He paid attention to everything and kept on giving me comments. He repeated for me some manoeuvres just to make sure I did them right. I am so thankful I took the lesson with him. He is highly recommended for full lessons and for the 2 hours lesson before the test.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school there is! The instructors are evident to have a lot of experience. They are compassionate, gentle and patient with their students, constantly on the lookout for driving improvement. They teach you everything you should know about safe driving and the best techniques to operate vehicles. They have new/well maintained vehicles and flexible scheduling, ensuring costumer satisfaction. They prioritize safety and teach practical driving skills as well as defensive driving. There’s a variety of skills taught aside from that, such as freeway driving and parking. Mock driving tests can also be taken to have an authentic pre-test experience to know exactly what will be taken throughout the test. The students have a high pass rates, and this school has been recommended by various family members and friends. I’ve had such a good experience with this school, 100% would recommend.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with All Star. I had a lesson booked for 11am, but my instructor called me at 11:05 to tell me she would be 45 mins late. I ended up cancelling because I had plans for afterwards and didn't want to be late. I rescheduled, and got the same instructor who again called me after our appointment time to tell me she would be late (40 mins this time). I have been driving for years abroad, and was just taking a lesson here to be sure I'm doing everything correctly for the behind the wheel test. I explained this to my instructor but she still treated me like I was a teenager who'd never sat behind the wheel before. Very frustrating. She then answered calls during my lesson, would point in one direction but say another, made me stop in the middle of the road on a residential street to explain where the pedals are, made me sit in the car for 10 minutes whilst she went into the office, couldn't answer some of my questions about the driver's test, and gave me last minute directions. I did call and complain to All Star afterwards. The woman on the phone was really nice (thank you!) and we were promised either a free lesson or a refund (we opted for a refund) but we have not received this yet and it has been almost a month now. Do not recommend this driving school!

He was very calm and patient with me during the entirety of the ride and made the ride more enjoyable by allowing me to drive far from my home to practice driving in the streets than just sticking with a small neighborhood. He helped me get used to turning and I had a very good first experience. I’d definitely recommend Oscar. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I had Oscar he was amazing. We had a nice conversation and he had me drive on non-busy roads which is amazing for first time drivers. We talked about food and cars. He was super friendly and gave me clear instructions and tips on how to pass my driver's test first try. Overall taught and instructed perfectly without being harsh or condescending. My son also had classes through this school and he was successful at learning quickly! Now, my daughter is in the process of getting ready for her driving test. I'm very happy so far!

Negative experience: I came here about a year ago and it was a horrible experience, the cars are very old and it is hard to accelerate. The lady that showed up to my first appointment yelled at me for not going fast enough (keep in mind this was my very first time driving) and she put me on a very busy road. She was asking me to look left and right at every intersection and I was trying to but being my first time driving I'm bound to make mistakes. She proceeded to park the car at a stop sign and yell at me by saying "if you aren't gonna listen to me then what am I doing here". I got the same lady for my second appointment and she was slightly more tolerable although I had anxiety attacks to even make my second appointment because of how badly I was treated in the first. I do not recommend this place. You can find a cheaper and more fulfilling drivers ed school.

Fantastic experience: All Star Driving School is a great driving school. They are always on time and they have great communication. They always send reminders and have friendly service. They helped my daughter pass her driver license test. Thank you, Nick. He’s a great instructor.

Negative experience: Please go somewhere else.They will make 1st appointment very fast then they will tell you call back month later then they will give you next appointment 2 months later. My next appointment is 3 days from now at 10am i told them my son goes to school they said thats appointment we have .Have him miss the school or you have to wait 2 months and 13 days for next appointment. I did not want to give them any star but i do not have option for that.So they are no good and rude.Avoid them.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed of my first lesson as this the fourth trial to find a qualified instructor and really Captain Sherry was a very good intelligent one who has all the patience to know my draw back and work on it I am really thankful she makes me love to learn!!

