the phone or responded to the messages I left. Extremely disappointed. Took my money and I got nothing in return. I think they are a scam, and I seem to not be the only review saying so. AVOID.

Fantastic experience: Red was the absolute best instructor. His passion for motorcycles and empathy for riders shows in his enthusiasm for teaching. I had such an amazing experience and highly recommend this course. I do hope to take more courses and bring my own bike in the future. Very beginner friendly and be prepared to learn so much about the world of motorcycles! Worth the time and the money!

Fantastic experience: Gonna leave a review here and on yelp. I am just be complete honest and say I didn’t pass on the first try. I was super close but not quite. This program was great. They really make the classroom part easy to understand and answer a fair amount of questions despite there being limited time for everything. The “behind the wheel” portion of the class was stressful because it was my first time ever being on a motorcycle but it was suuuuuper fun. Bob and Elliott were great teachers. Despite me having dyslexia they tried to explain everything in a way I could understand and for the most part I’d say I successfully learned how to ride a motorcycle. Will this course make you and expert. Hell No. will it teach you most of what you need to know to not go into the street and die. Yes. Considerable practice will still be needed after taking the beginner course but if it can get someone like me who had never even been on a motorcycle to being fairly good and almost good enough to be ready for the streets. The price isn’t that much when you think about it because if you went and spent 10k on a motorcycle and crashed it day 3 for 2k worth of dmg suddenly learning the basics in a way that the most you’ll get is cuts from people who have been doing what you wanna do for their whole lives sounds much more appealing doesn’t it? Money well spent and experience gained. I’ll just practice a bit with a friend and come back to this class to get my certificate. Hope this helps!

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience! Never been on a bike before and yet was able to pass first go. Instructors are great. They are all experienced riders and very patient in answering every question and with individual feedback. They want you to pass. Eyes up, smooth, practice.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend to ANYONE interested in learning how to ride. I had zero riding experience or knowledge and the course and its AMAZING instructors did an excellent job teaching me everything from scratch. Even in a group, I felt like the instructors were able to give me attention and individualized feedback. Course was thorough and very well done. I had Elliott, Red and Bob as my instructors and they really were so knowledgable and very patient. Huge thank you to them!
