Fantastic experience: I recently completed my training at 160 Academy of NJ and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to helping each student succeed. I want to give a special thanks to Jennie, who went above and beyond to ensure I understood every aspect of the training. Her guidance and support made a huge difference in my learning process. I highly recommend 160 Academy Truck School to anyone looking to start a career in trucking. Thank you to all the instructors for your hard work and dedication!

Fantastic experience: I would like to take the time out to give huge shout out to 160 driving academy they was extremely helpful through this process and to the well trained well mannered instructors JENNIE , DON ,TONY AND AARON, all of them with different set of skills and ways but all with the same end goal is to get us on the road to be successful but have to give a special shout out to JENNIE I was shy at first but she help me break that and help me tremendously on everything from parking to just helping me get my road time I will always be grateful for the TEAM AT 160!!!! Will highly recommend this school for your future

Fantastic experience: I will like to thank Jennie and Mr Don from 160. They have been two awesome instructors at this school. Always willing to go beon the limit for the students. They have been a blessing in my life and were there for me at all cost and quick. They deserve higher position within this company asap for the best of this school. They are tremendously great instructors. I give the both of this instructor a 5 star review because they are the best. But as far as truck shortages n always braking down. Its a real turn off. If they can fix that they will be untouchable.

Negative experience: Totally unprofetional. Lady who pick up off phone was rude and did not want to help me. No problem,I move on

Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying what a great experience I had with 160 driving academy. It was a blessing to be able to work with the instructors. I was able to go in not knowing anything about a trucks, but Jen was so amazing i was able pass my test on the first try. i want to thank her so much for all the help, but not let me forget Don, and Tony they both were great as well.

Fantastic experience: If you want to get your cdl you are making the right choice coming to 160. Jennie, Don, Tony and Aaron are the best instructors hands down. They helped me every step of the way and never gave up on me even when I felt like I wasn’t making any progress. 4 weeks pass by and now i’m a cdl holder because of the amazing team they have at 160!

Fantastic experience: I just graduated from 160 Driving Academy 7/15/24 Tony and Jenn are fantastic at what they do. Tony is the man that’s gonna get you right when he see you doing wrong and help you learn from your mistakes. He’s such a great guy just”Don’t run over Tony cones” When it’s time to go on the road in the automatic Jenn is there to help you keep calm and in line. She’s really funny and an awesome person to get to know. I would highly recommend 160 driving academy to anyone looking to getting their CDL. All the other staff members and students are great as well. Definitely had a good time.

Fantastic experience: I had a little rough journey but Jenn worked me all the way through it and pushed me to pass and cared about me passing just as much as me I appreciate the knowledge and skills I learned from her so if you’re looking to get your Cdls 160 driving academy is the best option

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a school to get your cdl at, this is the one to go to! All the instructors were very helpful and and super nice! I enjoyed being there everyday learning and making new friends! I was there 3 weeks and was one and done thanks to them!

Fantastic experience: Best choice i made when i was searching a cdl school. All the instructors were there whenever you have a question or difficulty with a maneuver. Big shout to Miss Jenn ☺️ who really cares and went above and beyond to make sure you get it. I would recommend this cdl driving school especially at the location in Pennsville.

Fantastic experience: My training at 160 Driving Academy for my commercial driver license was exceptional. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and provided excellent instruction in a very safe environment. There's always room for improvement but despite limited resources at times; especially when some students were complaining, the academy created a consistent learning environment. I'm grateful to Tony, Don and Delon for sharing their experience and expertise, pointers and tips. Tony - Helped me stay calm on test day....amazing leader and instructor, Don - Very patience and exceptional, he has an apt to teacher Delon - Thanks for pushing me and the tips Aaron - Thanks for the support. Negative experience: So I call the 1800 # to this school and the girl who picks up the phone is super rude & aggressive , refused to assist a customer who has the CDL permit & only needs the Truck training. Why would I sit in a class that I’ve already executed on my own ( foh ) . Refused to put me on with a supervisor as well.

The manager Ashley and Instructors; Aaron, Tony and Alex created a positive friendly learning environment to help prepare us for the road. Their dynamic teaching skills was really helpful. Fantastic experience: Thanks Ashley, Aaron, Alex, Don, Larry and Tony. Everyone go to 160 driving academy Pennsville NJ, and the yard in Salem NJ. This my True family and if wasn't for them to make me successful, I wouldn't be a CDL truck driver today. And Now I work for KNIGHT TRANSPORTATION AND SWIFT TRANSPORTATION and now I move to Georgia and Driving 18 wheelers forever. GOD BLESS YOU ALL 160DRIVINGACADEMY. ❤️

Negative experience: Don't waste your time or money impossible to get ahold of anyone important or get any info. I had 2 appointments with branch managers to get started and nobody showed up. I would use American driving academy in Delaware not much further. I got a meeting set up in a day and they are much more professional

Fantastic experience: Awesome location, learned a lot from all instructors and passed my test on first try. I highly recommend this location To obtain your CDL. The Branch manager Ashley is very friendly and caring and will help you with anything you need. I will be sure to stop back past this yard to help and explain to other students to help them gather their maneuvers and skills.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, great and friendly people from day one. Helped me get my cdl. Love them all from Anthony all the way down to the new people who arrived just before I left who’s names I do not know. First got in contact with anthony, I believe June 2020, had some issues to smooth out than he got back in contact with me. Made it known I didn’t want to pay for school nor did I want to take out a loan. He got me sponsored. Always answered when I called and answered any questions I had. Tone, Will, Danny, and John and did everything they could to ensure that I passed with flying colors. Which I did! Thanks to the team I now have my cdl, and the skills I need to be successful in this career. All while forging lifelong bonds. Thanks guys!!! Appreciate y’all for everything y’all do. -LT

Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying what a great experience I had with 160 driving academy. It was a blessing to be able to work with the instructors. I was able to go in not knowing anything about a trucks or pre trip. I was able to take my test within 2 weeks and pass. Some people may says how is it possible? But the motivation I had was unbelievable. Like I said I can’t thank my instructor enough. (Will, John, tony Alex and the others ) you guys will always be good friends of mine. Specifically, Anthony from the office in Salem, NJ for helping me with the all the paperwork and testing I needed to do, as well as for setting me up with the virtual classes with James. James’ classes were highly informative and helped me pass my written test with ease. During my yard training, Tony, Will and John were excellent with pre-trip, and driving on the road skills. Fantastic experience: Since my initial call to 160 Driving Academy, I received nothing but professionalism and open lines of communication. Particularly from the branch manager Anthony. He basically walked me through the sign up process and the process of obtaining my permit. He made himself accessible to me for questions and concerns at all times, even after business hours! Once arriving at 160 Driving Academy's training yard, I was able to see for myself that everything I was told was true. The instructors are friendly, super personable and good communicators for learners of all speeds. The curriculum given is well paced and thorough for those brand new to trucking as well as those returning to the field after a long lay off. The student driver trucks are up-to date and well maintained. The training yard is big enough for multiple trucks to be in motion at the same time. Overall, I feel that I made a great decision to attend 160 Driving Academy and would recommend it to anyone looking to start a career in trucking!
