Fantastic experience: Receptionist are very friendly & drives were really easy to schedule . I learned a lot from this school I recommend everyone to go through them . I’m confident to take the driving test now .

Fantastic experience: My instructor, Brian was excellent and insightful. He was very helpful and patient. He gave clear instructions and provided some invaluable driving tips while on the expressway. My most mind-blowing take away was the RoLL technique for doing a seamless parallel parking. He made it so simple I couldn't believe how easy it was to parallel park. Thanks Brian. This is an excellent Driving school.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Certified for about 2 weeks now and the instruction, education on safe driving practices and overall amount of care from the driver instructors and scheduling staff exceeds the standards set for new drivers. I’ve grown to be much more confident in my driving abilities in such a short span of time and I feel fortunate for having being able to learn here.

Fantastic experience: Great place for your teen to learn to drive! Due to the fact that my daughter does a lot of extra curricular activities, Certified's option of the online schooling was great for her. Scheduling drives were a breeze. Brian was her instructor and he taught her all she needed to know and made her feel at ease behind the wheel. I highly recommend Certified Driving School!

Fantastic experience: Certified really prepared my son to drive! He took the in person Sunday classes. His instructor Brian was exceptional and helped him through the entire process. We were able to schedule drives, easily and conveniently.

Negative experience: Don’t get me wrong the driving service it self if pretty good, however the customer service doesn’t keep up. The receptionist always seems to have a attitude when calling or someone will pickup then hang up immediately. I wouldn’t recommend taking classes with this location, they make it extremely difficult to make contact.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place. Driving sessions were scheduled and they kept going to the wrong house. I kept requesting the day off to make sure I was there for my kid's session. I tried calling the office no one answered. I called all day on the Monday after each session until someone answered. Each time the receptionist didn't apologize, she simply said well I gave the wrong address and we can reschedule. During a session, the driver was impatient and rude to my kid which only made him more nervous. The instructor got mad and cut the session short and didn't give the full hour. Would not recommend the Highland location.

Negative experience: When I was learning how to drive at this place, the instructors were nice and very informative. On the other hand, a few months later I've noticed they hired a new receptionist named Monica and she was very short with me when I tried to schedule a drive and overall had a bad attitude over the phone as if she really didn't want to help me. Y'all need to chose wisely when you hire new people here because that's a turn-off and can tarnish your brand.

Positive experience: This driving school is good path to learn to drive and take the driving exam. If you want to learn to drive here just be understanding to the fact that when you find the instructor you like ask for them because everyone is not that good as if they barely know how to drive themselves.

Fantastic experience: Great place!

Negative experience: I have been met with with poor service from the beginning. At least my daughter took online classes, so I haven’t had to deal with them too much. It is a pain to schedule driving lessons. They rarely have one available when I call. I get put on a wait list with no expectation of how long you will be waiting. Furthermore, you can only schedule one lesson at a time. A couple of the women that work the office/answer phones have a clear and present attitude. It’s my first time doing this. I have many questions. They seem almost irritated at my desire to understand the process. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my other 4 children. It’s a shame this place has become so bad. When I attended the school a little over 20 years ago, it wasn’t ran like this.

Fantastic experience: If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. After so much stress trying to schedule a test at the BMV and the driving school I took my behind the wheel with, my boyfriend recommended this place and I was willing to give anything a shot. First I called and asked if they had available slots (and they did, on BOTH of my preferred dates) and they were very helpful and informative over the phone. Then my mom and I went in to schedule my test and all of the staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. I felt like I had known them for months instead of minutes. Totally stress free, I would recommend Certified to any teen looking to get their license.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school around...The written exam at the DMV has gotten harder for kids to pass - mine kept failing it, and this school allowed my daughter to take her classes online so she can prepare to pass with ease. The staff are all so nice and friendly. After you complete the course you will have six hours of drive time and all the teachers are very good with the kids. Mine gets car sick so they worked with her being the last driver so she wouldn't have to be back seat bound, feeling sick. I definitely would recommend this company !!

Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd child to go through Certified Driving in Highland. I have always had a great experience. Easy to schedule make up classes and a good balance of education and entertainment during the longer 3 hours classes! My daughter was very nervous to take her driving test last night but Brian was wonderful. Helped calm her down before the test and gave her good feedback during the test. She passed and said how nice he was and that he remembered her brothers! Great customer service and Certified is lucky to have such a quality employee in Brian! Thank you! Child #4 starts this winter . . . :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the greatest and stress free way to earn a permit or liscene, the staff instructors and teacher is absolutely amazing. Myself included loved this business and I highly recommend it to everyone
