Gracias por su pregunta. Thank you for the question. Our 30 hour driver ed course and 4 hour defensive driving course is only offered in English unfortunately at this time. We can do the 6 hours of driving with student drivers with a translator or if one of our instructors speaks your native language well enough. We would need to discuss this before enrollment in our office to make sure we can accommodate your needs. I hope this helps!
Fantastic experience: I just did my test and it was amazing, not too simple, not too hard. I also did my 6 hours and the online class that goes through this academy and I have to say it is one of the bests, probably the best. I suggest this place to anyone and everyone, you guys have a great group of staff who are kinda and full of smiles and good energy, and the lessons taught are best here.

The driving instructor made my son feel at ease during his drives and made me feel very confident that he learned everything he needed to learn to become a safe driver. Fantastic experience: This driving academy is a lifesaver especially for young adults who waited a little too long to get their license. They fit me in and made sure I got all my drives before my exam date. The drivers are all really nice especially Ashley (she’s training) and Conner i loved them!

Fantastic experience: Having completed both the online course and driving lessons I can recommend this driving academy to anyone wanting to learn how to drive well. I completed six drives with the academy with ease. The staff was very professional, polite, and understanding. The instructors create a safe and opportunistic learning environment. Being an Asian-American I sometimes thought some people may be unfair with me in certain situations but the staff made me feel very comfortable and excited to drive with them.

Fantastic experience: I am a graduate of this back in the day. Guy was a former LEO awesome guy! They have stood strong for many years an have a good reputation of knowledgeable Graduates a safe drivers! My son will be attending now very soon. I can’t see why comments an jokes make any difference in the drivers seat? With all the road rage an awful drivers I’ve seen around, maybe some of y’all need thicker skin. If you trust your child in control of a 2000lb steel death missile then I would think your child is capable of listening to jokes an comments they may not agree with. Just saying.

Negative experience: My daughter recently attended classes and drives at the Greenwood location. She seems to have learned the course material and gotten the appropriate driving experience. However, she routinely reported unprofessional behavior from a staff member at the location, including racist comments, sexist comments, negative comments about immigrants, negative comments about mental health issues, and extreme political views. I recognize that individuals are entitled to their own opinions on these topics, but sharing these viewpoints has no place in a driver’s education classroom. The population of the southside of Indianapolis and Greenwood is quite diverse and I am certain that these comments also made other students uncomfortable. Please just stick to the course material and leave opinions on unrelated topics at the door.
I am happy to hear she apparently learned the course material and received the appropriate driving experience. It is a shame that you never called to address any concern regarding these so called offensive comments since you were not in the classroom at the time. Many topics and or statements including jokes could have been completely mistaken out of context or completely misunderstood. I am sorry she felt that way, but it is hard for me to believe the accuracy of these extreme conclusions based on knowing the hearts and minds of all our instructors. We go out of our way to make every individual feel welcome and provide them with the best instruction possible. We do not talk politics, race or make sexist comments. We are LGTBQ friendly and we go out of our way to accommodate everyone. That being said, I am sorry she felt that way, but that isn’t accurate whatsoever in how we treat our students or parents. It is sad that you feel morally superior and in a position to judge the hearts and minds of our instructors to lecture us on diversity let alone make the accusations you did in this format. That is what I find offensive.
Negative experience: The Driving Academy didn’t complete the paperwork correctly and it was not accepted by the Bmv. We tried calling and emailing to get this fixed but no one responds. This has caused us to miss work and my son to miss school. All this and still no license because of their paperwork error. Not happy at all.
Unfortunately, we were closed during the time you were calling and I made a special effort to resolve this for you. I am sorry you were caused the inconvenience that you went through.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone smh
I am sorry for your frustration. We have a phone system. Our instructors are usually in the car or office staff is on the phone or helping students. We return every message or email same day or within 24 hours. We also have a detailed website. Driver education is a detailed process and takes time. I am sorry but we don"t have multiple people sitting by the phone waiting to take your call. The summer is our busiest time of the year.
Negative experience: They never pick up the phone! They just hang up on you. Go to a different driving school and save your money.
We have a phone system and we are usually on the phone or helping students. We return every message or email same day or within 24 hours. We do not have a staff waiting by the phone to answer calls. We do not just hang up on people.
Fantastic experience: This place is definitely an easy way and a great way to learn how to drive. My instructor was amazing and even worked with my schedule to get my drives on time to get my license. If any of you out there are needing to learn how to drive or get an easier way to obtain your drivers license then this is the place to do it. Great instructors, great facility, and great drives. Highly recommend going through Driving Academy!