Negative experience: If I could leave less than one star, I would. I am so disappointed in this company. I used them a few years ago for my older daughter and they were decent. Signed another one of my kids up in 2020 and had nothing but horrible experiences. The first lesson was in over 100° heat with no A/C in the car and her lesson was not a full 2 hrs. Instructor was late and the lesson was over early. Another lesson, they had to go fill up on gas during her lesson and she had to wait for the instructor to go use the bathroom which was a long bathroom trip. I feel this was very unprofessional and should not have been done on time I was paying for. While having to go to the bathroom sometimes can not be helped, that missed time should have been added to the end of the lesson or next lesson. The gas is something that should have been done prior. Then he also brought her back 30 minutes early because he really, really needed to use the bathroom. Only one of her 4 lessons over a 6+ month period was truly close 2 hours. Most were 30-45 minutes less. Their scheduling was constantly messed up and there is a serious lack of “listening” on their end. They would give appointment time and day options, but multiple times we were scheduled for dates and times that weren’t the slots we chose. Luckily for us, due to COVID my daughter had more availability and the offset on the appointments worked out. When the last lesson was scheduled, my daughter inquired about the cost of purchasing another package. I wasn’t happy with the service we were currently receiving and had my daughter call back while I was right there and advise that we would not be purchasing another package and just wanted the last lesson scheduled. The lady said that she already scheduled an appointment for over a week from then for that package. I got on the phone and advised to cancel it because we were not signing up for another package through them and had not done so. Simply inquired about cost. That’s it.. She then advised there would be a $25 cancellation fee!!! For what?!?!?! An appointment for a package that was inquired about only, not purchased and over a week away!!! Last straw. The instructor shows up to my house for my daughters last lesson from the first package and demands the $25 cancellation fee for an appointment and package we never signed up for before he would give her the lesson. I gave him a check and he said it had to be cash and he needed it right then. Well, I didn’t have $25 cash on me. Ended up asking someone else for the cash to give him so they would start my daughters lesson. Another 20 minutes of her lesson eaten away. Finally done and over with doing business with this unprofessional company. Then I get a call today, weeks after her last lesson stating that my daughter has a lesson scheduled tomorrow. I called to see what was going on, explained she didn’t have anymore lessons left in her package. The lady said that the notes in her file say we wanted another package??!!! What in the world are these people doing. How much more clear can we be....we haven’t even paid for another package, but they keep magically having appointments for an additional package that was never signed up for or paid for and want a $25 cancellation fee. I couldn’t believe it. These people are super unprofessional, you don’t get 2 hr lessons although that’s what you pay for and they are so unorganized. Never have their appointments correct! There are other programs out there with better functioning cars that are much more professional. Spend your hard earned money where they provide better customer service and professionalism AND appreciate your business.

Negative experience: If You guys are gonna charge 300+ for 3 lessons I expect to be taught in a newer car not a car where I can’t even feel the gas or break... you guys need to buy newer cars...

Fantastic experience: Great way to make sure your ticket does not go on your record. Time went by fast. Instructor was great and the test fast and easy after the course reminders. Better than online course because it's all done in one day! Great experience and recommend this school.

Negative experience: I didn't take them but I saw one of your drivers at a gas station. A Silver Cavalier with a 6 at the beginning at the license plate. This dude blocks the air pump. Doesn't move after Its obvious I need to pump my tires. Then after I have to move my car to get my back tires he moves. Proceeds open his door and dumps out his trash on the floor. Some driving school .

Negative experience: Very bad service from management rude manager only thinking for money don't paying attention how to train students sending ugly cars to train not clean at all instructors are good but manager in the office is not courteous and demand u for extra money on each step when u need it even they don't let u drive whole 2 hours but they charge u for 2 hours if u have emergency manager demand you for more extra money basicly their moto is how to grab exta money from students pocket don't Wana miss any chance we have realy bad experience with them don't waste Ur time and money along with bad and attitude service trust me u gonna feel like u r in boot camp so my advise to all new students please don't waste Ur time with them there are plenty of best school in the town
