Negative experience: Terrible. Least obvious money grab of the century. Don’t waste your time!

Fantastic experience: Robert was just amazing he was super patient and was really nice and helped out a lot with today’s lesson he’s super helpful and not like any other instructor who’s always in a bad mood or anything he was super talkative and just the best thank you again Robert

Fantastic experience: A++++++++++ Highly recommend I had to take a driving class because I got a ticket recently: rolling through a stop sign. AND if I didn't complete a class soon, I could lose my license for up to 5 years! So, after searching through many local online schools, I chose 4 Lakes Driving School. I was so glad I chose them. It was the first site that was SAFE, according to my computer virus protector, which is important because these classes require payment. A safe site for credit card use. The service I received was outstanding Because I have test anxiety and computer phobias, I'm afraid I required a lot of help signing up & and following simple directions (like using email link to start class, & NOT going to website directly) Judy has the patience of a saint & walked me through signing up, and weeks later, helped me locate the classroom online. Class was set up very well. It just took a few hours & then I PASSED. Judy soon texted me a congrats & told me the DOT has already been notified. So, soon, my license will be cleared. Thank you, 4 Lakes!

Fantastic experience: Instructors are patient. Cars of choice are pretty nice, they have a slower car that’s less touchy and a awd car that’s more responsive and advanced. Well maintained. Only complaints I have are the choices of where they start the lessons. I wish I could add on more lessons as I go too maybe. Other than that the online courses were easy to understand and memorable to use behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone I recommend using four lakes driving school I just passed my drivers test today and it was thanks to them they really help you out so much on what you’re doing right and wrong. They really push you out of your comfort zone so you could feel more comfortable on the road. I also want to throw out a shout out to these two amazing instructors. That were wonderful. They pushed me to get to where I am today and I want to thank them so much for everything shout out too Crystal Genzmer and Cristian Ayala thank you so much for your help.

Fantastic experience: 4 Lakes Driving School in the Madison WI area was a terrific option for my son. 4 Lakes has a very fluid process for scheduling sessions and seamless instructor coordination to ensure my son received training across all of the various driving points without gaps or redundancy. After each session I would ask my son how it went. He always enjoyed each instructor and told me about the new driving points that were covered. He seemed to always be comfortable with each new challenge and enjoyed to overall experience of learning to drive confidently with his new skills.

Fantastic experience: My son had a great experience with 4 Lakes Driving School! One of his instructors in Monona, Robert Oakey, was amazing and really taught him driving skills as well as being comfortable and confident. I appreciate his patience and great teaching ability!

Negative experience: If I could give this place negative stars I would. Hands down the worst possible driving school you can ever waste your time and money on. Not only is the driving course tedious and irrelevant for the most part. The worst part is coming down if the staff will actually return your calls and give you the scheduled lessons. If just lookin at the disgusting staff doesn’t already make you wanna leave. It’s the pure disregard of all its students. I was scheduled to do behind the wheel at a parking lot with one other kid and the driver NEVER showed up nor gave us a heads up that she was just gonna ditch the lesson for no reason. Jane lauengco gets the badge of the most pitiful worst drive teacher u can get. It’s best getting a refund if these people don’t end up losing your check like they did mine. Took these sorry excuses of a driving school a month to find my check that they lost. NEVER COME TO THIS WORTHLESS PLACE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANNA GET YOUR LICENSE WITHOUT BEING NEGLECTED YOUR WHOLE TIME HERE

Positive experience: Really 4.5, I'd have loved to give them a 5 but one BTW instructor was extremely delayed (11) days entering my daughter's BTW. This caused increased anxiety on the day of her driver's test. She called a week before to get it squared away and it still wasn't done. The online course was great for kids that are self motivated, BTW appointments easy to schedule but few opportunities so filled up quickly. 8/9 instructors for BTW were amazing and very invested in my daughter's success as a driver.

Fantastic experience: Sunil and Bill really helped me understand the context of driving and understanding road rules and we’re very patient with me if I didn’t pay attention. Their ways of explaining rules were very different and that helped me understand much better and their patience helped me become a better driver!

Fantastic experience: They did a good job and when asked to expedite my sons paperwork so he can drive to school, they did it for me. Can’t ask for more then that. Thanks for your service

Fantastic experience: My experience with 4 Lakes Driving School has been great, they are very professional. I would strongly recommend them for anyone considering their school. They offer outstanding instructors, along with new cars for behind the wheel. My daughter was very satisfied with the instruction she received at 4 Lakes Driving School.

Negative experience: Had a nice conversation with a woman prior to registering for lessons, but now that I paid money they won’t return my phone calls to schedule. I would understand if they told me in advance that the schedule was booked or something but to just not call me back at all? I’ve now filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

Negative experience: This place is super unresponsive. We left multiple phone calls and emails but not once response since they took out money. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! David is Great instructor! Also just an all around great guy! Spent time on his day off trying to help my niece learn to drive. She started out a very very nervous driver! David was able to teach her and the next time I drove with her I could see the progress.! Thanks so much! I highly recommend David!!! Everyone else I dealt with was very nice and kind when making appointments. Very helpful. thanks