Negative experience: Registered my daughter for a specific date line online for drives only. (They have since updated drives only section on website) We show up at what I thought was my daughter's drive time. To find a very fast, smart talking older man and his assistant. We said," we are here for our driving time". He replied: "no your not, what's your daughter's name?, we don't have a student by that name, you have to go home and call me, leave me a message and we will call you back to schedule drives, we are 6 to 8 weeks out on drives." I showed our receipt and where i successfully registered my daughter, and asked can I go ahead and schedule my daughter now? "No, I have students to take care of, you need to call and leave message and i'll call you back", he said. There was one girl in line behind me. So I asked, "can i have my money back"? The smartest thing he said was, "yes". While we waited for our refund to be processed he got out his files and started calling people. Thank goodness money returned in a reasonable timeline. I guess he deserves the one star for that. Response to owner: your website is confusing. Do you think you are gaining clients by your smart remarks? You are a very rude man. Why doesn't your website say: drives are scheduling six to eight weeks out? Why couldn't you have just scheduled the drives when i was standing there with one person behind me. Why all this cat and mouse?
I am sorry you were confused by our website. You had signed up for drives only and showed up for the classroom time. That was your mistake and we refunded you per your request. Our website has always been the same. I am sorry you were confused and I am glad you received your refund.
Fantastic experience: I have a question if I do end up signing up for the online classes and drive time do I get an instructor?
All 6 drives are done with an instructor. The online is 30 hours of video with simple quizes at the end of most lessons.
Fantastic experience: My daughter is taking the online course and she loves it they explain it very well ! She was confused with the CDE form but we paid the drives only to get that for her . I think it’ll help her with driving and taking all her test to get her licence . Thank you

Negative experience: I have been calling on a daily basis everyday and I always get the voicemail. Never answers the call. Online it says we get a CDE after completing but they never sent me a CDE . Bad
I am sorry, but you are confused. You are not a student of our online to be clear. If you call and get the voicemail, leave a message and we call everyone back same day or as quickly as possible. You can also email us. We only issue a CDE to students who are enrolled to do the driving with us. Anyone who signs up for the online only without the driving portion is not issued a CDE. Any student who registers with our online and drives can print the CDE form immediately from their own computer.
Negative experience: If it would let me I would give a - star!!! Horrible customer service worst place ever!
I am sorry you are upset, but your expectations were unlawful and misinformed. Indiana state law mandates driver education to be 30 hours of classroom and 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction. A drive test CAN NOT be part of the 6 drives and must be done separately. Yes we charge $375 for driver education and do not include the drive test in that fee. Students can take the drive test for free at the BMV or with us for a $35 fee. We can also give the drive test 30 days before a student is eligible to obtain the license. All of our students are told these options several times especially upon completion of driver education. Driver education is a process and there is a lot of information for the parents to digest, but for you to be upset with us 5 months after completion for not doing a drive test as part of driver education is unfortunate.
Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Everytime I would call they would either leave me on hold for an hour or hang up on me.
This isn't even worth a response because it can't be legitimate. We don't have a reason to put people on hold and we surely would not hang up on anyone.

Thank you Triston. I am sorry you were disappointed. Greenwood traffic is what it is. All drive times are chosen by the student and parent. We never force drive times on anyone. Yes we do charge for a missed drive, but we have never charged anyone for being 5 minutes late. We experience very high call volume and it is very difficult to answer every call as it comes in. Even if we knew you were running late, we have to be able to finish your entire drive and we have a schedule to maintain so the next driver starts on time. We try to respect everyone's needs and schedules the best we can. I am truly sorry you were disappointed.
