Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. DO NOT COME HERE. Instructor doesn’t know how to communicate effectively. Had to use YouTube to find out other KEY details that the instructor forgot to let me know…

Fantastic experience: Before this summer, I could barely tell the gas pedal from the brake—I had little knowledge on how to drive a car or the laws one has to abide by on the road. My dad introduced me to this driving school and I took a 10-session package deal over the course of about a month. One thing I respect about this school was the very clear communication. The administration was very respectful of my time and communicated with me every step of the way, from planning sessions to registering for the driving test. Furthermore, the instructor I had, Mahbub, was polite and kind, while being extremely knowledgeable as a driver and a teacher. He was very quickly able to figure out how I learn and teach me the skills needed to drive. It was with his help that I was able to perfectly pass the driving test after my first try. The school as a whole are very up front with what they expect from you and what they think of your performance. They don’t waste your time and do a fantastic job in what you give. I’d recommend them to any aspiring drivers, especially those anxious about trying.

Negative experience: I am HIGHLY upset with this company. About a year ago, right before the pandemic, I bought a package of 3 classes and the test with them. When I bought the package, I told them the address on my ID was not my current address, and I gave them the right one to pick me up from. Still, for all 3 classes, they went to the wrong address, calling me for the right address and coming late every day. For one of my sessions, I got a phone call 15 minutes after my instructor was supposed to be there, telling me she wasn't coming. For my last session I got a different instructor without notice. I ended up failing my test, was told they would call me back to reschedule but they never did. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, I called about retaking the test and scheduling another class. I was told it would be $35 for each class, and it would be free to retake the test. I went in person today to be told that I was wrong and I probably called the wrong school (no I did not), because it was $40 per class, and it wasn't free to retake the test, it was $80. There is a serious lack of communication and accommodation with this company and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: I made 5 different appointments with them every time they canceled on me. The way they cancel is by not showing up! Don”t waist your time!!!!

The school is not only flexible for scheduling the driving class n road test but it has well experienced instructors which who are very serious to make their students to a professional drivers.
