Fantastic experience: I recently completed a course here for Driver Improvement School and I have to say it was a good experience the moment I walked in Pia Davis was welcoming and very friendly . The course material was clear, informative, and easy to follow, with real-world examples that made everything feel relevant. She pulled up 2 different videos and they were great and entertaining she also showed me the different types of road signs and explained each of them and also explained the point system for the driver licenses.All I can say she is very, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me improve my driving habits she kept saying great job when I did answer a question right . I highly recommend this place definitely looking forward to going again someday!!!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Cancelled on me 4 times. The first excuse was a legit family emergency which I completely understand. I still was not offered a refund. The second time she assumed I wanted to reschedule and did not even send me a message saying the class was cancelled. Very unorganized. The third time she said she did not show up for class because I did not message her saying I will show up even though we discussed on the phone the date and time. I would not recommend using this driving school because she does not work on a timely manner. Nor does she want to give a refund even when things are her own fault for cancelling. Pick another driving school and you will be way less stressed out!

Fantastic experience: Because of the weight of Waiting Ira had accured over $700dlrs in Past charges as a young man.Since years gone by over 15yrs he gave up on even ever trying.But recently because of the loss of his wife he now has access to a vehicle,soo he decided to have one more ditch effort at his license.For this Class none of them are inexpensive they all were around $650 or higher depending the charges& classes needed.The Blessings of meeting Ira's need happened when this very Professional Woman named Miss Pia answered and Guaranteed she could help Ira she was very very helpful&concerned.Miss Pia was very Professional&Helpful but what sealed the deal was a payment plan that took 2 weeks for Ira and he now can drive and he finished the class in 3 days.Thank You Miss Pia&TheYoung Lady that ran the Class (Virtual).Ira now has a part of his new BEGINNING. Yess, one thing that we do offer that was MOST helpful was A Payment Plan ❗️ (CALL and ask about it) He was able to make two separate payments before class started, within two weeks, which gave him enough time. He was able to pay successfully in full and take the class with no issue❗️
