Negative experience: Payed all this money and they failed us simply cause we couldn't adjust mirrors and seat wheel etc to our needs and also won't let you use your own vehicle. ‍♂️ absolute joke

Shoutout to Scott for fantastic parking techniques.. Never would have thought the dreaded parallel parking to be child's play by the time we were done.

Fantastic experience: Driven2Drive is definitely a recommended driving school to attend if you’re looking to get your license! I went into this with my heart racing and my anxiety really high and came out smiling with my license in hand! The team who works at the West Chester location are some of the sweetest individuals I’ve met. Scott was my instructor and we had wonderful conversations during my three lessons that made me feel so much more calm and helped me enjoy my practice much more! If you or your kids are struggling with anxiety with getting on the road and learning how to drive, this place will help you out so much. 10/10 wish I could take again!

Positive experience: The people there are ignorant and will be rude and talk about you if you don’t speak English. My sister went here for a refresher and a test and before they could even take her out onto the road the driver started belittling her telling her that he would fail her if she took her test today and she hadn’t even started driving yet. The phone number is the same for every location and you can’t even talk to someone different and the woman who answered the phone is ignorant as hell. My sister paid over 100 dollars to quite literally be bullied by a grown man, and the woman who answered my call didn’t even want to hear what I was talking about because it “wasn’t in the notes”. Why would he sit there and bully her and tell her that he’ll fail her and then go put it in the notes?? UPDATE: A woman named Sarah was able to remedy the situation and she handled it more professionally than the two people that I originally stated in my review. We’re very appreciative of her and she was able to set up a different appointment at a different location for my sister to take her test! She had no problems at the west Chester location!

Fantastic experience: Shervon and Scott were GREAT instructors!!! They were incredibly friendly, extremely helpful, and very informative. Great front desk staff and happy vibes all around:) Both instructors were quick to correct me on any mistakes but I never felt pressured or anxious, despite being incredibly nervous on the test date. But I Passed with flying colors! (on a rainy day as well). The test consisted of three parts: controls, parking, and driving. Controls and parallel parking were super straight forward, Scott even had me practice how to fix a parallel park Incase I hit the curb, you get 6 points on the parallel park but I got it in 2, they made it so easy for me it was almost criminal, fantastic teachers! Moving on to the test, at the Bala Cynwyd they were REALLY hassling me, this however was NOT the case at the West Chester location as I got the BEST possible test administrator, shervon, who upon starting and throughout the test gave me great driving tips, instructions on what and what not to do, and making me feel super comfortable and confident while taking the big test. I most certainly felt I got my money's worth and with high confidence be recommending thr West Chester drive 2 drive to friends and family. The kind folk at this location most definitely deserve a raise.

The instructors and testers were incredibly helpful, making me feel comfortable while patiently explaining minor details to improve my driving skills. Fantastic experience: This is very good option to have your drivers license. I was assigned with Scott for driving. He was very good and giving useful information. Special thanks for parallel parking practice.

Fantastic experience: I had got my license a few months ago and the whole process was efficient. I did the 15 minute refresher course, it was really good. I even picked up some tricks on parallel parking. The car provided was also super convenient and the instructors are nice. Everyone in general were super nice and it took away the driver test jitters! 10/10 reccommed.

Fantastic experience: Scott was awesome. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and making me feel at ease. I especially appreciated the tips on parallel parking, which made a huge difference.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great! Very supportive with anxious young drivers, I would recommend them over a parent teacher. And you can take your driving test with them instead of the DMV. They are worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: Driven2Drive in West Chester…this is the only way you should do a driving test! My daughter’s instructor, Scott was friendly, kind, and phenomenal! Her test administrator, Robin was wonderful and pleasant! They made my daughter feel confident and comfortable. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Fantastic experience: This location is great. Spent about ~40 hours on the road before paying for the test + short refresher lesson. Everyone at the location is friendly & very knowledgeable when it comes to both their cars and driving in general. Short refresher lesson was pretty much just test prep + explanation on the test and what to expect. After the refresher lesson it was right onto the test. They're not incentivized to pass you but they do everything they can to make sure you know everything about the test & that you're ready; they are honest. Scott & (i think it was Richard, never got your name!) were both great people. Can't speak on any other locations but don't be afraid to give this one a call.

