Fantastic experience: I gotta give credit where it’s due — this school really held it down for me . I been to other places before and honestly the instructors didn’t care, they just wanted you in and out. But here? Whole different vibe. My instructor Gabby (The best) was patient, super helpful, and knowledgeable. He didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb, he took his time and made sure I understood what I was doing. I came in not feeling ready at all, but he boosted my confidence as a student. Next thing you know… I PASSED my road test ✅. If you want an instructor that actually cares about you learning and not just your money, this is the place.

My request was to have my road test and practices done within a very restricted time frame - one week in August 2025. Junior and instructor Gabby stepped up and made this a very successful process. Also, my age is 59 and they treated me with respect and courtesy that defines their service.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with this driving school from start to finish. VERY VERY less price compared to other surrounding schools. Jr. (Lapaix) in the office was very very friendly and professional, he explained everythnng clearly, helpmed me get scheduled for road test without any issues , and always made the process feel easy and stress free. Especially they pick you up from your home for each driving lesson. That is something very comfortable. Gabby was my instructor, and he was fantastic. He's extremely patient, calm, and clear with his instructions. I never felt rushed during the lessons, and he took the time to make sure I understood not just what to do, but why. His teaching style really helped me get through the road test succussfully for the first time only. They also offer a 10% discount for Columbia, which reduces the fees even further. Overall, I recommend this school very strongly. Especially if you Indians and similar country's (you drive. on your left side of the road). Definitely a 5-star experience!

Fantastic experience: The best driving school ever, the packages are affordable (I did my 5 hour class, car for road test, and all of my lessons) and the team is great. My instructor Gaby was amazing, he was so patient and understanding, he was always on time and picked me up from my home. I went from being scared to drive to being excited about it. He was so accommodating and even would come early in the morning for me because of my work schedule. Junior who answers the phone is so kind and extremely helpful, he gives great advice and would always try his best to provide whatever I needed. I don’t think I’ve ever called and not received an answer. I would recommend Excellent to everyone they really live up to their name. I PASSED MY TEST

Gabby, my instructor, along with the manager and Junior, was incredibly supportive and motivated me every step of the way. When I told them I’m deaf, they were understanding and very friendly, which made a huge difference. I’m so glad to have passed the road test! It was challenging, but I’m proud to have accomplished it. Remember, everyone—safety always comes first on the road!

Negative experience: They canceled my first lesson just few hours before, and next day, the teacher never showed up on the lesson time. I called them and asked why is the teacher not show up and they kept said they don't know why and never said sorry. So I asked them to refund and they did not refund full price. I don't understand why they did not give the full price refund even they made huge mistake. They are very rude and never apologize. I really don't recommend this school and there are other schools you can find. Update - they did not canceled class. They did not send me any text or call and I had to wait outside for 45 mins. I called many time while I was waiting, but they never explained.

The driving instructor for class A is excellent his name is junior. At first I was with a different driving school and I made a switch to this school I’m glad that I did. You won’t go wrong.

Positive experience: Everyone is super nice, from the front desk to drivers, and very responsive! They're prompt for lessons and drivers instruct well, focusing on what you need to pass the test. Also if you're in HS/college, they give student discounts! Schedule your test as quickly as possible as the uptown/bronx/westchester areas are booked month+ in advance but nothing the driving school can control, just the area they operate out of.
