Negative experience: If i call in the phone and ask what i need and you say oh just id or passport or birth certificate and I double check even and i show up with not one but TWO ids a state and a cac u say both of them are void cuz u need a Missouri id should i not pnch u?

Negative experience: When I was going to take my test the first time, while waiting my turn a guy was in there doing his signs test and the worker was extremely rude to the man, he lost his patience quickly, the women isn’t very pleasant and seems to not want to be there at all, they have you do completely different things while taking the test that you might not have done yet and they don’t ask if you have or not they just assume, I dont recommend coming here at all.

Fantastic experience: Great officers they were all pleasant. My driving test went smoothly with the lady officer. Her calm demeanor eliminates my anxiety while taking the road test. Kudos!!!!

Negative experience: the female officer was incredibly unpleasant. she didnt seem to want to be there, was very short, and actually made me nervous when i felt fine walking in. taking these tests is often a very important moment for people, BE MORE PERSONABLE

Negative experience: Those who work in that place are definitely ignorant, people who are not qualified for that job and it is sad. incompetent, rude and lacking empathy people. Ignorance at its finest with the workers there. I don't recommend it, if you want to save time go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Came here with my husband, walked in the room after him and was proceeded to be yelled at by a blonde lady in uniform for walking in because I didn’t see the sign. It’s one thing to ask me to wait in another area, it’s another thing to give me a look of disgust and yell at me with an attitude.

Negative experience: Do not test with Examiner Craven. She will fail you so she can get out early on a Friday. She claimed my door handle would not open and failed my son. I have never had a problem opening my car door before, and have never since.

Negative experience: Lady yelled at us for her skipping the number that was given to us. Last time I checked 27 came before 26!!! Ughhhh! Rude manager and workers.

Negative experience: These people should keep their personal opinions to themselves. So judgmental.

Negative experience: Extremely rude, disrespectful, and impatient workers. If you want to get treated like a human I'd recommend you go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this place at all. People there are rude and short and act like they hate their job and you!! We will never go there again. I will drive further away to be treated like a human and get more then a one word answer.

Fantastic experience: Not a bad wait, I'd suggest going later on or earliest possible convenience. Great staff, very friendly and will answer almost all questions the best they can.
