Negative experience: Was quoted $450 for just the 8 hour BTW driving part, and 10-12 week wait list. Looks like I’m in the wrong line of work! Although, I don’t think I could rob our teenagers like that. Unreal!!!

Positive experience: I put a 3 star in just so I could comment. I haven’t used this place but I am into Superior right now. I read reviews that recommended them. Don’t do it. They are terrible. I’m looking for a place that will actually schedule drives in a reasonable amount of time. Meaning not 6 months. I’m so disgusted. I feel like theses schools are taking your money and guarantee nothing. Scamming our youth. I’m thinking of opening a driving school to teach someone how to talk to people and fulfill promises. Taking on more than you can handle is a mistake, repeating it month after month is a choice and poor business.

Negative experience: These people don't even answer the phone. And if by 1 in a million they do, she is not at the office to set your appointment. Don't even try here. 0-10.

Negative experience: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They literally have the worst communication I have ever seen in a business. My nephew signed up to do his drives back in May, he just now completed those drives a week ago and we have yet to receive his certificate! No one answers the phone in the office, their mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message and they no longer have a building with normal business hours. So even if you wanted to stop in and talk to someone you can’t. 0/10 recommend. You’re better off paying a little extra money and going to their competitor Superior

Negative experience: They said I'd start my driving 3 weeks ago and they haven't even called me this place is sham I beg u dont come here

Negative experience: Took our money now no class will not return money. We have been scammed. Going to file police report....lie after lie ...debbie is taking your money with no intention of returning it....

Fantastic experience: I had to take the defensive driving course to get my license reinstated. I was not looking forward to sitting in a classroom atmosphere. The instructor (Dan) was very knowledgeable and kept the subjects throughout the course relative to our everyday lives. I would recommend thos company to anyone that needs to take this course or for any other driving needs.

Negative experience: Don’t give these people your money. I paid in full the day my daughter started classes a year ago. Once she completed classes, she went for one driving session then we couldn’t get ahold of these people for months afterwards. I’ve left message after message and actually spoke with someone once with no results. Totally unprofessional and a complete scam. I’m out $275 and my kid still doesn’t have her license

Negative experience: i attended driving school here over a year ago, and got one session of drive times in over the summer. while i was in the car the man told me i was too sensitive to be driving and started yelling at me. it’s been 7 months since then and me and my mom haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone since to get the rest of my drive times.

Negative experience: Hours are wrong on Google. Call before going. I called yesterday asking hours since last two times I went they were closed. They said 10am -2pm. I arrived at 11:30 and they lady had just left and put a "be right back note on the door", I waited until 12:45 and no one came back. Go to another driving school. For a 4 hour window you'd think they wouldn't go out for lunch or errands!

Fantastic experience: Remedial Driving class was very informative! Staff was professional and courteous! I’d recommend this school to anyone!

Negative experience: Signed up and paid in August. Called and get no return calls. Almost December and they claim I will be done by February. I had to stop in and the manager said they were going out business and are keeping everyone’s money and sorry about my luck

Negative experience: Literally Been Waiting 6 Months && 10 Days To Drive && Im Ready To Get My License. && EveryTime I Call She Says She’s Going To Leave A Note && Tell Him So I Called The Next Day && She Said He Hasn’t Looked At It Yet && I’m Like Well He Need To Look At It Bc I Been Ready. They Take All Day.

Negative experience: Have been waiting since July for my son to start driving position and he is still waiting! Call them they don't call you back. Not a happy parent!!

Negative experience: So stupid, waited 20 weeks to get driving in, and now that I have it in I have to wait for it to be open, because I have to pick up that paper, and all the times I have been there it has either been closed because of weather, because one person had a doctor's appointment, or because someone decided it's fine to leave and post that they will come back at 5:30 when the place closes at five, have fun going out of business Lew Petit.

Negative experience: I don't know where to begin. My child began classes in June. My child, husband and I got a lecture from the man who signed us up about being reliable, responsible, and don't waste our time. He was pretty rude when going through the contract, but we realize he probably deals with a lot of rude people so we ate the nonsense knowing our child would prove himself. He also stated once the child does one class and paid in full, they'll be put on the driving list. We paid in full that day, my cold too his first class that day, everything should go smooth from there, right....... Wrong! Apparently the instructor became ill, they brought a sub in. Should be on track now....... Nope! My child, who was lectured about bring responsible showed up to class to the door being locked and no note or instructor to say what was happening, instead the instructor was pulling away. Of course I called, left a message wanting to know how they would make up that class, never received a call back, thankfully my child was going with a friend who's parents did get a call about the makeup of the class. My child goes to the next class, the instructor taught the wrong class....ugh! Eventually my child completes the classes. My child is excited about turning 16 and getting his license, only one thing holding him back..... You guessed it, the driving school. They continue to tell us what we want to hear, "we try to wait until they are close to get their license so they don't forget, you're next to be called, we hired another person to help with getting the driving done, you'll get a call this week to set up drive time." Nothing to date, it's been 3 months. They state that driving is first come first serve along the terms started above, that's a lie. A child who began driving classes 2 weeks after my child has their drive times set up. I hope this helps you make a better decision than I did taking my child there.

Negative experience: If I could give this school no stars that would be fitting. Worst driving school ever. I have sent 3 other kids to driving never had an issue only switched to this school because of the price difference and was told my son would start his driving portion as soon as I paid in full. I paid the entire Bill the same week he started and now going into 2 months later they still have not started his driving portion of the test. I have asked for a refund , they said you have to talk to Troy well Troy sucks at his job because he will not return any of my calls. If your looking for a good driving school don't waste your money here go to superior driving academy in Shelby ohio. This school and it's customer service is the worst.

Negative experience: I've been done with driving school for 4 months. Haven't done one in car and my permit expriexpires next month!

Negative experience: Extremely slow on getting the driving portion done. Have been waiting now 1 1/2 months and was told could be up to 2 more months.
