Positive experience: This course is very thorough and very helpful to both newer and long time drivers. Content was robust. I really appreciated their emphasis on driver psychology, emotions, etc But the online interactive system had a nagging overlay button CONTINUE that was always on the screen, and often was problematic if it was pushed at the wrong time.

Fantastic experience: C'mon, if your here you've been busted too! Not my first rodeo but it's been quite a few years, we didn't used to have the internet for my last ticket. The course length to is relatively painless for the time Texas demands you to spend attending, actually quite entertaining if you want to watch the comedic interactions. 6 hours well spent to keep this from harming my driving record and insurance rates, well worth the time and the pittance they ask. Of course, with the drivers I've seen out there I'm thinking they have a thriving business!

Positive experience: This is a great company to take your driving defense course. I took my on line and it was very easy to follow and by doing so I reduce my car insurance by $150.00 for a six month policy. Thinking about taking this course please use IMPROV Houston

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend taking a class with Dwight! He is funny, makes the class go by fast, and is 100% relatable. He is very knowledgeable, able to answer any Driving questions. Here at comedy Driving they offer everything you might need to take to court, for a small fee of course. They helped me get my paperwork together. I highly appreciate all that they do! Thanks for getting me through Dwight!!

Negative experience: When I selected IMPROV over all the other classes, I made sure I was informed about their service. I chatted with a CS rep online who directed me to their local office. Tuesday afternoon I called the local office to confirm class availability for Saturday. She confirmed and was nice enough to make helpful suggestions including to show up at 8:45am since doors close promptly at 9am. I was there at 8:40am and the doors were locked. I pressed the doorbell but no answer. I read all the signs around their windows but there was no helpful information. I called their local office but the recording was automated with no live agent. I called their corporate office but the rep said the only thing he could do was give me the local office number again. I walked around the whole establishment to find an alternative door but only one lead to a narrow patio with locked doors. I wasn't able to make it to another class sine they had already started. I can't believe I cancelled my Saturday plans for nothing. Unfortunately I'll have to do it all over again next week.

Negative experience: I expected more video vs reading. Also many of the pages had conflicting info on separate pages. Many sentences were repeated either on same page or on another.
