Fantastic experience: This driving school offers exceptional training with experienced instructors, well-maintained vehicles, and a comprehensive curriculum. The staff is professional and supportive, making the learning process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get their license with confidence.

Fantastic experience: WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!!! Mark was my son’s instructor and I spent time talking to Lane. Both gentlemen were not only patient with my son but with me as well, giving us both details and clear instructions for what he needed to do as well as the steps I had to take to get his permit (it’s a lot harder than it used to be ). We both walked away confident and happy!! I would recommend them for any situation in which someone needs instruction for driving!

Fantastic experience: This is the one you want to put your kid thru. So impressed with this all in one outfit…user friendly portal to schedule class and driving lessons. DD’s instructor, Mark Howard has the magic touch to instill confidence and get our kid driving on the road, on the highway and all the essential skills to be a competent learner driver(in 6hr). I’m sure YMMV but we had no negative experience and it’s a joy to see your 15yo excitingly sharing her sense of accomplishment Thank you Mark & Champion

Negative experience: This is just to get out of the DMV permit test. You won’t learn. Took my drivers license test at Merkley’s and they seem to be a whole lot more patient and willing to teach you

Fantastic experience: Practiced with me prior to drivers test. Also came in not knowing how to barely parallel park and with the help of them passed with an 88!

Negative experience: STAFF NEEDS TO LEARN MANNERS. Instructor threw the breakfast on the table during class and told them to “eat up, fat pigs”. During my daughters exam, she got yelled at because apparently she wasn’t driving like “a champion driver” all because she was going 40 in a 40 zone. He continued to question her driving skills the rest of the exam and constantly asked her if she went to their school because she apparently “doesn’t drive like a champion”. She ended up passing, but thank you champions for leaving my daughter IN TEARS on her 16th birthday, AND THEN ASKING FOR A TIP ON TOP OF THE HUNDREDS WE ALREADY SPENT. It’s been a pleasure!

Fantastic experience: had the chillest instructors during the practice drive times and the actual test.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at champion the instructor expected me to know everything about driving even though I was expressly clear that I had never drove on roads before and was uncomfortable with it. They were unhelpful and disrespectful and just flat out mean, don’t waste your time with this terrible company just go to merkleys or do it yourself. (My instructors last name was Lindsay)

Negative experience: My sister just came back almost crying I would NOT recommend this to ANYONE! He was rude, disrespectful, and expects you to know everything that there suppose to teach you. Why go there to learn what I already know and be disrespected.

Negative experience: The experience was horrible completely discouraged me from driving they have unnecessary opinions about homeschool saying kids that go there are socially awkward and can't function straight pretty much are always behind completely unnecessary opinions and talked bad about other students which was completely unnecessary is completely rude and when teaching they expected you to pretty much know everything and if you didn't you and your family did something wrong and refuses to repeat or explain things just clean out gets upset with you like it's not a part of the learning process I would not recommend

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend champion to anyone! The instructor is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. So disrespectful I ended my practice test half way through and drove back to champions. He expects you to know everything and when you don’t he says “this is stuff you should know”, If I knew everything about driving then I wouldn’t schedule a practice round now would I? The person at the front desk is very nice and I thank you for that but I will never return back to champion and if you’re in their driving school I’d switch to a different one.

Negative experience: You could teach your instructors not to park in handicapped parking. No placard, no Handicap plate. Driving 101, right? I'd post a picture of if it'd let me.

Negative experience: -3 stars if I could This guy is out here in a company vehicle on his phone not paying attention at green lights, swerving due to being on his phone, no turn signals, and mind you he's an instructor.. I wouldn't recommend putting anyone in the vehicle with him or even being on the same road as him.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Driving instructors almost expects you to know everything, and getting mad when you don't. My instructor spent most of the time on their phone, paying no attention to the student driving. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you are beginner learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: I had great experience with them. My daughter, 17, took four hours driving lessons with them then took the test than she passed. She had some driving with me but the school made her more confident. She learned the hardest things with them like backing, parking, or parallel parking.... One thing to fix is communication. You are slow to answer calls or call back.

Negative experience: It gets two stars because it's a cert that reduces the auto insurance. My daughter was not sure what actual driving related instruction she learned from the program. The tests questions they made the class take seemed to be the same we found online before she started. Most of what she learned in the classroom way was: "do ____ and I will fail you." "your mom would fail this class because women can't drive." For the driving time, 6 hours worth, there did not seem to any real driving instructions or feedback. To quote my daughter "It was, drive here while i'm on my phone", except for, "work on your parallel parking." It just seems like they were phoning it in and cashing checks.

Fantastic experience: I e-mailed the school about scheduling an appointment and they quickly got back to me the next business day. I also talked to them on the phone to confirm the appointment with Lane, and he was very friendly and told me I could choose to take the test if I felt ready. I am an adult who has struggled with driving anxiety for a long time. I did a one hour lesson which then became the test with Mike Tucker. He was really nice and very helpful and helped me pass my test! He’s seriously the best!!This is a great school that will help those who want to the take test but may be a little nervous.

Negative experience: A person driving this car (alone and an adult, so not a student driver) with this driving school sticker on the back of his car just cut me off, then failed to yield to oncoming traffic as he took a left at a stoplight without a protected arrow—the car that tried to go straight who had the right of way had to slam on his brakes. Then this guy turned right onto 2nd from Kelly with no turn signal! I’m behind him like What the Heck?! Won’t be sending my kids to this driving school!! Yikes!

Negative experience: My daughter used champion for her driving practice and test. The first time she came to practice the instructor didn't go over anything that he said he would go over. Right after the practice she took the test. She didn't pass. The next time, a month later, she came to take the test the instructor didn't even let her out of the parking spot. I watched her try to pull out of the spot and she has doing fine. They took our money for the second time and didn't give any advice but to pay them more for more practice. It seems like to me the people working here don't like their job. They won't get any more of my money. I don't usually leave bad reviews unless it is very bad.

Fantastic experience: I am an adult and a foreigner coming from a country where many people never get a driver’s license because public transportation is very good. However, having a driver’s license is a necessity in the USA and I decided to get mine the right way and learn from the professionals and enrolled in the Driver’s Education course at the Champion Driving academy. I am 32 years old and felt worried and unsure of how I would feel being in the classroom among 15.5-16 y.o. kids, but I worried for no reason. All I want to say that all of the trainers and stuff are just great, pleasant, knowledgeable people that treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I got very lucky to have mr. Tom Plunkett as my classroom teacher and my driving coach, he is a very good teacher with years of experience, he shared a lot of tips and tricks and really helped me to become a better driver, and his personality is great too, I actually enjoyed our driving sessions. The overall atmosphere at the driving school is great too, during our two 5hr classroom lessons school provided doughnuts, pizza & drinks, I felt like these people were my friends and wanted me to succeed. I took my driver’s test today and passed, huge thank you to everyone at Champion – I could not have done this without you guys! I love the fact that you don't have to go to DPS (ain't nobody got time for that lol) and wait in long lines or schedule your appointment a month in advance, but instead can take your test at Champion. My experience here was nothing, but pleasant and I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: It's funny when you drive behind one of these cars and see them swerve into the other lane and think "awww, it's a student driver" and then pull along side them and see it's an instructor looking down at his phone. Definitely won't be sending my kids to this school.

Negative experience: Just called to ask about their fees and services to teach my mother how to drive. Man who answered was very rude. Extremely poor customer service over the phone is enough for anyone to avoid this school.
