Negative experience: The presumed owner of this business (Tom) is irrational and aggressive. Very confrontational, even over text messages. I can't begin to describe the crazy nonsensical text messages my wife and I received from him. My two eldest kids did 1 week, 3 sessions, then he lost control of himself over text and cancelled us from the class this week. There is seriously something wrong with Tom. Tom's irrational behavior and outbursts are extremely concerning and dangerous, and I would not trust my children in his care. We may have dodged a bullet. I chatted with Jaisha, the instructor, after a session, very nice and sensible as I was picking up my kids, who were stood right there. I have now been accused by Tom of harassing Jaisha, saying he has car video. But he won't show it to me because it is, of course, a fantasy. Edit: Tom and Jaisha Kidwell are married and she owns the business (not him). This is something they are not honest about, saying she is just the instructor.

Negative experience: If you are looking to get any training from this school, you’ll have to pull them over on the road because they will not answer their phone and there is never anyone at the business office.

Fantastic experience: My time at quality was great. Jaisha taught me that there was more to learn when I had thought I knew everything there is to know. She isn’t mean and she makes jokes to help me feel more comfortable. She said she “harasses” us but it’s really just small lectures that helped me understand what it is I’m supposed to do. When I would make a mistake, she would correct it and tell me what I did wrong and explain how I could improve the next time. By the day of the final, I took what she had taught me and my previous knowledge and I passed with little to no mistake. Jaisha is an amazing worker and I hope to see her in the future helping others to drive as well.

Negative experience: Having a tough time getting a hold of them. Left no less than 6 voicemails on all three phone numbers on their website, and sent 3 emails over the last 3 weeks. Went by the office during hours listed on the website and it was locked up tight, no one there. I have moved on to another business to help me, and I suggest you spend some time contacting another company that returns calls. Called another driving school and they picked up on the first ring while I was standing in front of Quality's locked office.

Fantastic experience: There was quite a gap between the day I booked the lesson and the start of those lessons but it was worth the wait and money. When starting, I didn't know what to expect and was quite nervous after hearing previous students' experiences however the nervousness died down as soon as I entered the car. Although it was a dark and cold night, the atmosphere Ms. Jaisha created with her students made me feel warm to the point it washed the nerves away. The lessons following that were quite similar; I didn't feel the need to do anything or feel any awkwardness. Ms. Jaisha truly knew how to connect with her students and to make them feel comfortable. Not only that, the communication with the schedulers and with the instructor was very easy to understand. Definitely would recommend this company for those wanting to earn their driver's license quick and have a good instructor to teach you!

Negative experience: Please answer phone calls and open when you say you are open! I guess I will add to this review, you did not call me last week because I did not call last week, you only called me once and it was 30 minutes before you closed. I had my wife go to your office when you were supposed to be open and she left a note for you to call me. It would have been nice if you were at your office during office hours as posted on your door and would have been nice for you to have returned my phone call within a timely manner. As for the course I want to take, you have no clue what course as I have never mentioned it because I was just simply trying to talk to someone. I will most likely be using a different organization for what I need and I will leave this review for others to see. Tip: don't tell people to take a review off and lie to cover up a mistake on your part. People need to know how you are. I have taken one of your classes before but it was about 9 years ago and it was easy to contact you then and people were there during office hours. I have no clue what you guys are doing now.

Negative experience: Tom is very rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend. I’m not one to usually post reviews but will be taking my daughter somewhere else.

Negative experience: Online class did not work for my apple tablet. By the time the 3rd party fixed the software my daughter turned 18 and got her license without behind the wheel.

Negative experience: My two older children's instructor Jaisha was the very best. They learned a lot and loved her. So it is now time for my third child to do Behind the wheel, have called and emailed at least twice a week for the last month to get started. So disappointed that you could not return a telephone call or email. Have seen Jaisha around town with students so I know that you are still in business. Please return telephone calls!!!!!!!

Positive experience: Learned a lot but my last day I felt as if I was given attitude for not parking correctly and told “we went over this” when we never went over parking while other students were taken to the school to learn how to honestly felt embarrassed

Positive experience: Would recommend this school. The instructor is proffessional and the lessons thorough. If you call and no one answers, leave a message. Some1 usually calls back. Getting some1 to answer quickly is the only downside. Beside this, very pleased.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a great experience. Yes, I had to leave a voicemail when I called, but Tom called back the same day. He was courteous, patient and answered all my questions. In my experience, you rarely speak to the owner of a company. He told me my daughter’s instructor would be Jaisha and she would be texting both my daughter and I to verify the schedule for the week. That was great, I was 100% in the loop with my daughter. They will try to work with your schedule. It may take longer to complete the course if you can't do it on their schedule, but that is okay. She was picked up at work a few times. Over the couple weeks that it took to complete all the required hours (7 during Covid) I was able to actually see my daughter’s confidence grow. I highly recommend this company, especially Jaisha. Pros- Best price Good at working with your schedule Professional and friendly On time Easy communication with the Instructor Cons-You may have to leave a voicemail when you call the office Final thoughts: The pros definitely outweigh the cons!

Fantastic experience: Went for the drivers improvement clinic. The instructor was absolutely amazing. He knows that nobody wants to be there and does his absolute best to make the 8hr long class go by fast. He has a personality that draws you in and captures your attention and makes everyone in the class participate which makes the time go by super fast. He also knows what it's like to be in the situation of having an infraction on your driving record and relates to the people in the class. Be sure to bring snacks and a jacket, he keeps the room very, very cold. But you will not be sorry, absolute best instructor, makes the class go by super fast!

She helped me out when needed, gave me tips on what I can do to be safer and do better while driving, and was just a great instructor. I recommend this driving school, along with the instructor! 10/10

He got in a woman's face and yelled and cussed at her even, yelled out the window while leaving even... I would never trust such a crazy with my children.