Fantastic experience: Took my son after failing his driving test twice. The man who took him on the road test was calm and polite he took his time with my son and gave him some pointers. Needless to say he passed. It was worth every penny. With my youngest we will go straight to driven to drive then I don’t have to be driven to drink.

Fantastic experience: My son was very nervous learning to drive. Scott was the perfect instructor for him and the experience was awesome! I love that he could take his drivers test right at the school too!

Fantastic experience: I had to take three (3) two-hour classes for driver safety and I was extremely lucky to connect with Driven2Drive in West Chester! Right off the bat, I spoke with Robyn who was so helpful in setting up the appointments and getting me in the system. Very friendly! For all three of my classes, I worked with Scott, who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and his personality puts you at ease. I learned a good bit but also enjoyed myself chatting with Scott. If you're someone who has a permit and learning to drive or just needs a brush up on skills, this is the place to go! Convenient, friendly, and professional!

Fantastic experience: I took about 3 lessons with instructor Enid, who was very bubbly and helpful. She answered all my questions I had before my testing day. On the day of the test I was taught by Dino. Very informative and gave me great advice before my test. Terry was the one taking care of my testing and he was very easy to talk to and kept me at ease during the test. I highly recommend these guys for new and older drivers alike. They are very patient and friendly!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this place. All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. And the instructors were fantastic getting my 18yr old comfortable and knowledgeable about driving. 5+++ stars.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Per website, refund given within 24 hrs, but they wouldn’t give full refund. Don’t go with them. They seem untrustworthy and dishonest.

Fantastic experience: Scott helped me get on the road for my first time very easily with no anxiety and gave me the confidence behind the weel. I took three lessons and gained all the confidence and knowledge needed to become a much better driver. After just a few weeks of getting my permit, I passed my drivers test here and gotten my driver’s license the next week. Highly recommend this place for your driving lessons and Scott as your instructor :)

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. My daughter had trouble with parking at the DMV. Appt was made here and let me tell you, wish it would of been done right away! Much more relaxed atmosphere and great teaching and learning! Ty to the staff, Rich and Scott were awesome to deal with! They made my daughter feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took her driving test here (4/22) with additional time to practice parallel parking. From start to finish this is a great place, and they offer many options on your driving needs. Well worth going here than having to deal with the DMV. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience in this location. Robyn was so helpful with the scheduling and paperwork. And Scott is the best instructor anyone could ever ask for. He was very CALM and informative. He taught me how to drive safely while building up my confidence behind the wheel. I'm forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: My son passed his driving test here in March of 2022. You had to pay online first then schedule a time (which was about 1 week later-which was great compared to DMV wait times). He got the $175 special. The older gentleman he had was excellent said my son. This deal got him some time to get used to the car (you do not take the test in your own vehicle) prior to his test, although they do have a cheaper option to just take the test. He got to take the test in a TESLA, but they also have mini coopers as well (I don't believe you get a choice of vehicle). They stamped his permit and sent off the paperwork, now we wait for the camera card to come in the mail. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I took one of their two-hour sessions at this location. The entire time, the instructor was calm, welcoming, and nice overall. Not only that, but they taught advice and tips on how to parallel park and other driving techniques and safety. Because of this one session with them, I feel like I’m a better driver, feel less stressed and nervous while driving, and I also passed a road test (that I took somewhere else a week later after this session) using the techniques that they taught me.

Fantastic experience: I tested at the West Chester location. Scott was the Instructor, and really made my experience comfortable. He is down to earth and provided clear instructions. If thinking about a fast way to test, Driven 2 Drive for sure. If you ask for Scott, I think you will enjoy the experience without the nerves.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this location! I met Jon who was very positive and welcoming and had a lesson with Shavar a few weeks ago and he was so professional and patient. I learned so much in that lesson alone. I tested with Brian and he was so professional and patient and offered great tips. All these things helped me get my license!!! Awesome
