Epic Driving School

Fantastic experience: Atendimento excelente desde o primeiro dia que tive contato com eles por telefone. São muito educados e atenciosos, e passam todas as informações com bastante detalhe e clareza. Fiz todo o processo na escola de Bethel, e fui atendido pela Williane, que foi super educada e atenciosa. O fato de podermos ser atendidos em Português, Espanhol ou Inglês facilita e muito no processo, e tanto a Williane como os instrutores (de rua e da aula teórica) dão um show de profissionalismo. Boas pessoas e profissionais precisam ser exaltados, e na Epic eles mantem esse padrão de atendimento bem elevado. Agradeço a todos por me ajudarem a tirar minha DL e recomendo muito a todos essa excelente escola!

Negative experience: They are the worst. They keep on changing my set schedule. My appointment are set over 2 weeks ago and keep changing my schduel 3 different times in one day, I am not sure what is their issue. They have no respect of people times and schduels, Today, we had another class 4/28/2025, My son had a very hard time understanding the driver. His instructions were not clear, and the driver took over the class on the way back because he needed to rush back to go somewhere. We signup with the school to teach my son how to drive, not to be riding on the passenger seat because the instructor had drive fast to go somewhere. I need a refund to today’s class and please assign a teacher who can speak English.

Negative experience: Driving instructor treated me with Zero to no respect during the test. The man seemed as if he wanted to go on his lunch break because of how impatient he was acting. My road test was no more than (8 minutes) long, and he failed me due to one misunderstanding. waste of money if you ask me. extremely unprofessional. Don’t count on anyone rescheduling a test after this kind of treatment.

Fantastic experience: Samanta & Lilly were fabulous. Such professional & rapid responses to everything from confusion over on line testing to helping us navigate the website to ensuring we had all necessary requirements to be ready for road test. Very helpful & much appreciated.

Negative experience: Instructor had student merging lanes in an intersection and stopped on train tracks.

Fantastic experience: I took 30hrs of classes at Epic, and 8hrs of driving lessons, and yesterday I passed my driving test on the first try with no points taken off! Thank, Epic!

Fantastic experience: Just passed my test. This school really helped me in having lots of hands on experience. I had a hard time with reverse parking but with all the driving lessons, it really helped me feel more confident when it came to the test.

Fantastic experience: Epic did a fantastic job preparing our son for his driving test. He completed the teen package with a ton of information and his driving hours with the trainer were so helpful. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He scored a 100% on his road test. Thanks again to the Epic staff for all your help.

Negative experience: This place is so bad dont waste your money go else where this place is basically just glorified book work they don't even train you for the real test it's just repetitive facts again and again i attened thus school in summer i missed 2 classes and it took them this long to reschedule my make up classes
