Negative experience: Mid

Negative experience: A elderly gentleman was my driving instructor. When I arrived to the testing site I was barely given enough space for my truck to fit between the cones, let alone the length of the truck plus 6 feet. I was given no guidance as to what I did wrong or how I could do better for my next test. I highly recommend that if you have that gentlemen you should reschedule before you waste your money.

Negative experience: Rude from the start, i was going to say this guy was racist but looking at the other reviews I see this guy is just like that , stay away He made me reschedule and I have to pay again Scammer for sure

Negative experience: I had an old man that was rude at the beginning and give me a point for be half a foot behind the line he the made the parallel parking tapered so I couldn’t fit all the way in.all together a very bad experience if u get this instructor leave and reschedule before u lose your money.

Negative experience: Instructor was very rude and made us wear masks which was stated but I am medically exempt made the passenger sit outside during my test even thought it was stated that you could have other occupantd in the vehicle was not going to accept me at first because we had a temp registration and a picture of insurance did not give the required 6 feet in the parallel parking assessment we get to the road test portion and I go to pull out and a car came flying around the corner so I hit my brake and then he told me to stop after I already had we then go to the light and he tell me to make a illegal lane switch to close to the light and made me drive back to the original testing area and failed me due to his faults

Negative experience: Instructor is not a friendly individual. Not helpful. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: The old man started with an attitude, being a jerk during my daughter's parallel parking. She passed the parking and started her driving, cop pulled over on the side of the road and he automatically failed her because she didn't have enough room/time to get into the other lane! I know where NOT to schedule my other children through!

Fantastic experience: My son passed 2nd time around but overall practice is key and and things to practice on

Negative experience: What an awful experience for a child excited to take her driving test. We arrived 15 minutes early and ready to go just to find out that masks were required to test even if you are fully vaccinated. This is not clearly stated when you schedule or on their website. We scrambled to find masks. After this debacle, the man testing claimed that the current registration sticker was not updated, which it was. I called and verified with Secretary of State (yes I actually got a person for Sec of State that verified) that the registration was up to date and the instructor STILL would not allow us to test. This is horrible customer service. My child was not able to take her test. What a disappointing experience. This is a life milestone...please remember that!! We will be rescheduling with a different company following this extremely disappointing experience.

Negative experience: My instructor failed me for going on a yellow every thing else I did fine in. Pretty much just a scam of people’s money

Negative experience: Worst driving instructor ever basically stole my money. Will not be coming back!

Negative experience: Feel like the test wasn't set up right and the instructor would freak out when i would get out the car or stick my head out the window to ask him a question on his instructions. Felt like I got ripped off and he made it hard as possible so he could have me come back a second time.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Roadmaster!! My daughter was extremely nervous about her road test, but the Roadmaster instructor put her at ease and she did great. I also loved how easy it was to make our appointment! The follow up communication and reminders were also very helpful. All in all, we had a very good experience and would highly recommend Roadmaster to any future driver.

Negative experience: At the time for parallel parking test the instructor moved the cones to the exact length of my car with 1 inch between front cones and car and between back cones and car. My father in law who has been driving for many years could not even park in the spot correctly. I will definitely be taking my second test else where. The instructor looked down on me for the fact that I have a temp tag and temp registration because my husband bought me a new car and I hadn't received my permanent tags yet. I informed him I had problems with parallel parking and he decided to make it harder on me and didn't give me the vehicle length plus 6 feet that it states in the book. I take the blame for my part in failing the test but he didn't make it any easier by not following the guidelines in the book.

Negative experience: Instructor asked to honk when ready to begin the parking excercise. After practicing the excercise and then honking to alert the instructor that I was ready to begin the test he proceeded to tell me I had already failed and I would have to reschedule for another time. Definitely NOT going to be coming back to let them steal my money twice.
