Negative experience: This place try to tell me to pay sale tax on the car that my Brother gave to me please dont scam peoples will report to DMV for tax fraudulent check Google they tell you mr Michael Vo fountain valley councilmen. Show me the law said i can not received gift from any other than my immediate family. You bull shiting man. I go to AAA they told me you a liar and they will bring this matters to DMV. Btw they process my tranfer title without any problem as long the previous owner said so.

Fantastic experience: Customer service is okay good, not great because they are too busy but overall, it's worth it to pay them some money to save spending a day at the DMV. Even though they don't talk very sweetly, they help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Michael Vo is a helpful guy who helps people deal with the paperwork on time and the employees are very nice to talk to when you don’t understand about rules or laws in America he will explain to you clearly. They always submit the paperwork on time without late charge fees that is the part that I like about Mr. Michael Vo.

Negative experience: LÀM VIỆC KO CÓ TÂM KO CÓ TRÁCH NHIỆM KO TRUNG THỰC, LỪA ĐẢO. tôi bị 1 lỗi "Failure to obey with traffic lights". lỗi rất nhẹ, lúc đầu họ nói với tôi là đi học và xóa được ticket họ nhận tiền học traffic school xong rồi không xóa được ticker họ nói chỉ có gửi báo cáo cho tòa án, chứ ko có quyền báo cáo xác nhận cho DMV là tôi đã hoàn thành khóa học ở nơi này, vậy có nghĩa là trường này ko được DMV cấp phép nên tôi ko thể xóa ticker của mình. Nếu trường học này được DMV cấp phép thì đã xóa được ticket của tôi. Khi tôi đến hỏi lại thì thái độ thiếu tôn trọng và nói phải liên lạc với tòa án và họ ko giải quyết vấn đề cho tôi. Cái vấn đề của tôi là ở tại cái trường này chứ ko phải ở tòa án. RẤT MẤT DẠY

Negative experience: DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM I would give them ZERO STAR if I could. Full of lies and attitudes. They charge $330 for a marriage license (have to come back the next day to sign, which is not convenient) when the court do it for only $61 in 10 mins (and you’re done) if you have your application filled online. I had to cancel and lost $50 when Michael only filled the application for us! I had to call 10 times to make sure he is there for me to come to get my refund and nobody picked up the phone! They’re not professional at all, and take advantage of the Vietnamese elderly who can’t speak English! Tôi sẽ cho họ KHÔNG SAO nếu tôi có thể. Toàn những lời nói dối và thái độ. Họ tính $ 330 cho giấy đăng ký kết hôn (phải quay lại vào ngày hôm sau để ký, điều này không thuận tiện) khi tòa án làm điều đó chỉ với $ 61 trong 10 phút (và bạn đã hoàn tất) nếu bạn điền đơn đăng ký trực tuyến. Tôi đã phải hủy và mất $ 50 khi Michael chỉ điền đơn cho chúng tôi! Tôi đã phải gọi 10 lần để đảm bảo rằng anh ấy ở đó để đến nhận tiền hoàn lại của tôi nhưng không ai bắt máy! Họ không chuyên nghiệp chút nào và lợi dụng người già Việt Nam không nói được tiếng Anh!

Negative experience: Just called them( 3:30 pm, 8/26)Their way of talking is like they don't want to serve you, ,Little SaiGon driving school need to know that you need customers to do business. Customers never come back .

Negative experience: Be aware when doing business with asian people . Saturday open 10am - 5:00pm I am here at 4:15pm they already closed.

Negative experience: This place takes advantage of elderly people and those who can't speak English or do not understand the procedures of paperwork stuffs. A fee to renew Vietnamese passport is $110 and you only need to download a form, fill it out, send it with your expired passport, a check, 3 passport photos, and 1 return envelope. That's all and they charge you $240 ( as first Mr. Minh said $260) then later on another person said $240. This place is not ethical and unprofessional. Do not come here unless you can't have anyone to help you.

Negative experience: This place does not do their job. They don't send the proper paperwork to DMV or court to resolve your ticket. They won't help you with it either

Negative experience: 27 year in us , this is the first time in this place ! The young fat guy is extremely RUDE , irritated and mean to customer since most of customers are Vietnamese people ! If you can not be communicate as a human being and do not respect yourself, you can only work at that position!!! Not all Vietnamese could not communicate English well are dumped and not well educated , you are don’t know who are dealing with , young man ! Remember: we are also human! We are living in US , not communist social! Please act and communicate as A HUMAN BEING! Thanks UNCLE MINH FOR YOUR POLITE AND NICE MANNER !

Negative experience: Terrible traffic school. I did the test,passed everything but got failed.

Negative experience: Làm việc không có tâm, không đến nơi đến chốn. Nhận tiền fee rồi nhưng không làm việc tận tình và có dấu hiệu thiếu tôn trọng với khách hàng bằng việc cúp máy khi đang nói chuyện.

Fantastic experience: I got a ticket and took the home study traffic school here. It was super easy and I didn't have to go to an 8 hour class for it.

Positive experience: Got the job done.. sorta... Still had to go DMV to request for moving permits since this place only gave one and charged me $20 bucks for it when the DMV gave me 5 without charging anything. O.O

Negative experience: Really bad customer service. I called 2 times and nobody pick up the phone so I left a clear message with my phone number to sign up for traffic school. I waited for 3 days and still no one bother to call me back. I guess they don't need business. This is how business goes down hill when you don't put your customer first.

Negative experience: Worst customer service! I came here to pick up documents. The paperwork was already done but the guy at the front desk said to come back when all he had to do was get off his lazy ass and go to the back desk to get it for me.
