Fantastic experience: I can only say how much I appreciate Ms.Yolie for teaching my son how to get ready for his driving test … it gave him so much confidence to drive now… a BIG THANK YOU to Ms. Yolie again for not only her professionalism but also her time … I truly recommend this Academy !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The instructor that I took my adult lessons with these past weeks was Ms.Yolie. Not only was she very helpful, but she always made sure I felt very comfortable when driving with her, which helped ease up my anxiety when I would be driving. She was also very flexible with my schedule as well. She helped me clean up my driving and never made me feel bad for any minor mistakes that were easily fixable. Because of her I was able to pass my test first try! I would recommend anyone looking for adult lessons with her and this school! Thank you sooo much!

Fantastic experience: Great program! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The class was what I expected and needed for my driver's license. The instructor on the other hand interjected her political views creating a very tense class. This was an auto-driving class, not political 101class.

Fantastic experience: We had an awesome experience with the driving academy! Not only did they provide thorough and effective instruction, but they walked us step by step through what was required of our teen (we are not Texas residents). My teen felt less nervous being able to take her driving test with them as well. Very satisfied with our experience!

Fantastic experience: Fernie is the better driving instructor you'll get, any questions you have about driving he'll teach ya the do's and don'ts. Ms Yolie is a very helpful professional person and has given me the chance to learn here. Highly recommend this place. These two made it possible for me to get my drivers license. Thank you two.

Fantastic experience: Within the time I was actually over here I actually had a great experience and my overall time was very great. During the schooling part of it, the instructors were very informative on what you need to know about rules of the road and go into further detail on everything you need to know. For my drives Fernie and Yolie were very respectful, helpful and very professional about their job and they are the most friendly people I have ever met. They would help you on any mistakes you make and help you answer any questions you have. Overall I would highly recommend this school if your really looking forward to having anyone learn or driving with them. -Former Student -RobertK

Fantastic experience: My sister and I enrolled in a driving lesson, and we were fortunate to have Ms. Yolie as our instructor. She is an excellent teacher. Thanks to her effective teaching methods, I was able to learn and progress confidently. Her skills as an instructor truly make the learning experience enjoyable and worthwhile. Highly recommended this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Excelente servicio el instructor es muy amable muy profesional 100% recomendado.

Negative experience: Customer service is horrible. No one informs you of the progress being made on your child. They relay information to the student however that information gets misinterpreted (because they are still kids trying to learn what the next steps are). So I try calling and no one ever picks up at this location. Also I know it says hours may vary but come on, if I’m needing to make a payment plus I have questions it would be nice to have someone in the front office. No one is ever there to respond. I also came by the office during their supposed hours and no one is ever here and this is coming at 4:30-5pm. Don’t you all close at 6pm.

Negative experience: My son took teen driving class. He had or only able to do one driving practice because they have already scheduled other people or it was already booked driving practice. We were checking everyday to see any abilities to schedule but they’ had nothing available!! There are no make sense paying $420 when we can’t even schedule driving which includes teen class!! I think it’s better to wait 18 years of age and pay $30 online adults class and practice its own!!

Fantastic experience: This is a really good driving school. I highly recommend it. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and very flexible with what's convenient for you. I was going to a different driving school and they would yell at me and I didn't learn like that. Fernie was God sent. He's so patient and always willing to help. He really helped me get my confidence. I was always afraid to drive and look at me now, I did it! Now I drive everywhere. Fernie also taught me to believe in myself and never let anyone tell me I can't do it. I am successful because Fernie is great at his job! I can't forget Yoli, she's so friendly and welcoming in the office.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for anyone who is in need of learning how to drive. The staff is courteous, professional, and very helpful! My eldest daughter completed her teen driver's ed class with them and felt confident to start driving. I look forward to working with them in the future when it's time for my youngest daughter to learn how to drive!

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience with the Driving Academy. Yoli and Fernie are great. Yoli handled all the paperwork I brought in from Fort Bliss (signed up through skies unlimited) and processed everything for our daughter. Fernie is great at scheduling your driving appointments and being one-on-one with the kids. He truly takes his time and is so patient with them. If you are questioning whether or not to sign up for this, DO IT.

Fantastic experience: Day one when calling to get information on the driving school,the detailed description and cost was very well explain. My daughter drove with furbbie I know this not how you spell his name. She said he was so patient kind and sweet. My daughter only needed three weeks. One thing about this school they will not make you spend more than what you need. She has her drives license and they helped her,Achieve it. You have to listen to what they say. I will be sending my niece to them in July. Don't think about just send your family to them. You won't regret it..

Fantastic experience: I did both my written and driving tests here. Their services are top-notch. They are professional, friendly, and understanding. Jolly is very helpful with customer service. Fernie was my instructor on the driving test and lessons.He did everything to ensure that I got road courage and understood driving. He was very understanding and even squeezed me into his schedule when I could get a babysitter. Their services are the best. Thank you EDA.

Fantastic experience: Great school!

Positive experience: ¿ I think I drove through the parking lot one day ?

Negative experience: Near impossible to get my kids drives in. You have to do it online starting Tuesdays at 6:00 pm. I have to literally set my alarm. Log in right at 6. And do it at lightning speed. If I wait till 6:15 pm all the slots are full. Every week is a fight to get drives online. I’m frustrated. They need more than two driving instructors for all these students.

Negative experience: Bad customer service, misinformed employees. I was requesting a service for a car to the driver test at the DPS. They said required that I have my permit and that my drivers education certificate wouldn't be sufficient. I went back to the DPS and they told that i wouldn't need to get a permit if I already scheduled a driver license appointment. Luckily, I was able to find another drivers school that would provide the service for me to lend a car for the drivers test and I only needed my I.D./drivers education certificate/appointment confirmation and at a much lower rate.
