He answered all of my questions clearly and patiently, walked me through the entire admissions process step by step, and made sure I had everything I needed to begin training with confidence. Negative experience: Trainers isn't good if they made a change. Most students talking about each other about how each person training. You don't know what you getting into until you start your driving training. The training is garbage. If a trainer likes you, you may get lucky to get a better training experience, if not it's a waste of time because unforseen things will be seen

Fantastic experience: Great school...Mr Mike Gidman is a very down to Earth person...(Administration office)...He is full of laughs but gets down to business in the process.... Lawrence the trainer at the Nunez campus is very down to Earth and keeps you extremely focused....Ms. Reyne, the class instructor is very encouraging and kept us focused....you will be very surprised at how much you learn in such a short period of time.....

Fantastic experience: If you are interested in driving big trucks and looking for a new career this is the spot I had no problems(front office) Mr Mike Gidman is awesome he took the time to answer every question regarding financing very reasonable had even encourage me not to quit i had other things going on in my life due to hurricane and check up on me time to time(front office) Ms Debbie is so sweet and understanding she's there to help u in any way she can and the instructors(Steve, Ronald,pop,Kevin, Larry)were straight up honest and take alot pride in there work and if u listen u will be a truck driver from POP'S in class knowledge to STEVE and RONALD never to busy to help even when its time to go home showed the pride they have I mainly work with LARRY the dude is awesome the patience the humor the pride dedication taught me alot when I thought about changing up he never let me think negative kept pushing me encouraging me and coming from a guy who never drove Manuel it was a challenge but I listen and got the craft now a licensed truck driver and I have these guy to thank if I could I would do it all again if anybody tells u different maybe they not trying or better yet not listening

Negative experience: When you call this school they say someone will call you back. I got a called from someone who was rude. I asked if he could give me information on price packages of attending their school but the guys just told me not make I'm waste his time and call him when I was thinking seriously.... I am new in Louisiana but I noticed that most businesses here treat customers inappropriate and carelessly. They make customers feel like they have to accept their bad temper or go buy somewhere else. For example at a gas station on veterans memorial in memetairie infront of target...the coffee tthernos were empty and when I reminded the person incharged, she just raised her arms...meaning I don't care. Go shop somewhere else.

Positive experience: I don't have any in driving a truck. But I really want to learn. Just because I'm 50 years old dont means my life is over.I just want to know can I apply for a grant to pay for my schooling.

Negative experience: Worst people ever!!! Setup for Mardi gras on public property in front of their building. We left to get some more supplies and when we came back the employees damaged our items , removed them and then staked off the area for themselves!! When we questioned them they said it was private property, and when we explained it was not there response is we cut the grass here so it kinda like it is private!!! One of the workers came out to curse out my father and had to be restrained by other employees!!! Threats were also made that if we stayed they would make our lives hell!!!!! I can not believe and professional company would act in the manner at all! Stay far away from this place
