Positive experience: They canceled my daughters class and refunded our money. Poor communication but the made things right with the refund.

Fantastic experience: My son had a great experience.

Negative experience: Horrible place for segment 2. Apparently I was unable to get my certificate because they messed up the paperwork or something?? Well now I have to retake segment 2. Very sketchy, I’m the basement of a “professional” building. Instructor never shared her name, and her camera was off the entire first day. No wonder the state won’t count it. If they scene met with the state, who knows. Now I am no longer getting my calls answered or called back

Negative experience: Don’t be fooled by positive reviews. Those were left when Mark owned the company. He passed away a year ago and it was bought out. Since then it has become the worst driver’s ed I have ever seen! They had one kid drive barefoot on his drive because he wore flip flops, instead of just rescheduling his drive. Pretty sure that’s not legal. When kids went through red lights or stop signs the instructor never put the brake on. The instructor used my daughter’s drive time to stop at stores to get herself candy and pop. The instructor played on her phone during drives. They never turned the air on in the car in the 90 plus degree heat. They gave kids answers on the written tests. They cancelled drives because the mother of the instructor said her daughter had anxiety and allergies. Not to mention how shady the building looked. In the basement of an old building with bars on the window. Mark was so professional, had a great building, and was wonderful with the kids when my son took it. Since it has been bought out it went downhill. Fast. I heard they recently got suspended. I’m hoping this place stays shut down for the safety of the kids.

Negative experience: This is no longer operated by Mr.Williams and it is unfortunately a very poorly run driving school. The communication is poor. You will NOT get a call back and you NOT get any response to any emails you send. It has been a disaster and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I would HIGHLY recommend you go anywhere else than here as the experience is awful.

Negative experience: Not good. Had to break my 16yr. Old of some dangerous habits taught here ! Very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a big thank you to Mark Williams at training day drivers Academy! I misplaced my daughter's segment 2 completion certificate, and it was an all-day effort on Marks part to get me a copy of that! Thank you again to Mark and his staff! I would highly recommend Training Day Drivers Academy!

Fantastic experience: From the minute I called until my daughter completed the training, Mr. Williams and his staff were a class act. This place was well worth the money. Im glad we chose Training Day. And my daughter is actually a good driver.

Negative experience: Not a good experience at all. This was not my first teen driver, go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Terrible call back time! I called several times and was told I would receive a call back the next day to schedule a Drive time. I did not get a call back for a week, the only reason that I received a call was because I left a message to speak with someone to help schedule a appointment. they didn't even remember I called a week ago!! The man calls people back after hours at his house so he was not able again to schedule me. He told me I'll call you tomorrow and schedule your appointment. NO CALL FOR ANOTHER WEEK. so I call them and leave another message, wouldn't you guess he calls me back at home AGAIN with no schedule only this time he knows they are booked up for a while. I expressed my frustration in the most polite way possible because there was no reason for this, I should of been on the schedule before these people. No yelling or swearing and he tells me to go somewhere else what a joke.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Williams is absolutely the best! He made the process so easy for my son Marquise and I. He is extremely professional, easy to talk and understanding. He made sure my son was very educated on things that can happen if pulled over by a police officer, the proper way to present himself, the do’s and dont’s , to me that was an extra bonus along with teaching him how to drive in segment 1 and the fundamentals for segment 2. He even recommended somewhere to take him for the road exam. That he passed just last Saturday. He is such a joy to work with. I would recommend Training Day Academy to anyone! Great Job Mr.Williams.

Fantastic experience: I'm grateful and thankful for Mr. Williams kindness and politeness. I had zero driving experience before taking driver's training. Mr. Williams is a great instructor that truly cares about the safety and future driving experience of his students. I truly recommend Training Day Driver's Academy to all new drivers.

Fantastic experience: Mark and his staff are top notch instructors who keep the students engaged and really care about the quality of drivers they help put on the roads. My 15 year old son was nervous to start as he had friends (who went to other driver's training businesses) tell him horror stories on how boring it was and how little they connected with their instructors. After his first day he told them all they should have gone here. We will be using them for Stage 2 as well as our younger son. Do yourself a favor, don't go anywhere else in Genesee county for these services, this is the only place you need.

Fantastic experience: I took my son here for his segment two class and he wished that he would have taken his segment one with this establishment! They are FANTASTIC from scheduling the classes, answering questions and making the people feel welcome! I HIGHLY recommend this for any and all new drivers out there!!!
