Fantastic experience: We could have not been more pleased with this driving academy. They made everything seamless, worked around our vacation, were very helpful and flexible. My son said the instructors were enjoyable to drive with. All instructions were clear and organized.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Beals driving academy to anyone looking for getting a permit or license. I had Mike from east Millinocket and he was an amazing driving instructor. Over all a very good driving academy.

Fantastic experience: I'm a bit overdue in posting this as my daughter finished up her class in early July but have to say how amazing her instructor, Mike, was to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We are very thankful for all he taught her and how what we would have thought was going to be a stressful experience for her was actually fun for her. Fantastic experience: Mike is the absolute best. 2nd kid to have him as an instructor and they both enjoyed their time. Beals driving academy has taught my 3 kids how to drive and all have passed their test first time around. We have always taken advantage of the test drive before the test. Would highly recommend Beals Driving Academy! They're the best!

My daughter had Durche as her driving instructor and he was nothing short of amazing, throughout the entire course. He was punctual, which was very helpful, and very pleasant to deal with all around. Fantastic experience: Beal Driving Academy worked extremely well with me and was very flexible. I just got my Driver's license earlier today thanks to all the time they put in to help me prepare for my 3rd road exam. I highly highly recommend them and I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience for my daughter, the driver instructor in medway was so good to her, he was patient and gave her the confidence that she needs to be a safe driver in the road.

Negative experience: felt very uncomfortable with the instructors while in the car. one of them acted very inappropriately

Fantastic experience: I am happy I got to work with these amazing instructors to learn to drive. They are patient and kind, and accommodating. Well worth it, I would re-do the experience again that's how great it was. The progression into driving and doing driving maneuvers was easy and gradually when you're ready you learn the next set of skills. It's low stress and fun. The way they teach builds your own personal confidence in yourself to make you a safe driver. Safety is the most important thing. I love and appreciate everything I've learned from these kind folks. I'd never recommend anyone but Beal driving academy. Thank you so much!! Impacted my life forever. The patience and kindness, and lessons are unforgettable. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: A great place with friendly instructors

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience with Beal Driving Academy. My youngest daughter got her permit today. The 10 hours driving was completed in about 3 weeks. The only issue we had was that the AAA online portion of the course was a little glitchy. We had to contact the AAA tech support a few times to clear locks, but they responded very timely.

Fantastic experience: Beal Driving Academy works very hard to make the students have a great driving foundation. They have a variety of Instructors so you are with different ones throughout your 10 hours of driving. They get the driving done when the class is over. Covid has made things very difficult with some things and it took a bit to work out a system. With all the quarantines and exposures. They seem to have it running smoothly now. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for experience. The lady that runs it has been teaching driver education for over 20 years. A great school.

Negative experience: My advice is go with northeast. My daughter was crying after going with a particular male driver who had road rage with an elderly man while oh his cell phone with his wife. Drives were all last minute. Very unprofessional!!

Negative experience: Go with a different one if possible. These people do not communicate with you at all. Not to mention my experience wasn't anywhere near worth $500. I drove for 10 hours and did some AAA course I could have done on my own. No actual in class time except for a couple zooms which were nothing but watching videos

Negative experience: I am wondering if this school is some master scam. They make you pay hundreds of dollars for little to no service. Please do not give them your money. Not recommended.

Negative experience: I got my permit fine, although I had to call at least 50 times for them to actually get me into the triple A course. Once I completed it and had my permit for the required six months, I called at least 50 times again but no one ever answered the phone. I have left numerous messages but they simply refuse to call back. I am now planning on getting my license at Northeast because, well, they actually answer the phone… it’s strange because the lady who works there was very apologetic, but they have yet to fix the issue. In short I really don’t recommend this school at all. It will be an excruciating, unnecessarily slow process because apparently it’s very hard to pick up a phone lol.

Positive experience: We chose this school because we thought they were the school to go with? so far our granddaughter has last min notices to drive , no time given for driving test?, and no replies to calls or text by the parents? aaa link not given ? we paid in full for this school and money don t come cheap. we have faith our granddaughter is doing good and will pass but? if your going to run a business it should be explained to your families/ students? when zoom classes are being done your room shouldn't t be out of your home while your distracted with other things,. we are so hoping we were not wrong about this school. Negative experience: They fail to communicate the first time we tried to join them. We gave them a second chance despite all the negative reviews. Also because they refused to refund even though they failed majorly at appropriate communication. We regret it x2 now! Same communication issues and unfair practice.

Negative experience: I don't really want to write a book here, just very disappointed with our experience so far. We are 11 days out from orientation. We did not receive the AAA link for my son to do the course. We have received zero contact. I sent his available driving hours, but no idea if they have been received. I have called and emailed, still no contact.
