ABC Traffic Programs | DUI Program

Negative experience: The front desk lady is really rude and bad for business. She sent me away even tho I had my paperwork. I went to a different location and they were able to get me in right away. Not fair I had to waste time and not be helped bc of 1 workers unwillingness to help, straight up laziness

Fantastic experience: My experience at abc program was a recovering excellence experience opportunity and I have knowledge everything I learned and we have talked about and I’ll stay with it so I make sure I don’t screw this up again. the staff at abc program are phenomenal and very friendly they really made an impact in my life and made me comfortable to come and deal with my stuff and they never lost patience with me and for that I’m really great-full for they really understand me and that is not something I deserve god bless you ABC program DUI in Santa Ana and staff I’m a free bird

Fantastic experience: This was my first time doing this DUI online class. I was so nervous and had anxiety - also was emotional because 2 weeks ago my friend got into a car accident fighting with her abusive boyfriend and he was speeding - she passed away. I also got into a hit and run - lost a lot of blood due to a glass shard penetrating my stomach. Was in a coma for 5 days. But Mario was very reassuring and comforting. I really thought these classes were going to be a drag and boring from what my friends mentioned. But those 2 hrs was quite informative and the people on there was very supportive and even had pets! I have a ESA dog who was under my desk too during the whole session. I’m glad I have a new support system and Mario made my day! I had tough week. I’m really looking forward for next week and get to know each other more and experience everyone’s perspectives. Thank you ABC and Mario for making this program to help me change and learn. God job everyone! Bless you all! I appreciate you!

Negative experience: Literally so frustrated with this company. They never bother to pick up the phone. They don’t communicate well with you at all. And then they are always looking for a way to charge you more money even when they are clearly at fault for their lack of communication. Granted Still have to deal with this because of a mistake you made and they have absolutely no consequences for the way they treat people.

Negative experience: Do not recommend coming here. The two ladies at the front desk are super rude. I was waiting in line and upon walking up to the desk, someone else walked in and she took them first. Then when it’s my turn they tell me I cannot have my 1 year old with me. I ask them to inform people ahead of time and was given an attitude and told that I should have asked first as if it’s not normal to bring my child with me everywhere I go?

Negative experience: I don't understand why every time I call I get a bad attitude and poor customer service. It doesn't feel good to be treated in that way, it is your job and your responsibility to behave in a respectful and professional manner because that reflects on the company you work for.

Negative experience: Worst place ever. Front desk staff is terribly rude. If you need to do this then take the time to go elsewhere

Negative experience: So far, I've only met the two women at the front counter. Why are they so miserable? Perhaps simply jaded? In any event, I chose not to come here on account of these two miserable people. This should suggest to you that owners are not treating these people well. :-/
